The building and the rooms are a little faded, and the twin room I booked was a little bit too small. But everything was in place and functioning. The gym is small but adequate. The restaurant is nothing very special, but it doesn't let you down. The breakfast is more than adequate. What makes this hotel special is the suoerb service. I was there for 2 weeks with my wife coming and going at odd hours, and everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. All the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel has a good location if you want to be in downtown Pereira. And the best part is the value for money...other hotels in the area don't match up.

Es un hotel pequeño que se encuentra en una zona muy buena ( circunvalar). Es indispensable pedir piezas que no den hacia la calle. Yo dormí muy bien, aire acondicionado bueno. Tv cable con bastantes canales. El baño es chiquito, pero limpio. El desayuno es buffet es muy bueno. Además personal muy atento. Llama la atención que al ingresar al hotel te encuentras con un restaurant peruano de autor muy bueno y al otro costado una cafeteria y articulos de bicicletas. El sector por ser zona rosa, es muy tranquilo, para salir a algun local. Se da las gracias a las personas por su atención

This hotel is amazing. It has security gate checking all guest. It’s a indoor outdoor hotel with several bars, a great pool, oversized chest boards, restaurants and overall amazing grounds. The food is amazing the overall food no matter the meals is delicious. This is a great place to stay. The rooms are top notch however some guest can be rude and loud after hours so I’m happy the hotel was willing to shutdown the loud party but only by request so TBD. They also do not have a large English speaking staff so Google translate is a must. This is far from downtown Pereira but very affordable in a taxi. I’d stay there again recommend getting a room with a view of the the poolside. Es un placer llegar a pereira cada oportunidad y sentir del personal del fronk desk una bienvenida calurosa, un rico tinto, en esta ocasión no pude alojarme por qué estaba de paso pero siempre super atentos,No podía irme de esta cuidad sin tomarme algo rico en Soratama y con esta impresionante vista en la noche desde el piso 11, mi hotel de preferencia en la trasnochadora....😃👌🧔🏻💫
