Clean and friendly hotel. Great service and good location. But if you want to get a taxi, better order it by Uber. Taxi charges extra if ordered by the front desk.

I was worried because I saw a tokojirami in Google's word of mouth, but as a result I wasn't in the room I stayed in. The whole hotel is very clean despite the low price, and there are water gifts and a wide variety of coffee machines, which is satisfying. It's far from the city, but it's not too far because the city itself is small, and you can easily get back and forth with Uber. I think I will stay if I come to San Miguel de Agende again.

This place is superb. A hidden location wirh private gates, parking, beautiful rooms so spacious. Staff very friendly. I loved that thwy used Dove bodywash and shampoo. The pool is beautiful and a bar with drinks and buffet breakfast. I would 100% return to this hotel. My children loved it 10/10

Very attentive service, from the beginning checking in was fast and easy the place is super beautiful clean and amazing pool site. I would definitely like to come back and stay here. I came to pick up a family member from the airport and siressly wanted to stay longer!!!! It is super close to airport

房間很大，早餐豐富，有游泳池， 唯一不足就是不太膈音，聽客户説這個酒店經常有政府官員開會，所以會有帶槍的人在裏麪包圍 比較怪異的是酒店有鐵門關着的，看起來很安全……

The service upon arrival was very good, although it took a while to check in, it was already after 3 and they already had several guests waiting to get into the room, they said that they had not yet updated the status of the rooms. In the room almost everything was fine, except for the amount of water in the shower and in the sink faucet, there was little. At check out, the girl who helped me was very fast although her attitude was not the best when I asked her about the bill, as if she was busy or in a bad mood. This hotel is a classic gem, only about ten minutes from Guanajuato town by taxi, costing around 10 RMB. It's very convenient. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the bread 🥯. During my stay, I even happened to catch a vintage car club event. Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend a restaurant in the center of Guanajuato, where I enjoyed lunch and dinner. The prices were good, the food was excellent, and the environment was elegant. It's called Casavaladez, and it's right next to the Peace Garden.

The hotel is next to the highway, the hotel offers breakfast, breakfast is OK, if there are more Asians, rice will be served. The hotel has a swimming pool and is open all day. The surrounding area is very quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the price is quite high, it is recommended.
