Selepas bertukar hotel daripada hotel sebelumnya, saya menginap di hotel gua bertemakan putih ini.
Selepas memaklumkan kepada hotel bahawa kami telah tiba di tempat pertemuan, mereka berkata mereka akan menghantar seseorang untuk menjemput kami.
Walau bagaimanapun, kami menunggu selama 20 minit dan tiada sesiapa yang datang.
Jadi saya membawa bagasi saya ke hotel sendiri.
Selepas memaklumkan kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, kakitangan tidak meminta maaf, hanya mengatakan semua orang sibuk. Mereka kemudian mendaftar masuk dengan sikap yang kurang ajar dan tidak menjelaskan apa-apa.
Semasa daftar masuk, saya meminta kakitangan hotel untuk menempah perkhidmatan ulang-alik lapangan terbang pada pukul 6:30 pagi untuk kami pada keesokan paginya, dan mereka berkata ia tidak menjadi masalah dan akan menempahnya untuk kami.
Bilik itu kelihatan berbeza daripada penerangan laman web, tetapi ia agak bersih.
Walau bagaimanapun, WiFi di dalam bilik itu salah. Apabila saya bertanya kepada kakitangan hotel, sikap mereka juga teruk.
Keesokan paginya pada pukul 6:30 pagi, tiada sesiapa di kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk mendaftar keluar. Mereka hanya meninggalkan mesej WhatsApp di pintu.
Saya menunggu selama sepuluh minit, tetapi tiada sesiapa yang datang menjemput saya, dan tiada sesiapa yang membalas mesej WhatsApp saya (dan masih belum membalas). Saya hampir terlepas penerbangan saya. Sangat tidak bertanggungjawab. Saya tidak mengesyorkan hotel ini!

Очень красивый отель. Есть несколько бассейнов, бар-ресторан и ресторан для завтраков.
Находится близко к городу, но приходится пройти до него по дороге несколько минут. В целом это не проблема, но если есть желание снять в центре, стоит поискать другой вариант.
Вместо двуспальной кровати было две односпальных, что сильно не удобно. Они постоянно разъезжались, а подушки такие тонкие, что после второй ночи наши шеи очень болели.
Завтраки однообразные, но приемлемые, голодными не остались.

サントリーニ島で最高の滞在でした！立地もよく朝食サービスがあります。朝食はヨーグルト、パン、フルーツ、コーヒー、ジュース、ナッツなどバリエーション豊富でとても美味しかったです！また、スタッフの方はとても親切です！マップで案内してくれました！Wi-fiも無料で使えます！
清潔感があり、お値段以上の価値があります！サンセットも朝日も見ることができました！シャンプーやボディソープ、タオルもあり、快適でした！バス停も徒歩10-15分くらいで着きます！
サントリーニ島に行く際はまた訪れたいです！ありがとうございました！！

Very good location in the city Imerovigli - closed to center of city but with amazing view on caldera. Staff was good and helpful. Hotel is big, so sometime it is not easy to find the room when you are ”tired” after the dinner ;) They have amazing swim pool!

Hôtel parfait à 100 m de la plage et vue sur la mer. Balcon et petite table pour apprécier la mer. Petit étendoir et assez de rangement.
Par-contre douche à l'italienne pas très agréable lorsque nous voulons aller aux toilettes car après une douche, le sol reste mouillé. Pas de balaie raclette pour évacuer l'eau.
Attention, le sèche cheveux installé dans la salle de bain reste dangereux puisque le sol est mouillé. Meilleur moyen pour s'electrocuter Personnel sympas

Great location, Imerovigli is the best area to stay in in Santorini - has the best food REALLY. Fira has a lot of tourists and Oia is overrated and pretentious! The rooms are big and clean, breakfast was good and service is great! We got the one with jacuzzi just wish the water was warm because it can be super cold when it’s windy/ at night time. Overall highly recommend!

They were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :)
The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine.
The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

Took the senior suite. Room was oddly shaped with the toilet a few steps down. But it was quite cool. Toilet seems to encourage couple showering with 2 shower heads and plenty of space in the shower. Room wasn’t too far from the top of the walking street so that made going in and out easy. The outdoor jacuzzi faces the setting sun and the view was just memorizing. We had our breakfast on the balcony and it was just great. Staffs once again were helpful and courteous.

The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy. If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Absolutely stunning hotel! It felt like the most beautiful area in Santorini. 🏘️ While waiting to check in, they even offered a glass of sparkling wine, which was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast was also incredibly filling. This hotel truly maximized the experience of traveling in Santorini!

GGuest UserWe arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.
