Stayed here before my flight out of KTM. Free airport pickup and drop-off is a nice perk. The downside: I requested late checkout due to an evening flight, but it was refused and I had to pay half-day rate. That was frustrating. Positives: Housekeeping staff were helpful (quick with fresh towels and trash), restaurant food was tasty, and the front desk gave a warm farewell. Good for a transit stay if you don't need flexible checkout.

This is a very new , very perfect hotel in boudha. location is very good, only takes walking few minutes to boudha stupa, very nearby and convenient. Very clean, and restaurant food is very good, staffs are all friendly , helpful , make me feel welcome , they are patients and care about my needs, many thanks ! 

Everything was very good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant was very good. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The only downside — and I’m sorry to say this — is the nightclub next door, which made it difficult for me to sleep. Every night, the music went on from the evening until five in the morning. The hotel management should consider taking action regarding the nightclub, as it significantly affects guests’ ability to rest.

I love this hotel. Sparkling clean room & toilet. Spacious family room suits my family of 4. Warm hospitality & prompt service from the hotel staff Plus point, walking distance to Thamel tourist spot , shopping areas & new Hard Rock Cafe. And the hotel can arrange the airport transfer with one complimentary pick up. I did go to Mountain Flight to see Mt Everest, booked directly with the hotel - the greatest experience ever. The hotel also arrange our half day trip to Nagarkot. You name it - they can do everything you wish! Will come back here again if I come to Nepal. Thanks Arayatara!

We stayed 8 days in Kathmandu and felt very comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were nicely appointed and properly sized. The bed and bedding were comfortable and the decor was modern and tasteful. All of the staff were kind and friendly and offed help for arranging anything we needed. Dipesh, their barista prepared delicious coffee each morning and made a recommendation for Ayurvedic massage nearby, helping with reservations. It was an amazing massage. In the evenings, Bijay, their bartender was able to make exceptional cocktails and served us so well. We would definitely return and stay again.

I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. My parents were very comfortable during their stay and were truly happy with the service. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. I landed here on my first night in Kathmandu and it was a perfect landing. I booked a trek which was also excellent, staff are very friendly, the breakfast is great. The dorm is also great for the budget traveller, I moved from a room to the dorm as I’m in Nepal for three months. Totally excellent! 🤩

I had an incredible stay and extended two more nights.  The GM and the staff are super helpful and customer oriented.  Room is spacious.  Morning yoga is included and the male yoga teacher is phenomenal.  The yoga practice is inside the monastery.  The location is another advantage.  It’s walking distance to the Boudha Stupa which allows me to walk there a few times a day.  At the same time, it’s in a quiet dead end.  Lastly, it could be helpful for some who wish to disconnect digitally because   wifi doesn’t work too well .  There’s only one server located near the staircase in my building. If your room is far away from it, the signal is obviously problematic.

We decided to give this place a second chance after a previous negative experience, and we’re glad we did. This time everything was positive. The room was clean, and the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you for the great experience!
