affordable price including breakfast if you are travelling with big families (＞6 adults). the staffs did their best to accommodate with our request (buggy service, extra bed/pillow/blanket, breakfast options not bad). not much of expectation considering the price

Close to Penang Airport with convenient transportation. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Penang for business. The hotel environment is great, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Didn't expect much as we just wanted two rooms for our one night stay but was pleasantly surprised - room was spacious, water pressure in the bathroom was strong and breakfast the next morning had an ample array of choices. Likely to repeat should we need to put up a night or two on our way up north the next time.

Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling. The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much. Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving. One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay. All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!

We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Langkawi! The view of the marina and sea was beautiful, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Just a small feedback — the door lock in our room wasn’t functioning properly, so it would be great if the hotel could look into that. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we’d be happy to come back again! 🌴🌅

The facilities were complete and in good working order. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist whenever needed. The hotel’s location is also strategic, close to Aman Jaya Mall, food outlet etc. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay that’s good value for money.

A comfortable hotel with basic amenities. I consider them as cheap among other hotels who have swimming pools. Plus, this hotel got a pool slide for kids.

The staff are very polite, friendly and very helpful. Even I have forgotten my belongings they check room very quickly and gave back to me very fast. I love king deluxe room and wish to come back again. Thank you very much.

Check in was fast and rooms was already available. Inside the room was like entering a 90's time tunnel where room decor was back in the 90's style, very big room, clean and still well maintained. Breakfast was fairly good but slow to replenish and not much food left half hour before restaurant closes for breakfast. Car park ample at the hotel's premises, a bit tight at the lots in front of the hotel. About 10mins walk to Aman Central Mall and very close to many food courts. Overall, it is value for money.
