The hotel is good. Room just fine, but the bathroom room little bit smelly. Also, sometimes you can hear motorcycle crossing in the midnight. That's so disturbing. But overall, it's good

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.

The hotel is very old no security measurement. All level can access no need access card. Breakfast is below standard don’t expect much. The spa is great. Good for relex.

Lokasi dan kebersihan adalah baik. Berjalan kaki ke restoran, cenderahati dan kedai serbaneka. tetapi bahagian yang terbaik ialah mereka mempunyai perkhidmatan spa dalam bilik. Plus point kepada mereka yang malas nak urut

The location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.

Check in time supposed at 2 pm. We have to wait until around 4 pm to check in. We book 2 rooms but only can check in one room first. They still cleaning the other room. There was only coffee maker inside the room. Hot water available outside the room. Iron also upon request. Got stains on the bedsheet and quite smelly. Bathroom need to upgrade. The good side is, the staffs were very friendly and responsible. This hotel also situated opposites Indomaret and nice caffe name Kangen 49. The menu was awesome.

Very clean and my familly is very happy with this hotel. Swimming pool is very friendly for kids
