Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day.
The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday.
We would definitely return when in the area.

Tempat letak kereta adalah hebat— ia seperti kami berada di tempat letak kereta persendirian di dalam hutan. Saya menginap di 204. Kakitangan cukup baik, tetapi disebabkan covid19, tiada perkhidmatan pembersihan selama beberapa hari, yang mana hotel tidak akan mengurangkan tambang bilik juga. Sarapan pagi adalah beg kertas (muffin komersial dan air botol kecil, tangerine) Lobi hotel digantikan dengan salah satu bilik hotel, setiap kali saya perlu mengetuknya untuk masuk, Sayangnya saya tidak boleh pergi ke lobi untuk mendapatkan air panas atau sesuatu.

You never stayed we tried to cancel it the woman at the front desk was either not understanding didn't care because I wish you Priceline and the VIP number she does it anyways so it booked it but it didn't book it until the following night which I already had reservations at the Clarion inn airport in Manchester for the following night that's why we wanted to make sure that it was camping because we clicked on the wrong location. My husband is infuriated because she charged his card and he doesn't think he'll be getting it back. So he's like a card reimbursed.

Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!

As per our request, we were offered a room on the top floor, which was a huge compliment and made our stay even more special.🏞️The view from the room was beautiful🤩and truly added to the overall experience. The hotel facilities were excellent – clean, modern, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the☕️complimentary🍊breakfast🍎, which had a great variety🥞🥓and was perfect to start the day before heading out to explore. If you’re planning to visit New Hampshire, especially during the stunning🍁fall season, this hotel is the perfect place to stay. Great location, minutes from all the major hiking trails and attractions. Right off Highway 3 and close to Woodstock and the Lincoln township. Adequate parking and we literally parked in front of our room. They hv an indoor and outdoor heated pool. The outdoor jacuzzi is a big draw. There’s also a small lake for fishing and riding the water bots. Great location for weddings and picture taking. The room was a bit old and the aircon was a bit noisy. The ceiling was a bit thin as we can hear our neighbours talking. Breakfast was great, coupled with great service. We would return to stay again. A bit expensive for this time of the year but well worth it.

We enjoyed our stay! #5 grandchild born at Concord Hospital . Debbie at the front desk is THE BEST! She was friendly and caring with excellent service and advice, I almost cancelled when your pool was not available after I had already booked for a pool! We will be back again because of Debbie !

It was fine, the bed was comfortable, room was warm after we turned on the heat, no complaints. The inside pool is right behind the check in desk and open from 7 am to 11 pm I believe.

This was a nice and quiet hotel. It wasnt very busy/booked, so it was extra quiet. Located close enough to some good restaurants. May I suggest Oak Craft Pizza, its near the Target, a very short drive from hotel, well worth it ;-) The front desk attendant Cameron, was always very welcoming every evening when I returned. Probably the most interactive front desk attendant of any Hilton chain hotel Ive stayed at. Super great smile too, I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area for work.
