This is a very convenient and efficient small hotel, ideal for a short stay of one or two nights due to its proximity to the main attractions. The rooms are notably spacious, and the bathrooms are very clean. The staff received high praise for being very friendly. A small note for international travelers: the breakfast is very Chinese in style. As such, it may lack common Western options like coffee, but aside from that, it's an excellent choice for a short stay.

This is a very nice hotel and well-placed for visiting the Erlangjian area of Qinghai. There isn’t much else around it, we stayed 2 nights and that was plenty. The hotel is nicer than the pictures make it look. Breakfast is pretty good (not the best but okay, plenty of variety but the quality of food was a little low) and the rooms were quiet.

We stayed at Sofitel Xining for a total of four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the facilities (pool, gym, executive lounge) are world-class — but what truly made the difference was the incredible hospitality. A very special thank you to Lucy and Mia at the front desk. Their warm welcome, kindness, and proactive support made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure. We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests. It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Xining.

這家酒店整體體驗特別滿意，位置坐落在河西新城區，酒店樓下就很熱鬧，出行吃飯都很方便。前台小王服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房效率很高，工作人員態度温和，有需求都會及時響應。房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果不錯，晚上休息很安靜。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全，衞生做得很到位。室內設施齊全，燈光柔和，整體佈局合理，住着温馨又放鬆。公共區域乾淨整潔，環境舒適。性價比很高，整體入住感受超出預期，乾淨、安靜、服務好，下次出行還會優先選擇這家，也會推薦給朋友入住。

這次住維也納酒店真的超出預期！必須給個大大的好評！首先最驚喜的就是停車場配套特別齊全，不僅車位充足，還配有充電樁，開車過來完全不用擔心續航問題，充電方便又省心。另外還有自助洗車服務，旅途奔波後車子臟了也能隨時打理乾淨，對自駕出行的朋友真的太友好、太貼心了。 房間整體乾淨整潔，裝修簡約大氣，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很安穩。隔音效果也不錯，晚上很安靜，沒有噪音打擾。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房速度都很快，態度温和有耐心。公共區域衞生做得很到位，環境明亮舒適。 地理位置也不錯，出行便利，周邊配套齊全。性價比超高。細節做得這麼到位的酒店真的不多見，全程入住體驗感拉滿，強烈推薦給自駕出行的朋友們！

First time in Xining and didn’t know what to expect. Staff were warm and pleasant. Room was really toasty and I wished the aircon could be switched on at night as the room became really stuffy and hot, especially with thick duvets. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly and the property is well maintained. I have a great experience for my stay and its worth the money to pick this hotel for my accommodation.

在冷湖前一天住了其他家，實在不太行趕緊逃了，心裏已經想念正兒八經的酒店。第二天在攜程選了這家完全沒評分的酒店，因為不放心還是讓前台帶我看下房間什麼的再進行預訂的，確實住的很舒心。 首先樓下就能停車，周圍非常多吃的100m裏任選的程度。進去大堂就是淡淡的香味，ok基本能確定是有點sense的酒店了。可能是入住的沒那麼多前台給我們升級了房間。入住都在二樓，房間非常新且沒有裝修異味！衞生床品都沒得挑，本身新又乾爽又乾淨。其他設施也比較新跟現代的，有全身鏡化粧鏡加濕器，有洗衣房衣架也配了很多衣架，很適合去完黑獨山剛好住下休整一下。 酒店電視可以看直播台跟投影，當天晚上就直接開始投影篩圖，and我們住的方向可以看到胭脂山（圖1） 淋浴間給的一次性洗髮水護髮素沐浴露等不是那種無聊的香，不是刺激香是淡淡的很舒適那種！具體已忘但我會跟住亞朵似的猛猛用！！這點不知道有無人懂！（不過有點難擠我直接倒過來放（？ 早餐…我睡過了直接出發了… btw我看到有工作人員還在穿高跟鞋，不知道是否是酒店要求（我感覺沒人願意穿帶跟鞋上班所以我猜是要求）這兩三年住過大大小小酒店很多都沒有這種要求了，（如果有我一定會評論裏提），高跟鞋又辛苦又不安全的一地滑一走快，希望這家酒店的管理層也能跟上腳步，不再要求任何女員工穿帶跟鞋上班除非自己喜歡。（我會再來看看的） and希望未來入住的人能少點室內抽煙，爭取給我在冷湖鎮留一片舒適住宿🥹

Nice, spacious room and comfortable bed, disposable towels. Breakfast is soy milk and coffee plus microwavable packaged food (dumplings or Beijing burrito, can only pick one per person. The second night the power went out, we had to carry our luggage down from twelve floor down, but got help from hotel’s worker halfway, the front desk girl apologized profusely.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well throughout my visit. The hotel facilities were also excellent, and everything was easily accessible. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.
