Hotel Dengan Parking di Troms, Norway

The room was very clean and large. We arrived later than dinner time and communicated with the hotel staff in advance, and they still left us a sumptuous dinner. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming

Except for not closing the house every day, there are almost no shortcomings. You can see Aurora without going out. They cook instant noodles in their parking lot. I am very happy.

El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación es enorme y super bonita. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La terraza también está muy bien pero era compartida con la habitación de al lado La única pega que encontramos es que no tiene ascensor. Y tiene bastantes escaleras hasta el ático. Si vas cargando con equipaje y tienes problemas de movilidad se complica. Pero por lo que vimos había habitaciones en la planta baja sin ninguna escalera. Está un poco alejada pero tiene parking gratis y un supermercado al lado

The hotel environment is very good, the most impressive thing is that the breakfast is very rich, far exceeding expectations. The only fly in the ointment is that there is no free parking space, but parking nearby is also very convenient.

The facilities are quite basic, and the soundproofing is terrible. There was a constant banging and rumbling noise all day. On top of that, at 9 AM, someone inexplicably opened my door and turned on the lights. They closed the door but left the lights on. At noon, they rushed me to check out and even came into the room again. The screen mirroring was very difficult to use, and the TV's design was poor, blocking the remote control signal. On the positive side, the view from the 11th floor of the hotel is excellent.

There were no particular problems with the room. There are no toilets or showers as they are shared facilities. Wi-Fi is available ・Services The hotel will send you a message to guide you through check-in, so follow that. You can contact them via message if you want to add an option or ask any questions. You can book aurora tours and other tours from this hotel, and participate in tours at a discounted price. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Meals are provided (room service). Rental car service is available. There are lots of cats! Thoughts on the stay The floors were generally clean, as you had to change from shoes to slippers at the entrance. The cats in the hotel were also cute. The hotel itself was nice and I would like to stay again next time. One thing that was puzzling was that I never met the receptionist and didn't know where the reception was, so I was confused about that.

Nice hotel, friendly staff at the counter and helpful as well. Theres a bus from evenes airport to thon hotel and a short 5 min walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good, there is also an option to do lunch takeaway

Absolutely stunning views, super convenient location, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The staff are incredibly nice, and there are so many outdoor activities to choose from. The best part is being able to see the Northern Lights directly from the hotel!

I saw the northern lights from my room on my 2nd night around 9ish pm. I am very lucky, as I was not expecting it. Cos its polar nights season & with only a few hours of daylight, Scandic Ishavshotel was perfect in terms of comfort & accessibility. The view worth every cent. It might get abit crowded though during breakfast time but the spread was very good. Try to go between 7-7.30am to secure window seats. Another best thing when u are not driving or travelling alone with luggages, the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel.

This was a great location slightly out of the city to catch the Northern Lights without going on a tour (we saw it two nights out of five! Cabins were well kept and clean, we were two adults and two teens and there was enough space for everyone. It is 10mins walk to the bus stop to the city, of 40mins walk across the bridge to the city, both of which were manageable for us. Note that there aren’t many restaurants nearby. All in I was extremely happy we chose this place for the Tromso leg of our trip.
