Hotel Dengan Pools di Brunei-Muara, Brunei Darussalam

Stayed 3 nights here. Clean and bright rooms, strong AC, hair dryer provided, non smart TV, small fridge, toiletries, dental kits, shower gel shampoo provided, basic swimming pool is available, WiFi connection for level 5 was ok too.In general, the staff here are friendly, and helpful. Basic breakfast is included and lots of choices. There were 2 receptionist Malay ladies who were really unfriendly and looked like you owed her money. My only real complaint is that bedbug on my queen size bed on my first night. The next morning I asked to change all my bed linen and pillow cases. One of the unfriendly receptionist ladies was handling me. She really makes me fed up. The bedbug is not kidding, I got a bite all over my legs and body. Airport shuttle pick up only is available for advance booking for free of charge. Late check-out is chargeable for 10 BND per hour even if the hotel room is all empty. Overall, a good value hotel for what you pay but don't expect too much. Side note: The Japanese restaurant Washoku is really superb, and must try. Very affordable price with real Japan quality food and you can simply order any food and won't disappoint you.

Excellent. My kids love the pool and the playground. My husband enjoyed the gym. The room is spacious. We picked the grand deluxe and love it. Two toilets, how convenient. I heard there are connecting rooms between deluxe and grand deluxe. We are going to pick those when we come back. The staff is friendly. When i accidentally left my stuff after checked out, they helped me look for it and i easily could get it back without any hassle.

Hotel bernilai hebat. Ini adalah kali pertama saya di Brunei. Hotel ini menyediakan lapangan terbang percuma untuk mengambil dan menghantar hotel. Menjemput dan menghantar sangat profesional! Walaupun saya hanya tinggal selama sehari, kakitangan meja depan sopan dan membantu! Ia membuatkan saya sangat menyukai Brunei! Makanan yang disediakan di restoran dalam hotel juga sedap.Saya tidak memilih makanan tempatan.Saya makan malam dan sarapan di restoran hotel! Semuanya berharga kira-kira NT$100 di Hong Kong... Jika saya berpeluang ke Brunei, saya akan menempah lagi!

This is a little outdated but very well maintained and clean hotel. Buffet breakfast offers a lot of choices, especially deserts.The hotel is located in a very busy shopping area and it's difficult to find a parking spot because hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot except for several spots in front of the main entrance.

Our stay at The Empire Hotel was truly exceptional! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. A special mention to Lynn (or Ann—I may have gotten the name wrong) (she was the one driving the buggy in the pic) who was always smiling, friendly, and very accommodating with all our questions. As first-time visitors to Brunei, this experience exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed by the warmth and respectfulness of the people. We enjoyed the in-house cinema and had an amazing meal at Pantai, the food was perfect! they will also say where to have your best sunset/ sunrise view. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended to friends and family!

Hotel ini hebat, sangat bersih dan kemas, di tingkat bawah ada kedai roti, masjid emas bertentangan, dan kedai wafel di tingkat bawah sangat lazat sehingga saya pergi ke sana tiga kali!

Excellent stay! The location is perfect—only a 5-minute drive from the airport—and the hotel provides complimentary airport transfers at any time of day, no matter when your flight arrives or departs, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also outstanding: friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast options are not extensive, but considering the very reasonable price, the quality and value are more than satisfactory. If there were a coin laundry facility available, the hotel would be even better. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay, especially for travelers needing quick airport access.

We enjoyed our one-night stay with my friends. We stayed there for our hiking trip. They granted us a late check-out until 1:00 PM. Breakfast was alright. I wish they had soup options like corn or mushroom, and more fruit selections—there was only watermelon (not sweet) However, the main courses were delicious. Wi-Fi on Level 5 was not stable. The swimming pool was closed for some reason. We called the reception 3x, but no one picked up. Other than that, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it.

Hotel ini sepatutnya menjadi yang terbaik di Bandar Seri Begawan Lokasinya yang selesa untuk perjalanan Ia tidak jauh dari Dewan Peringatan Sultan, Masjid Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin dan kampung terapung. Bilik ini luas dan terang, dengan kemudahan asas. Variasi sarapan okay. Khususnya, terdapat pejabat penyewaan kereta AVIS di sini di mana anda boleh menyewa dan mengambil kereta di hotel (kerana saya berumur 72 tahun, beberapa laman web domestik utama tidak boleh menyewa kereta di Brunei, jadi tidak ada masalah untuk menyewa kereta. di sini). All staff are very helpful and Good attitude! Great Breakfast! Near location of the stadium!!! Highly recommend this hotel 🌟
