The views of the snow-capped mountains from the rooms are absolutely paramount, a truly prime spot at the highest elevation. Even the surrounding forest scenery is delightful. Though the rooms are on the cozier side, they are thoughtfully designed and well-equipped with everything you might need, making them perfectly functional. The hotel's restaurant deserves a special mention; it's truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and every dinner dish we tried was outstanding – absolutely no disappointments. It’s a perfect pairing of stunning views and incredible cuisine. A staff member named Nike truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly and genuinely enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and offering useful tips on weather conditions and safety. His passion for hospitality was truly evident. I sincerely hope to have the chance to return to Kazbegi and extend my stay by a couple more days.

You can definitely relieve the fatigue of trekking in the main area by swimming in the hotel... The location is a bit out of the way, but the price is cheap and the breakfast is good.

The room is not big, but relatively comfortable. It is convenient for skiing. You can slide in and out of the hotel. The snow in the ski resort is good, suitable for beginners. The breakfast is rich in variety and the red wine is great. The hotel's outdoor hot tub is a highlight. If you are a family with children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small and enough for children to play in.

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

It is run by a family and honestly it feels like home. Very friendly and hospitable people. Beautiful location. Must visit. View from our room as it was snowing.

We made a temporary reservation because of snow and road closures. We booked a family room, which was the best room with a king bed. The hotel felt very deserted. The floors were generally closed and seemed to be under renovation. I had to leave early the next morning, so I left my room card at the front desk. I left without breakfast

The hotel’s location is great, especially for skiing beginners. It’s not noisy, and there’s parking available. However, the hotel is old, and the bathroom, bed and room aren’t very good, TV is so old and has only old and not clear channels.

Stayed at Luno Cottage for two nights, and it was great! The location is awesome with a nice view, plus you can cook and do laundry, which was super convenient. Just a heads up, make sure to message the host about check-in time. I used WhatsApp, and he met us right on time. Check-in and check-out were really easy. Would definitely recommend!

Very very very perfect 1. The breakfast was very good and rich, but it was opened a bit late and only started at nine o'clock. Again, cherish his breakfast. There are really few breakfast restaurants that serve hot meals in Georgia. 2. I ordered a deluxe twin bed, and the hotel prepared 3 beds for me. The room was very large and not crowded. 3. Mountain view, Juejuezi, please see the photos and take pictures directly in the hotel room. Just wait for the sunrise in the morning Many people are talking about rooms, and some are talking about cabins. I went to see the cabin. I felt that the cabin was in poor condition and I would not recommend it to people who have requirements for accommodation and meals. Room budget and grabbing rooms are big issues, but this one is extremely cost-effective. Let’s talk about the bad points: We drove here, so it was very convenient to go anywhere. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the supermarket near this hotel, and there are very few places to eat nearby, and they are also concentrated in supermarkets.
