Hotel Dengan Parking di Styria, Austria

Das Hotel Daniel ist ein Hotel für Geschäftsreisende. Wir waren 2 Familien und haben zwei Nächte verbracht. Der Service war aufgezeichnet. Uns wurden wurden sofort die Koffer abgenommen und in einen versperrten Raum gebracht (sowohl bei an als auch bei Abreise). Dies war besonders hilfreich, da wir mit dem Zu an-/abgereist sind.

The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

Das Hotel und vor allem die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr rudimentär und einfach. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und knarzen bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut. Sehr laut war auch die Klimaanlage, so dass sie während der Nacht leider nicht betrieben werden konnte. Für das Duschgel stand einfach eine Flasche auf dem Boden in der Dusche.. Das Frühstück war abwechselungsreich und gut.

Sehr gut: Frühstück ( sogar Kaffee halbwegs trinkbar, was unüblich ist in meisten Hotels ) / Rezeption Lage: eingeklemmt zwischen Bahn ( es fährt selten ein Zug und es gibt 3 scheiben Gläser ) und stark befahrener Straße, Anfahrt auch mit Straßenbahn Linie 4 möglich, diese fährt nicht ”dauernd”, d.h. ggfs. ein paar Minuten richtung jakumini gehen, dann gibts auch die 5er zur auswahl Messe ganz nah, ggü. auch Spar, McDonalds usw. Zimmer: Türen dämlich - die muss man superlaut zuwerfen, anders gehts nicht es gibt keine Badezimmertür - auch etwas unüblich - vermute Platzsparkonzept, empfehle Zimmer zur ruhigeren Bahnseite Wenn man öffentlich unterwegs ist -zu bestimmten Zeiten kann man sicher superflott zum Hauptbahnhof fahren, denk aber nur 1x stündlich

The hotel is right across the main train station as well as local and regional public transportation services.  There are a lot of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby.  The Old Town can be easily reached on foot or by tram.  My hotel room is very clean and quiet.  5-star from me, highly recommended.

Einfache und unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr sauberes und relativ neues Hotel. Sehr kompetente, nette und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Frühstücksbuffet- einfach alles da was das Herz begehrt, das Auge erspäht und der Frühstücksmagen verlangt. Wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Wir werden bei anderen Österreichischen Städtetrips, bei der Buchung wieder harry´s home Hotels einplanen.

Alles war ausgezeichnet! Ich würde es jederzeit empfehlen! Riesen Raum mit allem was man braucht, gemütlich und perfekt erreichbar! Danke für den Service!

Lovely hotel in a historic setting. Pity there’s no slippers provided. We spent over half hour trying to find the parking lot only to find the it’s just located by driving into the K&O shopping centre next to the hotel. Beats the heck out of following the hotel issued map.

My stay at the Wiesler Hotel went beyond my expectations. I booked the tiny room because I am not fussy about having a big room. When I entered the room I was disappointed because the bed was above ground level and that it's a no no for lumbago sufferers, such as I. The size was actually quite decent, certainly no 'tiny' at all, and so was the bathroom but the bed put me off. I walked down to the reception desk, and I asked for an upgrade. I told the senior gentleman at the desk (could he be the general manager or even the owner?) that I did no like the bed without footboard. He was most understanding and he issued 2 keys for me to check and to choose from the Comfort bedroom and the Grand bedroom. I chose the former -the bed had a proper footboard, legs and headboard. He offered me to stay at the Grand for the same price of the Comfort, I was very pleased by the kind offer but I said that I was happy to go for the Comfort. As he insisted I accepted the Grand bedroom, which has the size of a one-bed apartment. The location is spot on: it's right in the city centre with views to the river Mur in front. I had the buffet breakfast in my last day too and I highly recommend it if you enjoy a good quality and varied breakfast. I've tried the local red wine too at the bar in the lounge, which was excellent and at a surprising low price- after all this is Austria! The decoration of the rooms aren't the typical you find in a 4 stars hotel with history and the curious eye has seen in the lobby's beautiful colour lithographs that the hotel has changed its style a few times over the last century. But it won't put me off to stay back tat the Weisler next time I am in Graz.

Only suited for people with small luggage. We had 2 suitcases and it was basically impossible to conveniently handle and open even one large suitcase in our hotel room. We had no housekeeping after our first night. I don't know if this is normal or not. Our courtyard room was quiet but a bit dark. Staff was nice. After all, we weren't sad about leaving this hotel after two nights.
