The hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I stayed for 3 days/2 nights. The hotel has a very small parking garage. However, there are ample parking garages close by and in walkable distance. The hospitality was good, the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. I loved the amenities, very nice if you wanted to have a laid back day but not be stuck in your room. The location is not far from food, sports centers, and shopping. The only thing I would say is to bring/buy your own wash cloths. Their dry cleaning service deliveries for bath essentials are sometimes back up and you’ll be waiting for hours until you can shower (in the event that you want new bathing cloths). Also, you are unable to request a microwave for your room. There is a microwave in the lobby. Since the hotel is on the corner of a busy street I do feel that security should be patrolling the doors. My overall stay was a 8.5/10!

This was my first stay at Element New York Times Square West, and overall I have mixed feelings. The location is excellent, with a subway station only a few minutes’ walk away, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. It’s also within easy walking distance of Times Square and Broadway, making it a very convenient base for exploring NYC. Breakfast was a definite highlight. There were usually three hot options, which varied daily (generally an egg dish, a meat option and something like pancakes, French toast or breaded bites). There were also bagels, muffins, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, toast, cheese and cold meats, plus tea, coffee and fruit juices. There was plenty of choice to suit different tastes. We were upgraded to a Superior King, although I wouldn’t describe the room as particularly spacious. It was fine for one person, but the bed was positioned so close to the AC unit that I think a second person would struggle to get comfortably into the bed from that side. The kitchenette was well equipped, although we discovered after a long flight that our pizza wasn’t going to cook properly in the microwave/oven! We mostly ate out after that, although we did successfully cook pasta one evening. The bed itself was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the lack of communication about construction work. This wasn’t mentioned before our stay or when we checked in. On one day, construction was taking place in the room immediately next door, which was incredibly frustrating, particularly as we had no warning. Housekeeping was average. Beds were made daily when requested, bins emptied and the bathroom cleaned, but our sheets weren’t changed during our seven-night stay. There was also an unfortunate incident where wet clothes I’d hung in the shower to dry after a very heavy rainstorm were made even wetter when the cleaner turned the shower on without moving them. There was no communication or apology, and with only two days left I had to use the iron and hairdryer to dry everything before packing. The Monday–Thursday happy hour is useful if you want a quick drink before dinner or a Broadway show, but it takes place in the breakfast area, so there’s very little atmosphere - essentially people sitting at breakfast tables with wine, cheese and olives. As other guests have mentioned, the lifts can be problematic during busy periods, particularly with only two operating for a 40-floor hotel. The AC was also noisy, so I turned it off after the second night. Combined with traffic noise outside, I ended up using earplugs to sleep. Check-in was excellent, but unfortunately check-out was the complete opposite. I queried the security deposit, particularly because we had two rooms, and asked when it would be returned and whether I’d receive a receipt. The response from the woman at the desk was very terse, and after I questioned another part of my stay I was met with an eye roll. It was a disappointing way to finish the trip. Overall, this is a good hotel if you mainly want a convenient base for exploring NYC. The location, breakfast, comfortable bed and kitchenette are all positives. However, given the price, I expected better communication and service. The construction noise, housekeeping issue, lifts and inconsistent front-desk experience definitely brought the stay down. Great location and breakfast, but there are several areas that need improvement - particularly communication with guests.

This hotel is located in the bustling city center. The interior design is simple yet sophisticated. The service, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was excellent throughout. Check-in was quick, and any last-minute requests were handled smoothly and proactively. The facilities are well-maintained, with a complete range of amenities including a TV, bathroom facilities, and charging ports. The gym is fully equipped, and the self-service laundry room was a convenient essential for travelers.

This is a great hotel. While the facilities aren't top-notch, they absolutely meet the standards of a four-star establishment. If you're looking for an affordable star-rated hotel with well-maintained facilities, this is definitely your best bet. I only paid a little over 900 RMB per night when I booked.

The hotel's location is great; honestly, most hotels on Manhattan Island have similar locations – if you're close to uptown, you're further from downtown. There's a subway station right outside, making dining, living, and transportation very convenient. The biggest issue, though, is that the rooms don't have a refrigerator, and drinking water isn't provided, let alone a coffee machine, which most of the other hotels we've stayed in had. This meant we had to skip buying a lot of food we wanted because we couldn't store it.

I was really lucky to pick such a great hotel in New York this time. It's located in Manhattan's Financial District, super close to the 9/11 Memorial – probably just a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood has convenience stores, coffee shops, and several restaurants. Plus, multiple subway lines make it super easy to get to Midtown Manhattan or Brooklyn. Although the hotel's decor looks a bit dated, it's very well-maintained. The room interiors are comfortable, and some room types offer views of the Hudson River. On sunny days, waking up to that view made my morning every time.

The price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.

This hotel near the airport had a huge room with two comfortable 1.5-meter beds. I slept like a log until my alarm went off. What really impressed me was how thoughtful the hotel was: they asked for our phone number during check-in, and as soon as we got to our room, we received a welcoming text message. It said we could text them with any questions or concerns, which really put us at ease.

Great location in Manhattan, really convenient for getting around since it's close to the subway. The restaurant on the first floor is excellent for breakfast, and the rooftop bar is fantastic too! The rooms are spacious, and the staff are very welcoming!
