All staff was very kind and friendly. We loved the hotel facilities. Clean rooms !! Definitely we will come back!

Room was clean and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Room was not as clean as it should be. Smears on the refrigerator, microwave, and flat screen. The head board was dirty. The bathroom towels had long black hairs on them and some towels had small stains. The toilet had a black ring under the rim. The room itself has a faint smell of urine. The bed was comfortable and their was sufficient lighting. Just a tip, check the windows in your room if you stay here. We did upon arrival and both of them were unlocked.

The Marriott Residence Inn - Nashua, in my opinion, the best Marriott branded hotel in Nashua, NH, and Southern New Hampshire, is an outstanding hotel, by many means. The hotel is ideally located, less than a mile from Route 3/The Everett Turnpike, on the north side of Nashua. The Marriott Residence Inn - Nashua is in an office park, in between Amherst Street in Nashua, and The Everett Turnpike; the area is safe, walkable, convenient to several restaurants and retail stores (and a great, ”Market Basket” supermarket) and the hotel is quiet as a mouse. The Marriott Residence Inn - Nashua is as well maintained and immaculate as hotel's come (or better!); the hotel has a wonderful Fitness Center and indoor pool (each, immaculate!). The physical plant is outshined by the hotel's management and staff, who are welcoming, warm, professional, and efficient - great Ambassadors of Marriott! Breakfast at The Marriott Residence Inn - Nashua is amongst the best of all of the many (many!) Residence Inn's that we have visited. There is a wide selection of high quality, fresh, well-prepared food and beverage choices, and a warm, welcoming, efficient and professional staff, in the hotel's food and beverage department. This Marriott Residence Inn - Nashua is very special. While we were there, the hotel was honoring the Nashua 9-1-1 EMS Clinicians (from American Medical Response), during National EMS Week, at breakfast, each morning. First Class! I can't say enough great things about the Marriott Residence Inn - Nashua.

Was a great stay can’t wait to go again!! Djs on Saturday nights great food . I feel like the prices are always so expensive for a room . But being so close to the beach … the breakfast isn’t complimentary… that was a huge bummer!!!

Not the best trip I've been on ... we were kicked out of our room and made to sit in the lobby so the cops could go look in the room . I found out that there was a murder a couple years ago on the third floor .. The front desk also told us when we checked out that we would get a call from the manager to see if there was anything they could do about us having to leave the room and after a couple days no call from the manager and i called there and the manager wasn't there again still Til this day never got a call from the manager.

Stayed here for a night with my family as we were looking for a night away from home at a place with a pool. The room was small but appeared to be clean until my 2 year old discovered a pair of mens underwear (NOT my husbands) in the bathroom. I informed the front desk, not trying to make a big deal out of it, but more for their information. She made a note of it but didn’t even offer an apology. The pool area is very nice and was the main reason why we booked. We were looking forward relaxing in there after dinner but much to our surprise, it turned into a sort of a night club at night. It was actually a pretty cool concept - DJ, bubble machine, fog, and 100% kid friendly, just not what we were expecting during COVID. Apparently it’s also open to the public at a cover change so it was pretty busy! Breakfast in the morning was ok - cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee. I guess it’s usually better but with COVID they have to limit the options. Overall, not sure if we’d stay again, but it wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed.

We went to Manchester to celebrate my Granddaughters birthday. We did some shopping, swimming and Chuck E Cheese of course. Hotel was perfectly located to all those things. Yet quiet at night. Restaurants are not quiet as close as website indicates however. Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good and hot.

Tempatnya sempurna daripada bantuan kaunter penerimaan tetamu semasa daftar masuk sepanjang masa, tiada masalah di sini dan saya pasti mengesyorkan tinggal di sini, sangat dekat dengan segala-galanya jadi perlu melangkah keluar bukanlah masalah sama sekali. Good hotel but not easy to get to, restaurants/bar should be open much later then 10:00 pm

We were lucky to get a room for the night during this leaf-peeping season. I called the 800 number and was quoted a 2 queen bed room for $279, prepaid. Luckily when we got there, it was NOT prepaid and we were happy to pay only $165. However, the room was not terribly clean: there were crumbs and light debris in all the room corners and extreme dust and food debris underneath the microwave. The toilet seat was broken (completely detached on one side), the microwave didn't work, and the TV in the room had serious issues when the desk agent tried to turn it on for us. Parking was great and the queen beds were comfortable. The fitness center was dirty, neither the TV nor the clock worked, the trash was full, and there was no water. I used to work for a 7-star resort in Jackson, Wyoming so I was horrified to learn that hotel staff (namely 2 male housekeepers) lived on-site and could use the fitness center, but they obviously did not notice the cleanliness or condition situations in the hotel.

Booked two nights here based on the reviews and the rate. We felt the rate was very good considering the area. The property is close to the highway, but not too close to create noise. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was a full breakfast, which many of the Choice properties are not offering lately. At first it was because of covid, now it feels like it’s to cut costs. The breakfast area was immaculate. I really can’t say enough good things about this property.

We have stayed here before and this time we stayed 7 nights. The bed was super comfortable, the place was clean, there was plenty of food at the complimentary breakfast, and it's convenient to everywhere we needed to be. The main thing is that the General Manager, Lisa Reeser, provided excellent service. She was particularly helpful on several occasions and was friendly throughout our stay.

It was fine, the bed was comfortable, room was warm after we turned on the heat, no complaints. The inside pool is right behind the check in desk and open from 7 am to 11 pm I believe.

With few chain hotels in south Maine to choose from, we stayed at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Hampton Portsmouth in Hampton New Hampshire. We used points to stay at the hotel that was charging over $300/night during Maine’s high season. For the rate it was charging, this should have been a first class hotel. It was not. The small room was very narrow with very little space around the bed. The furniture was white laminate and there was not enough storage - only two medium drawers, a small closet and two very small bedside table drawers. The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator that was not very cold. There was NO SAFE. We could not lower the very cold AC and had to either turn it off or suffer the heat. The TV reception was very bad. The bathroom was brightly lit but the walk-in shower was small. Dining at the hotel was not good. There is no coffee/tea bar during the day. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests at the hotel. Plus the breakfast went from just okay to bad. The first morning was scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles plus hard boiled eggs, breakfast breads, cold cereal, oatmeal, apples and bananas, yogurt, fruit juices, milk, tea and coffee. The second morning featured scrambled eggs, really bad boiled turkey sausage and a prepackaged sausage egg biscuit (Jimmy Dean?). The third morning was a disaster – they ran out of hot food by 8:30 a.m. My friends and I left and got breakfast elsewhere. There was no housekeeping during our stay. We threw out our garbage in a garbage can outside the elevator that was not emptied by the time we returned that evening. People left garbage bags outside their rooms that were not picked up by the staff which I guess meant that the hall carpets were not vacuumed either.

All staff was very kind and friendly. We loved the hotel facilities. Clean rooms !! Definitely we will come back!

Great stay

The inn was so clean: bathroom and bed sheets are spotless; it was so convenient: it has shower gel and body wash dispensers and has a permanent night light; it has all the essentials for a traveler: microwave, fridge, coffee machine.

The Inn itself is lovely. It's located in a part of New Hampshire that is very quaint and picturesque. Nestled in between a ski mountain and cross country ski center, the Inn has small, comfortable rooms that look up towards the ski lifts. The rooms are modestly furnished but clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant is staffed by friendly employees who take the time to ask about your day and interests. For the money I paid to stay at this location, I'd recommend it for any couple on a journey to the White Mountains and aiming to keep within a budget as well.
