Сервис отличный, чисто, душ новый, не уставший. Парковка большая. До пляжа не далеко, но пляж в баре сомнительная истрия, лучше в сторону уехать например в добро вода. Зонтика жалко на ресепшене нет.

Nice spa hotel next to the old town and a 15 minute drive from the sea front and new town. Very small room. Spa with free access to sauna and steam room although sauna was broken. Outdoor pool area. Breakfast service very slow and a la carte not buffet. Restaurant was closed which was disappointing.

Прекрасный семейный отель, отлично расположен, рядом пляж,остановка автобуса Шушань, супермаркеты. Тишина, спокойствие. Ощущение, что просто живёшь в частном доме. Пользовались кухней, террасой - столовой с видом на море. Жили на пятом этаже, хозяев или других жильцов практически не видели. Хозяин Влада приятный человек, общительный. Спасибо, отлично провели время.

Всё бы хорошо, большой отель в туристическом месте, большая парковка, приветливый персонал. Но есть мелочи и не только, которые оставляют неприятные впечатления: кровать на подиуме - чтобы сходить в туалет, надо сначала спуститься по высоким ступеням, а потом подняться. Номер на верхнем этаже нам попался прямо под бассейном. До позднего вечера мы слушали гул насосов, но даже когда их отключили, было слышно бульканье воды, как будто мы жили на подводной лодке. Есть чайник в номере, но нет чашек и ложек. Может все эти проблемы можно было решить на рецепшене, переселиться в другой номер, но я считаю, что я не должен на отдыхе этим заниматься. Спасибо!

Highly recommended!!!. Location for this hotel is only meters away from the beautiful and peaceful Sutomore beach. Ideal for winter or summer vacations either for solo travellers, couples or families. They served delicious and variety choices of healthty breakfast. Gym is also available on the ground floor. Staff were very helpful and speak English. All rooms were spacious and extremely value for money. We were thankful upgraded to the Presidential Suit/ penthouse on the 8th floor, you can experience almost 360° beautiful panorama hills, and Seaview uninterrupted. Additionally, Sutomore is only minutes away to the old city Bar, starigrad , Dobravoda and Sveti Stevan.

Плюсы: Эконом-номер укомплектован чайником, холодильником, приборами. В коридоре общая плита, раковина и кухонная утварь (кастрюли/сковородки), так что разогреть еду смогли.
Минусы: Заказывали одну двуспальную кровать, в итоге две односпальные. На них шуршащие непромокаемые наматрасники - ночью было жарко и шумно, пришлось снимать. Сильный запах канализации из туалета. Крепление душа не регулируется, струя бьёт в стену. Держатель туалетной бумаги был просто приклеен на двухсторонний скотч - отвалился с грохотом.
Нюансы: Хотели завтраки, но их нет (не сезон). В остальном для 1 ночи нормально. Если остаётесь дольше, то номер лучше выбрать просторнее и проверить санузел

Hotel sent me a greeting note and welcome platter of fruits and it was a very nice gesture which we greatly appreciated. The view from the room was great and walking around the compound feels great too with the cool air in Nov 2025.
The hotel could install sensors to light up the corridor instead of relying on switches which guests have to turn on manually when they enter the corridor on the way to their rooms. We were put off by an unpleasant experience during dinner when the servers ignored our several calls for attention and this blemished our otherwise positive experience in the hotel .

ДДарья Ш.Plus: The economy is equipped with tea, refrigerator, appliances. In the corridor, the kitchen utensil, the shelter and the kitchen utensil (pans/bacons), so that the food was warmed up.
Defects: Ordered one double bed, eventually two one-sleep. On them the rough unwet mattresses - the night was hot and noisy, had to be removed. A strong smell of sewage from the toilet. The shower is not regulated, blowing into the wall. The holder of the toilet paper was simply glued to a two-way scotch - fell with a thunder.
Nuances: We wanted breakfast but they are not (not season). Otherwise for 1 night is normal. If you stay longer, the room is better to choose a spacious and check the sauna

KKRISTINAVery soulful, warm hotel, the staff is very friendly, helpful, the atmosphere is just super, there is an employee who speaks Russian well, organized a boat tour on Lake Skadar for us, treated us to drinks. Breakfasts are very tasty. The only thing is that I did not catch Wi-Fi in the room, but so many places. The room is small, but clean, everything you need is there. Nearby there is a store, parking, restaurants, souvenir shops, many excursion offers.

GGuest UserA good hotel for your money, near the beach, quite decent breakfasts even in the winter in the season when guests are obviously few. Oh, a good-welcome staff. The only minus is the unworkable air conditioner (all taken out of the socket and the socket is glued with a scotch), it is possible by summer everything will be corrected. But in February nights are cold, there is no heater or additional warm blankets, so I slept in a warm coffin.

GGuest UserA beautiful family hotel, excellent location, near the beach, bus stop Sushan, supermarkets. Silence, calmness. The feeling that you just live in a private house. Used the kitchen, terrace - a dining room with sea view. They lived on the fifth floor, the owners or other occupants have not seen them. The master of Vlada is a pleasant person, social. Thank you, you had a great time.

MMike AvlasEverything would be fine, a big hotel in a tourist location, a big parking lot, a friendly staff. But there are trimmings and not only that leave unpleasant impressions: bed on the podium - to go to the toilet, you have to go down the high steps first, and then go up. The room on the top floor we got right under the pool. Until late evening we listened to the pumps, but even when they were turned off, a bulb of water was heard as if we were living on a submarine. There is a teapot in the room, but there are no cups and spoons. Maybe all these problems could have been solved on the recipe, moved to another room, but I think I shouldn't be doing it on holiday. Thank you!
