The whole stay was great, I needed somewhere to stay while work was being carried out on my house. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs, there was a big desk for me to work at and the internet connection was perfect, I had multiple video conferences and it never dropped once. Housekeeping were kind enough to check if I needed anything everyday, and reception staff were super friendly. Right next to a massive national trust property had some beautiful autumn walks However there is absolutely no phone signal (Vodafone)obviously nothing to do with the hotel it’s just extra info about the area!

Medium. Even canceledl the second day booking the day before for urgency still couldn't get any refund. So the room will be perfectly available on the second day for anyone to take and the hotel still charged you full price. Towel in bathroom has brown stain on it. No idea what was that. Quite at night, breakfast is nice.

Nice room, on the smaller side but sufficient for 1 traveller Location is nice and the managing team is very efficient and supportiv

we stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying.

Our room is a double room with an extra sofa bed. Room is smaller than expected and different from the photos . But location is very good and right next to Victoria Centre . Room is clean in general with cold aircon but with few things,like toys, bottles under bed. Might not be the most elderly friendly as some rooms required a few stairways to get to which could be a bit of a hassle.

We really liked The Beeches Our bed and pillows were super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We look forward to coming back Oh and I loved my swim after breakfast.  The lovely warm jacuzzi was a real treat.

Took advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.
