The Empire Brunei truly exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, all made with fresh, delicious ingredients – every meal was incredibly satisfying. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, clean, and comfortably laid out, making for a truly relaxing stay. The hotel grounds are huge, with lush greenery and stunning ocean views. It's a quiet and therapeutic environment. The outdoor pool has crystal clear water and faces the sea directly, perfect for swimming and photos. Just a few steps away is the beach, ideal for leisurely walks and watching the sunset. My entire stay was flawless, with thoughtful service and excellent facilities. You absolutely must stay here if you visit Brunei!

The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer which is very convenient! Also located near to JP theme park and food court! Food is quite yummy , very affordable price even for room service. Overall, a pleasant stay. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool!

The room itself was great, clean and tidy. I arrived on an early flight and didn't expect to be able to check in early, but was told I could come back at 11 AM to check in. Happy, I stored my luggage and went out to explore. When I returned to the hotel at 10:30 AM, I was told there would be an extra charge for early check-in. I then reminded the front desk that they had agreed to let me check in at 11 AM earlier that morning, and only then was I asked to wait a bit longer for check-in. This little hiccup was the only thing that dampened my mood, but everything else was really good. There are two large supermarkets around the hotel, and on the ground floor, there's a bakery and a Japanese dessert shop, so breakfast was easily sorted. The breakfast and lunch at the bakery were excellent; I ate there twice. The Japanese desserts were also delicious, and two people don't need to order too much. From the hotel room, you can see the mosque, which is truly beautiful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, yet only about a ten-minute drive from the airport. The receptionists were very polite and even helped with luggage. The facilities are decent, with a gym, spa, pool, and restaurant all available. It's worth noting that bottled water is not provided due to environmental considerations.

I had an excellent stay at Centrepoint Hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well managed. The front desk and reception staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and professional. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, courteous, and always greeted guests with a warm smile, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I was also impressed by the hotel's prompt service. As I was unfamiliar with the air-conditioning controls in my room, I contacted the front desk for assistance. Two maintenance staff members arrived within just a few minutes, helped me to reset the air-conditioning system, and patiently showed me how to adjust the temperature. The quick response and friendly assistance were greatly appreciated. The room and hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a full day of exploring Brunei. Thank you to the entire Centrepoint Hotel team for your outstanding hospitality. Your excellent service made my trip even more enjoyable. Excellent. My kids love the pool and the playground. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room is spacious. We picked the grand deluxe and love it. Two toilets, how convenient. I heard there are connecting rooms between deluxe and grand deluxe. We are going to pick those when we come back. The staff is friendly. When i accidentally left my stuff after checked out, they helped me look for it and i easily could get it back without any hassle.

This was my first time using this hotel for business. While there aren't many commercial facilities nearby, the rooms are clean, the environment is pleasant, and the proximity to the airport and shuttle service are convenient. The hotel cafe is also relaxing.

Old design hotel. But complete with playground for kid but need to pay for 3 dollar. Parking available and have basement parking. 2 swimming pool available. Breakfast not many choices but good enough. Amenities is limited, the hotel only provide 1 toothbrush. Overall very satisfied as the price is reasonable.

The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.
