Hotel Dengan Spa di Oslo County, Norway

We checked in late at night and immediately noticed a noise in the room, similar to an electrical humming sound. As I am sensitive to noise, I soon developed a headache. I contacted the front desk, and although two staff members came to check, they said they could not hear anything and only offered soft earplugs. I also sent an email for help but never received a reply. The next day, I spoke to the front desk again, and the daytime staff kindly moved us to a higher floor. The noise was still there, though slightly less noticeable. Interestingly, it even stopped for a short while around 7 a.m. Unfortunately, the poor rest affected both my trip experience and my mood.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Scandic Holmekollen. The hotel boasts a relaxing ambiance and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The combination of the serene atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Scandic Holmekollen to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with stunning views and exceptional service.

Mostly great, especially the concierge was very helpful, good food and nice look. Location is best part right in heart of so much stuff. A few miscues among rest of staff were odd for nice hotel.

Wonderful! I love this hotel - the whole vibe as you walk in, the full size spa toiletries and the room were all lovely - we will make this our top stop in Oslo.

Pleasant stay, hospitable staff. Public transport a bit of a walk but very close. Comfortable location. Big room.

設施：古老的酒店，位置在奧斯陸市中心，步行到市政廳，遊船碼頭，幾分鐘。早餐特別豐盛，三文魚，各種培根，香腸，堅果，還有馬卡龍。馬卡龍在超市賣，65挪威克朗三個，相當於45人民幣三個，一個15元。在這個酒店隨便吃。 衞生：特別乾淨，雪白的床品，毛巾浴巾。 環境：奧斯陸市中心 服務：很棒，很熱情，專業。我們到的早，不能入住，就寄存了行李。晚上剛到前台辦入住手續，還沒説要取行李，寄存的行李就被服務員直接送到我手邊。這得多精心觀察客人啊。完美

We have been received by Tatiana in order to check in and what a lovely person. She was so nice to explain us everything about the appartment and the location. The appartment is super well located really near the port and walking distance to the Opera and Munch museum. You have everything around the corner and its lovely to walk in this neighborhood. For the place you have everything inside, its super clean super comfortable and so beautifully decorated. If you stay in Oslo its a must book place
