excellent hotel with a great location next to a mall a park and lake. Very friendly super clean and loved the big swimming pool on top of the building.

Googleの口コミでトコジラミがいたというのを見たので心配していましたが、結果として私が泊まった部屋にはいませんでした。
価格が安いわりにホテル全体がとても清潔で、水のプレゼントや豊富な種類のコーヒーマシンもあり、満足しています。
街中からは離れていますが、街自体が小さいのでそれほど遠くもなく、Uberを使えば簡単に行き来できます。
もしまたサンミゲルデアジェンデに来ることがあれば泊まると思います。

This place is superb. A hidden location wirh private gates, parking, beautiful rooms so spacious. Staff very friendly. I loved that thwy used Dove bodywash and shampoo. The pool is beautiful and a bar with drinks and buffet breakfast. I would 100% return to this hotel. My children loved it

Very attentive service, from the beginning checking in was fast and easy the place is super beautiful clean and amazing pool site. I would definitely like to come back and stay here. I came to pick up a family member from the airport and siressly wanted to stay longer!!!! It is super close to airport

唯一不足就是不太膈音，聽客户説這個酒店經常有政府官員開會，所以會有帶槍的人在裏麪包圍
比較怪異的是酒店有鐵門關着的，看起來很安全……

Muy buena ubicación, todo el personal desde la entrada amable, el lugar lindo, solo el inconveniente que al llegar no había toallas y el baño un tanto percudido (taza) y su tina tenía una ligera grieta por dónde se fugaba el agua, comento esto a fin de mejoras, de ahí en fuera todo muy lindo gracias.

La atencion al llegar muy buena, aunque se tardaron para poder hacer el check in, ya pasaban de las 3 y ya tenian a varios huespedes esperando poder entrar a la habitacion, dijeron que aun no les actualizaban el estatus de las habitaciones.
En la habitacion casi todo bien, excepto la cantidad de agua en la regadera y en la llave del lavabo, salia poca.
Al momento del check out, la chica que me atendio fue muy rapido aunque su actitud no fue la mejor cuando le pregunte por la factura, como si estuviera ocupada o malhumorada.
En general es un buen hotel, muy bien ubicado

整體還是不錯的，相對簡單但乾淨，酒店早餐不太豐富，但我不太介意，酒店位置就是距離瓜納華拖老城旅遊中心比較遠一點，如果想方便遊覽景點的朋友就要慎重考慮了。

Good location, very friendly service staff ! but negative, the staff are very distrustful and keep running after you to ask you to pay, especially in the restaurant. like . Very unpleasant and a big change from last year. That's why we changed the hotel.

Bbm998I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day.
The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free.
While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience.
That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

GGuest UserRoom had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .

GGuest UserI was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.

GGuest UserRoom facilities can be, a little breakfast is served, but the dinner order service is not in place, it takes a long time to wait for other people to send meals, ask you to order, the same food price is 3 times the outside.

GGuest UserI was worried because I saw a tokojirami in Google's word of mouth, but as a result I wasn't in the room I stayed in.
The whole hotel is very clean despite the low price, and there are water gifts and a wide variety of coffee machines, which is satisfying.
It's far from the city, but it's not too far because the city itself is small, and you can easily get back and forth with Uber.
I think I will stay if I come to San Miguel de Agende again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a slope on the mountain, a bit remote, it is inconvenient to call uber. The room environment is general, there is no elevator, it is not convenient to take large luggage.
