Hotel Dengan parking di Sofia Province, Bulgaria

We chose this hotel because of its location and spa. The room was a family room and it was very spacious with a lovely balcony and view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The communal areas around the hotel were nicely presented and the spa was good (although perhaps not the best compared to the other 5 stars). A few people did question the pool temperature and the fact that there was no jacuzzi. Breakfast was as expected although it felt a bit cramped- they could have laid out the food area better to prevent bottle neck queues. The main thing they could have improved on was the front desk service (left wanting) and restocking the complimentary water, tea and coffee (which they wouldn’t do despite us staying for 4 nights as a family and it being supposedly 5 star). That said, we would stay there again due to its location.

I booked this hotel because it is pretty close to the gondola lift and was reasonably priced. There were a few negatives though. Having booked a twin room we were told upon arrival that there was only a pokey little room with a double bed left, so I didn't sleep well sharing a bed with my 6ft tall son (and regularly banged my head on the ceiling). Also, breakfast was scheduled for 8am-10am. (My preference would have been for 7:30am). Anyway, despite arriving at 7:55am, the cooked elements looked like they had been dished out some time earlier and were already stone cold!

Everything was great! The kids loved it very much. Nice secluded area near a nice forest!

it was all good

very good! A good party for skiing vacation, the hotel is very clean and humane!
