Great hotel. Checked in right away, although we arrived very early before check-in. Clean room. The room has a bathroom and shower. Clean linen

The furniture is dated, especially the carpet in the room. The cleanliness was poor; although the room was cleaned, the bedding wasn't replaced. The bathroom sink had poor drainage.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

overall it’s a good hotel and everything works fine , but if you need to be close to Dubai downtown it’s too far and traffic has become an issue. The room smelled strange and bed pillows i found uncomfortable as well as the bedlinen smelled old/ not good not fresh it annoyed me a bit . the room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom nice . If the location doesn’t matter it’s a good choice . The area around it has nothing to offer lots of traffic , better don’t walk around there

The hotel is inside a mall, the rooms look like an office. Indoor swimming pool, very poor and too busy, not equal to the capacity of the hotel. I had a room with no view to the lake. It's good for sleeping and eating, but not for enjoyment. I had a problem with the bathroom also. Didn't enjoy my stay there.

Excellent hotel, but I had a problem when leave the hotel : When I reached home in Al Ain. I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

Located in the heart of Sharjah, several old houses are connected to form a hotel. It is easy to get lost. But it is very local and quite photogenic. Since it is an early building, it needs to be kept away from the heat as much as possible, so the windows of the room are very small, but the room content is also very romantic. The Korean restaurant in the hotel had very delicious ramen, which was definitely a surprise!

The ”Red Castle” is a 4-star hotel, well-suited for tourists. The restaurant is quite good, offering an extensive selection of dishes and always fresh fruit. The building itself is huge, spacious, and features a lavish, beautiful interior. It's meticulously clean throughout. The staff is polite and attentive, with Russian speakers available at the front desk. A large, covered rooftop pool offers stunning views of the sea and city skyline, making it ideal for sunbathing. Our 'super-suite' room came with a bathtub (not just a shower) and was fully equipped with all necessities, though bathrobes were not provided. While a bit remote from the city and shops, shuttle buses run in four directions. The hotel lacks extensive private grounds. A shuttle bus takes guests to the beach, which is nicely sandy. However, sunshades and services are notably scarce there.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2024. A good hotel on the outskirts of Sharjah, across the road is Ajman. Large green area, three swimming pools, equipped beach. The locker rooms are next to the pool, and beach towels are provided here based on cards. There are Russian speaking staff. The room has everything you need, daily change of towels, replenishment of shower accessories. There is a set for tea and coffee, two bottles of water are provided per day. The beach is clean, garbage is regularly removed, the sea is boring, small schools of fish live near the stones to the right and left. The water in January is cool, but you can swim. The water in the pools is heated. The attitude of the staff is friendly, responsive, and they respond to requests immediately. There is a free transfer to shopping centers in Sharjah (without an appointment, several times a day), as well as to the Dubai Mall and Ajman (by appointment). We initially stayed for a week, but decided to extend our stay here.
