GGuest UserI was so impressed by this hotel; I didn't know about it until I was looking for a place to stay in Santo Domingo and found this marvelous place. Alexandra, the beautiful girl from the front desk, is amazing—so nice, always smiling, and prompt to help with anything. All the people that work there are friendly and kind. The breakfast at Dos Cafés restaurant was amazing and delicious. Absolutely my favorite place to stay from now on.

GGuest UserThe hotel's soundproofing is average. Living on the fifth floor, you can hear people talking loudly downstairs. The internet is poor, and what's uncomfortable is that the charging plug is not at the bedside! ! ! But the hotel's breakfast is great, with everything you need. I hope the room facilities can be improved, as they are a bit too old.

Safe, not fancy but good. All the essentials are there . A bit dated, but maintained. Roof top pool and roof top breakfast are very nice. Personnel helpful and nice.
I'm been here few times and is always my first choice when I need to go in Town.

The deluxe bed booked this time, the front desk service is very warm, and the scenery outside the window is the most attractive to us. It is beautiful. The hotel's service is a plus, the pool is also a plus, the front desk and lobby concierge service is particularly good, it is a special trip. Satisfied

GGuest UserVery good experience, the hotel is clean and the best thing is one of the few hotels in Santo Domingo that have late checkout. The parking can be difficult to find, make sure you enter from the street Fantino Falcon

GGuest UserNice staff, very well located in the Zona Colonial and at walking distance from the bus stop to/from Punta Cana. The couch upstairs was nice to chill out and so was the seating area in the patio. Pancakes and the juice for breakfast were nice too. Only thing to improve would be the cleanlineness. The bathrooms were a bit dirty in the mornings and there was some old dirt next to the bed.

Hygiene: Hygiene conditions are very delicious and the merchant is also very considerate. I will order it again next time.
