Hotel Dengan Spa di Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan

We really enjoyed our stay in Yokohama. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a convenient location. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a relaxing environment. The amenities provided met all our needs and contributed to a smooth experience. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others seeking a quality accommodation.

We only stayed for one night.  This hotel is also used as a 1-day onsen for public so it was quite busy with a lot of people in the public areas and at the onsens.  The room was slightly smaller than expected.  The buffet breakfast and dinner were ok but nothing spectacular.  The area outside the hotel was very picturesque though, and it's only a 10-15 min walk to the nearest station and you will pass all the souvenir shops and little eateries on the way so it's quite nice. 

The ryokan style room was clean and cozy, but a bit small for a family of 5. Buffet-style dinner and breakfast were decent, with selection of both Japanese and Western options. Staff were very polite and helpful, front desk staff speaks good English too. Good location for self drive travellers, near to attractions like Owakudani and Open Air Museum. The public bath (both indoor and outdoor) were great. Outdoor female onsen had the Mt Fuji view. Clear instructions to use the public bath. We had a really enjoyable stay here.

I am glad that I booked this hotel instead of my original location at Gora. Even though it is not near Gora station but it made up for convenient Hakone buses just located outside the hotel. There is free hotel shuttle bus to Gora station. Do check the schedule. Service staff are very friendly and helpful with our request. Room amenities are wonderful and clean. The breakfast spread is so good and wide varieties. I would recommend to order the dinner as Hakone has very limited dining place for dinner. And I assure you will not regret. We throughly enjoyed the sumptuous spread. Food quality is fabulous. The free public & private (got to book and pay) onsen is good with good amenities. You can wear their yukata within the hotel. We would loved to revisit in the near future again!

I was pleasantly surprised how great this hotel is. I’ve passed by it many times but never paid it much attention as the hotel is located at the train station. . Mist hotels attached to the train stations are mediocre at best . This hotel is vastly underrated . The rooms are very roomy and the attention to detail is very obvious I recommend it highly

This hotel is conveniently located near the railway station. There are beautiful facilities during the day and night, and it is possible to leave luggage after checking out. The room has all the necessary things. Initially, I didn't plan to have a breakfast, but after I saw that there are several soups, I changed my mind. It turned out that even the whole menu is not enough to be satisfied. On the contrary, you will be hungry after some time. There are carrot and cabbage salads and 3 soup variants. You have an option - eat all the bread you want or just choose a hotdog. I chose the former, and it was a good decision because that way I didn't want to eat at least for some time. So, breakfast is a good option if you are not hungry at all in the morning. But if you want to eat and have a break for 4-6 hours, it is better to eat somewhere else. So, the hotel is a good option if you stay in Fujisawa, but you need to think if you need the breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Hakone Yutowa. The hotel was very clean, and the atmosphere felt warm and cozy—especially perfect during the winter season. One of the highlights was the free-flow alcohol selection, which included plum wine, Japanese spirits, whisky, and beer. They also offered a nice variety of snacks like spicy biscuits, nuts, cakes, and mochi, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside is the location—getting to restaurants or a convenience store requires a bit of a walk. But overall, it’s a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, especially if you’re looking to unwind.

Nice hotel and quite not to far to everywhere. Also they have a free shuttle bus to Gora Sta.

We had so much fun!!! It is not far from Fujisawa Station and there are many convenient stores, restaurants, karaoke, KFC, McDonald's, Donki and etc.
