"Otelin konumu biraz yokuşlu ve otobana yakın, kendi otoparkı yok ama cadde sakin olduğu için sorun olmadı. Otelin içi ve dizaynı çok hoştu sıcacık bir atmosferi var. Biz spayı kullanmadık ama odaları temiz düzenli ve genişti. Ferah bir tasarımı ve kolaylıkları var. Sadece bir yastıkta beyaz lekeler vardı onu kullanmak istemedik. Onun dışında kettle poşet çaylar, su ve granül kahve odamızda bulunuyordu. Sabunları ve tuvaletteki küçük eşyaları çok tatlı düşünülmüş kesinlikle tekrar gelirim. Kahvaltısı tek tip ama yeterliydi"

Anonymous UserWe had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense.
The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night.
Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious.
The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience.
Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa.

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation.
The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience.
The location is also perfect, especially during winter, with direct access to ski slopes, making it ideal for both relaxation and activities.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient. Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):
Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han.
The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk.
We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.
Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.
Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel
when visiting Bursa.

Peter Leblanc5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

We needed to visit Bursa, and when searching for a hotel, price and service were important to us. That's why we chose this hotel. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable apartments and responsive managers. Special thanks to Mr. Tarik. It was also convenient that the managers spoke English.

Guest UserBeautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in.
I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically?
The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

The hotel is a little unsatisfactory and close to the highway, there is no own parking, but it wasn't a problem because it was quiet on the street. The hotel has a very nice hot atmosphere inside and design. We didn't use spa but its rooms were clean and wide. They have a pleasant design and ease. There were only white sleeves in a box we didn't want to use it. Besides, we had kettle bags of tea, water and granules in our coffee room. I'll come back with the soaps and the little stuff in the toilet, with a very sweet thought. It was the only type of breakfast but it was enough

Guest UserOf the minuses: the hotel is old, there are no carpets in the corridors and, accordingly, you can hear literally everything, the door to the room is the same as the interior door. That is, none. The number needs updating. It was not possible to really sleep or rest, it was too noisy. The curtains are also ordinary, the light shines through the window in the morning. Pros: good breakfast; wonderful spa area and baths; wonderful staff!
