Saya mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan di hotel ini. Daftar masuk adalah pantas dan cekap, dan saya terkejut dengan bilik yang luas. Ia datang dengan semua kemudahan asas, termasuk cerek, pinggan, cawan, pinggan mangkuk sabun, dan juga periuk induksi, sesuai untuk penginapan yang lebih lama. Harganya sangat berpatutan, malah mereka membenarkan sambungan pada harga berpatutan RM20 sejam. Satu-satunya cadangan saya ialah pihak hotel menyediakan payung. Kolam renang mempunyai tiga bahagian, iaitu kanak-kanak, 4 kaki dan 4 kaki 6 inci, dan dilindungi dengan CCTV 24 jam di sekitar kawasan kolam. Kolam itu juga dilengkapkan dengan tandas dan bilik persalinan sendiri. Saya suka tinggal di sini, dan saya akan mengesyorkannya kepada orang lain juga. đĽ°

Akses laut yang mudah: Lokasinya sangat baik. Anda boleh pergi island hopping (RM50) dan melihat matahari terbenam (RM250) terus dari hotel. Ia lebih bebas kebimbangan dan menjimatkan masalah anda menaiki teksi berulang-alik. Selepas berpeluh di laut, anda boleh berjalan semula ke bilik untuk mandi.
Kemudahannya sangat lengkap: hotel ini agak besar, dengan kedua-dua kolam renang biasa dan kolam infiniti, tempat untuk berjalan dan berbaring, makan dan menonton persembahan bar. Walaupun hotel ini agak lama, saya rasa nisbah harga/prestasi masih bagus.
Bilik: Apabila memilih bilik, disyorkan untuk memilih Bilik Tertinggi, yang nampaknya telah diubah suai dan jauh dari bar. Jika tidak, bising jika bar menyanyi sehingga lewat.
Tambahan pula nampak ikan-ikan kecil dan biawak di jeti hotel hahahaha

YYuanhuaruixiangRebak Island Resort & Marina, the sole hotel on Langkawi's Rebak Island, offered me an unforgettable vacation. If you're seeking a truly secluded sanctuary to connect with nature and escape the hustle and bustle, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
The island's environment is simply breathtaking! Surrounded by refreshing scenery, there are plenty of trails to explore on foot. What surprised me most was the excellent ecological preservation here. The hotel even offers a guided one-hour nature walk every Sunday at 8:30 AM. Through this, I learned about many unique Malaysian flora and fauna â it was a truly valuable learning experience!
Beyond hiking, we could also cycle. The bay where the hotel is situated is also a significant stop for global sailing, adding a special maritime flair to the entire resort.
What truly warmed my heart during this trip was the hotel's service. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and I sincerely thank them for that! Our package included dinner, and breakfast was a standard buffet with a wide variety of choices. The dinner menu also offered excellent selection, and both the taste and service left us very satisfied.
Even better, despite being on a private island, transportation to and from the mainland was absolutely no issue. There are several complimentary shuttle boat services daily, making it very convenient.
Of course, even in a perfect experience, there were some things to get used to.
1. **Soundproofing in wooden villas:** The hotel rooms are older-style wooden villas, usually two stories. If you stay on the ground floor, you will indeed hear the footsteps of guests upstairs quite clearly.
2. **Monkey neighbors:** Because the island's ecosystem is so thriving, we had quite a few monkey neighbors! Everyone needs to be extra careful and remember not to leave your room door open, otherwise, they might come in and âstealâ your food.
**Summary:**
Putting aside the soundproofing of the older villas and the âmischiefâ of the little monkeys, Rebak Island Resort & Marina earned my highest praise for its unparalleled natural environment, rich ecological activities, and thoughtful, attentive service. It was a soulful journey back to nature!

Friendly staff, stunning pool, and peaceful vibe.
The location is a bit inconvenient: it's up on a hill, so you need a car every time you arrive or leave.
No fridge in the room, noticeable lack of privacy (the layout surrounds the central pool like a theater/amphitheater, with rooms openly overlooking the pool area from all sides), and due to the shape, parts of the hotel are shaded by the surrounding buildings for half the day, limiting sun exposure.
Perfect if you want to disconnect and unwind; not great for frequent beach trips, full privacy, or all-day sunshine.
I loved my days here. Pure relax.

GGuest UserThis family-friendly hotel is absolutely fantastic! Paired with the beautiful Langkawi weather, it made for the best part of our trip. We stayed for two nights during the Chinese New Year holiday with my whole family, including seniors and kids, in a family suite which was a standalone wooden chalet. The hotel environment is excellent, nestled between mountains and water, and it's also right next to the SkyCab, so you could easily spend two days just exploring the area. We also booked an island hopping tour through the hotel, which was convenient, good value, and a great experience. We'll definitely come back next time we have a chance. A special mention to Sofie at the front desk â she was incredibly nice and gentle, providing an excellent check-in and check-out experience for guests. The hotel's Thai restaurant is great, followed by the Malaysian restaurant. We didn't go to the Chinese restaurant; I just glanced at the menu and decided against it. It felt like over 80% of the guests here were Caucasians, and the overall atmosphere, including at check-in and on the beach, was very peaceful.

NNiliudashuLocation, convenience, beach, ambiance, rooms, entertainment, dining â there's hardly anything to complain about. If I had to nitpick, first, there are too few designated smoking areas! Second, the rooftop infinity pool is strictly for guests aged 18 and above, which feels quite unreasonable. Many guests come with their families, and it's not like you can just ditch your kids to go for a swim. This policy excludes many from enjoying the experience.
For breakfast, try to go early and grab a seat near the water for a great experience.
The hotel is situated on Cenang Beach, which has very fine sand. The water isn't crystal clear, but it's acceptable.
The room's minibar offers a good variety of drinks, plus two small snack bags that are refilled daily by the staff.
You absolutely MUST choose a sea-view room. We opted for the Premium Sea View, which had an L-shaped sofa on the balcony. I actually slept there one night, facing the ocean, under the moonlight, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves â it was absolutely wonderful.
The room was also spacious enough, nearly 70 square meters, making it very comfortable for a family of three.
The gym doesn't have a huge variety of equipment, but it's sufficient and open 24 hours. There are two pools: one for adults and one for all ages.
Regarding food, the hotel has several restaurants, and there's also a beach BBQ with a fire dance show for 198 per person, which isn't expensive. It's also not far from Zhong Hua Seafood Restaurant and Hidden Bar, making dining very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Langkawi.

GGuest UserThis hotel was our best stay in Langkawi, It gave us a little 'White Lotus' vibe. If you like lots of greenary, this hotel is for you. View is amazing. Food was good. Only the minus point was it is a little far away from the main center. sometimes difficult to get a cab after 8, if you want to go to Pantai Chenang. Airport and sky bridge was quite near and also some of the nice beaches of Langkawi. For food, there is an authentic Indian restaurant 'Delhi Darbar' at a walking distance. There is also a cafe nearby. I definetely recommend this place.

GGuest UserBook sea view studio at a higher price due to the Chinese New Year holidays. Waited for almost 2 over hrs before room is ready when close to 3pm. However was very disappointed when check into room n as seaview studio room on 7th floor is blocked by a hill in the center n major construction looking down from the balcony. Request for a change of room to higher floor, view rooms on 2 other higher floors and finally settled on the 11th floor which is a better seaview eventot the hill in front with construction site is still there. Would rate the hotel only at probably 4 stars or below with average rooms furnishings , average spread breakfast, spots bad maintained cleanliness over the public areas n a rooftop which is squeezing all sunbathe chairs n tables n a bar with an average size swimming pool. Reception staffs are not as well trained but they are trying their best to fulfill most guests queries. The rooftop is quite windy but offers good photo view. This hotel should be relatively new only opened a few years ago but idoesnât match the prices of a 5 stars or 5 diamonds rated.

AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel is outstanding. It is right at the end of the beach, giving the feeling that the entire stretch of sand belongs to you. It is quiet, and ideal for relaxing, especially for families. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the prices are on the expensive side for what is offered overall.
Unfortunately, the hotelâs biggest weakness is its organisation and internal communication. Apparently different departments do not communicate well with one another. During check-in, there was a long queue at the reception despite five staff members being present, yet only two were actually assisting guests. As a result, we waited far longer than necessary. Only after I told them that they need to help each other out, did they start accelerating the check-in process.
A more serious issue occurred on our third day when the safe box in our room ran out of battery. I informed reception and was told someone would come shortly. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again, then waited another 15 minutes, and finally had to go to reception for the third time. In total, nearly two hours of our holiday were wasted waiting for a simple battery replacement.
The restaurant, however, was a clear exception. Mr Azizi deserves special mention for his professionalism and attentiveness. From the first day until the end of our stay, he regularly checked on us and genuinely tried to help. When I mentioned the safe box issue to him, he was the one who finally stepped in and made things happen. Thanks to his supervision, the restaurant ran smoothly and efficiently. BTW, itâs worth mentioning that breakfast is amazing, with a variety of delicacies.
Sadly, the same cannot be said for the beach bar. Orders were frequently forgotten, even after payment. Waiting 30â40 minutes for drinks and then being told they were simply forgotten was frustrating and disappointing.
Another sign of poor coordination was the bracelet policy. For the first two days, no one mentioned that guests were supposed to wear bracelets. From the third day onwards, security staff on the beach began checking and questioning us daily, which again points to a lack of communication at reception.
The room itself was decent. Due to the humid climate, there was a slight smell, which is quite common in this region and something we also experienced in Thailand, so this was not a major issue.
Overall, I can recommend this hotel for its excellent location and family-friendly atmosphere. However, considering the price and the ongoing organisational problems, I do not feel it offers good value for money. On a positive note, Grab makes it easy to get around, and the main hotspot area is only about 2-2.5 km away.

GGuest UserOnline reviews mentioned that staying in Kuah Town would be quieter, but since it's surrounded by seafood restaurants and roads, there were still motorcycle noises around 11 PM or 12 AM. However, it didn't bother us late sleepers, and it quieted down even later. In comparison, Pantai Cenang, being by the sea, would be much quieter. The room felt like an older 4-star hotel. I stayed in a twin room the first night and a king room the second, and for 300, it was generally good value for money. There's an I-Bing bubble tea shop nearby with delicious taro milkshakes, and it's also very close to Wonderland. Parking is very convenient and free.

SShelvjiangnanThis hotel seems to be an older establishment with decent facilities. The rooms are quite spacious, and the infinity pool on the rooftop is beautiful, probably the best spot around for a high-up view. On the downside: 1. There's virtually no room service, apart from changing two towels. 2. The hot water pressure is very low and it's not very hot, though thankfully it's a tropical climate. 3. The breakfast selection is poor, with very few options, and nothing I really enjoyed.

DDenise CKrecently stayed at ACH Hotel Langkawi and found the experience to be average overall. The check-in process was quite troublesome, as guests are required to scan and complete a self check-in even when reception staff are available but not assisting, which felt inconvenient.
The room was clean, but the standard room is very small and quite dark, making it less comfortable than expected. On the positive side, the location is good and convenient for getting around.
Overall, an average stay â decent for the location, but thereâs definitely room for improvement in service and room comfort.
