Penginapan ketiga saya di hotel ini di Brunei. Kakitangan pejabat depan, kakitangan perkhidmatan dan juga pemandu semuanya sangat ramah. Pujian yang tinggi kepada Darren Tan yang saya berurusan dengan tempahan saya dan pemindahan lapangan terbang. Biliknya selesa dan bersih. Sarapan pagi perjalanan ini adalah yang terbaik daripada 3 lawatan saya. Lokasi baik juga berhampiran pasar raya dan kedai makan. Ini adalah hotel pilihan saya di Brunei.

Hotel yang sangat baru dengan kemudahan moden Makanan di restoran di tingkat pertama adalah lazat, dan terdapat juga sebuah bilik kek kecil pemiliknya diletakkan di pintu pagar di Pulau Selatan New Zealand Belok kiri dari hotel dan ikut jalan, kemudian belok kiri sekali lagi di persimpangan Terdapat kawasan yang luas di dalam, dipenuhi dengan kedai dan restoran, dan rasa negara yang berbeza memikat. Anda perlu menaiki teksi untuk pergi ke tempat-tempat yang indah. Hotel boleh membantu anda membuat tempahan. Tidak ada teksi di jalan.

The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer which is very convenient! Also located near to JP theme park and food court! Food is quite yummy , very affordable price even for room service. Overall, a pleasant stay. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool!

I recently had a fantastic stay at The Centerpoint Hotel and couldn't recommend it more highly. If you are looking for the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Brunei, this is the place to be.
The absolute highlight of this hotel is its prime location. Situated right in the heart of Gadong, it is within easy walking distance to an endless variety of shops, boutiques, and diverse restaurants. Whether you are looking for international brands or local treasures, everything is right at your doorstep.
Most importantly, it is just a short stroll away from the famous Gadong Night Market. Being able to walk over in the evening to sample incredible local street food—like grilled fish, satay, and kueh malaya—without worrying about parking or transport was a massive plus.
The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the central location makes exploring the rest of the city a breeze. A definite five-star experience!

Location is at city center & next to Chinese Temple. At night time, it seems quiet also.
Hotel looks great however the bed not so comfortable (too hard) - was not able to sleep well. Overall room is OK merely the bed.
Stayed here twice for my business trip & can walk around near city at night safely.

Biliknya bagus. Lokasi sangat strategik, hanya 15 minit dari lapangan terbang. Mereka menawarkan pemindahan lapangan terbang percuma yang sangat bagus. Ia hanya boleh berjalan kaki dari Alat Kebesaran Diraja dan Masjid Omar Ali. Pasar terletak betul-betul di belakang bangunan. Makanannya sedap, kami sangat menikmatinya. Ia sememangnya berbaloi dengan harganya.

Hotel ini sepatutnya menjadi yang terbaik di Bandar Seri Begawan Lokasinya yang selesa untuk perjalanan Ia tidak jauh dari Dewan Peringatan Sultan, Masjid Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin dan kampung terapung. Bilik ini luas dan terang, dengan kemudahan asas. Variasi sarapan okay. Khususnya, terdapat pejabat penyewaan kereta AVIS di sini di mana anda boleh menyewa dan mengambil kereta di hotel (kerana saya berumur 72 tahun, beberapa laman web domestik utama tidak boleh menyewa kereta di Brunei, jadi tidak ada masalah untuk menyewa kereta. di sini). Sukar untuk tidak mempunyai kereta di Brunei. Terima kasih kepada kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel. 👍

I had a generally pleasant stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the place felt quiet and calm, which was nice after a long day out. The bed was comfortable and the room was well maintained.
Breakfast was provided and was simple but sufficient to start the day. Nothing fancy, but acceptable. A good highlight is the free city tour organized by the hotel. During the tour, I managed to visit Energy Hub, Masjid Omar Ali Saifuddien, Istana Nurul Iman, Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Gadong Mall, and Masjid Jame’ Asr Hassanil Bolkiah, which was very convenient for first-time visitors. Also the big plus is free airport pick-up and drop-off (reservation required)
Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it offers decent value for money and is suitable for a short stay, especially if you want an easy way to explore Bandar Seri Begawan.

We enjoyed our one-night stay with my friends. We stayed there for our hiking trip. They granted us a late check-out until 1:00 PM.
Breakfast was alright. I wish they had soup options like corn or mushroom, and more fruit selections—there was only watermelon (not sweet) However, the main courses were delicious.
Wi-Fi on Level 5 was not stable. The swimming pool was closed for some reason. We called the reception 3x, but no one picked up.
Other than that, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it.

DDabaogejiadejiejieThe hotel's facilities are a bit old, but it's very clean, especially the sheets and bedding. There's also a balcony, which is great for drying clothes. The two staff members at the front desk, Sophie and her colleague (I'm sorry, I can't remember the other name!), were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. They patiently answered all our questions. The hotel's location is excellent; it's within a ten-minute walk to the museum, Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque, the market, the water village jetty, and the bus terminal. Taxis are very scarce in this country, so being close to public transport is a huge advantage. To the left of the hotel is a supermarket, and to the right is a restaurant with affordable food. A big thank you to the hotel for the free airport transfer and the helpful tour map. My main purpose for this trip was to photograph proboscis monkeys, and the jetty offers convenient speedboat access to the Brunei River mangroves.

JJack JMplease help me to write a hotel review. The hotel is nice,its have supermarket nearby. But parking also nice just the space a little bit small for you to park your car. but it is very convenient to bring your luggage direct to your room. the room is clean and tidy,just the light is quite dim. and the car from outside the road is quite bising since the room is at the corner near to the vamp. The swimming pool is nice but dont have the children pool. The breakfast is okay and have many delicacies which like malaysia also. Maybe ,next time i will consider to stay here again . thank for the stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket nearby, which made it easy to get anything we needed. The parking is available and convenient, although the spaces are a bit small, so it might be slightly challenging for larger cars. However, I really liked that it was easy to bring luggage directly from the parking area to the room.
The room itself was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the lighting was quite dim, making the room feel a bit less bright than expected. Also, since our room was located at the corner near the ramp, there was some noise from cars on the road, especially at night.
The swimming pool was nice and well-maintained, but it would be even better if there were a separate pool for children. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of dishes, many of which are similar to Malaysian cuisine, so it felt quite familiar.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for the hospitality!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced.
The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day.
There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant.
The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water.
Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own.
Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing.

The staff were polite throughout the stay and check-in was smooth. While we didn’t try the buffet breakfast, we did order from the à la carte menu instead. The food was decent, though fairly standard and not particularly memorable.
Not a bad stay overall.

CCayinitaThe Centrepoint is a historical hotel. Its very old and still operating. I had a huge room, everything was ok. Bed super comfy, bedding ok. Breakfast is incredible ! So many options!!! Staff are super Friendly and always helped me booking my taxi with Dart 🤗🙏🏽 the only thing didn't like is the old style. I prefer modern hotels. All the room and hotel is very old, and the AC is so cold. Even I put it in ”fan modus only” at 30°c and it was cold.... Otherwise nice stay.
