Das Hotel liegt sehr gut um sich Strasbourg anzusehen. Das Rezeption Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sie sprechen englisch und französisch. Kein oder nur wenig deutsch. Das Hotel entspricht gehobenem Standart, das Superior Zimmer ist ideal, wenn man sich nur zum übernachten im Hotel aufhält. Ansonsten würde ich das grössere Zimmer empfehlen. Zimmerservice top. Sehr sauber. Das Frühstück dazu zu buchen lohnt sich! Auch das Restaurant Personal am Morgen ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Den Spa Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt.
Auch das Restaurant am Abend haben wir nicht besucht.

Une nuit passée dans un Magnifique château. Réservé une chambre sur le mi-chemin à la destination. Un château au 17eme siècle mais la commodité n’est pas démodée du tout. C’est bien calm et on entend même pas de bruit de voisins.
Par contre le Petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux et est moins varié par rapport au prix.
Les personnels sont très aimables.
Le prix de plat dans le restaurant qui pique les yeux mais ça le vaut. Visitez en amoureux à l’occasion pour fêter

Hotel placé près du tramway permettant un accés à Strasbourg en 15 mn
Personnel attentionné et efficace
Matelas de mauvaise qualité transmettant tous les mouvements de l'un à l'autre en le réveillant.
Eau froide très chaude pendant un certain temps sans doute du à un mauvais montage des tuyaux trop près des uns des autres

hôtel charmant et élégant, excellent service à la piscine avec champagne froid et autres boissons, eau de la piscine à température idéale et cuisine délicieuse au restaurant (meilleur escargot que nous ayons jamais mangé) Je remercie le personnel de l'hôtel (surtout à l'arrivée où la dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et efficace) tout le personnel qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bonne humeur dans tous les espaces de l'hôtel !

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop,
Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn
Restaurant is een aanrader
Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. Thank you

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

MMaplee2011The price/performance ratio is very high, and the location is superb. I originally just didn't want to drive 7 hours from Switzerland to Paris, so I booked it halfway, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly good place.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location was incredibly central, which we really appreciated. Our towels were changed daily, but there were no slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. We didn't like the air conditioning because the fuse box we had to use to turn it on and off seemed very dangerous, so we never used it. Instead, they provided an extra heater which kept us warm. There was a capsule coffee machine, but coffee pods were only refilled on the first day. There was no main light in the room; only bedside lamps illuminated it, so we had to get ready in dim light. The shower cabin was only half-enclosed, so everything got wet after a shower, which was another downside. However, overall, we were satisfied with the value for money.

__yt12199****The hotel's location is actually quite good, but there's a section of cobblestone road leading to it, making it difficult to drag luggage. If you have luggage, you can also reach the hotel via a nearby park-like gravel path. If you arrive at night, taxis won't get you to the hotel entrance; there are two roadblocks, and you'll have to drag your suitcase in. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and reusable slippers are provided. The staff are all kind and friendly. It's quite convenient for taking photos at the cathedral and Petite France in the early morning and evening.

AAnonymous UserAs a family of 3 we don’t have many options jn Strasbourg. Most designer properties only accommodate 2 in one room. Good sized, modern rooms by European standards. Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.

YysunExcellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

Mmiss banzaiLoved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.
