The hotel is an architectural marvel—beautifully designed and truly memorable. Service overall was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff throughout the property. Our room was comfortable, and the stay started off promising, but there were a few letdowns. Restaurant service was slow, with dishes arriving out of order, and the food felt overpriced for the quality. Most disappointing was being denied access to the swimming pool—the lifeguard wouldn’t allow us in, saying it was too cold to swim.

Mungkin perkhidmatan Dali B&B pada malam sebelumnya terlalu baik, berbanding perkhidmatan homestay ini yang meminta kami membawa bagasi kami sendiri pada awalnya, saya agak tidak dapat menerimanya.. Saya seorang gadis yang telah melancong bersama ibu bapa saya selama 6 tahun. Pada asasnya, saya akan bertemu dengan orang yang baik hati untuk membantu saya, lagipun, saya tidak begitu kuat dan orang tua mempunyai kaki dan kaki yang buruk. Selepas lelaki di kaunter penerimaan tetamu membantu kami mengambil dua bagasi masuk, dia meminta kami membawa baki dua bagasi masuk ke pintu seorang diri. Saya tahu bahawa ini adalah masalah kita sendiri bahawa kita tidak ingat nombor bilik. Tetapi mengapa tiada sesiapa di meja depan? Saya bertanya kepada lelaki itu di WeChat dan dia menjawab saya bahawa anda boleh menghubungi jika anda tidak melihat sesiapa. saya nak tanya! Apakah yang anda harapkan untuk diketahui oleh dua orang tua itu? Kami bersetuju untuk berada pada pukul 6, bagaimana kami tahu bahawa tidak ada orang yang bekerja pada pukul 6? ? We were welcomed by A Fei, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, dependable, and super helpful. He can assist you with literally anything from recommending great restaurants and souvenir shops to finding the best places to buy local goods. He even went as far as asking for discounts from the shop owners for us! The room was super clean, tidy, and spacious. We originally booked two rooms, but since one was a bit smaller and on the first floor, he upgraded us to a larger room right next to each other so my family wouldn't be separated. He also handled our station transfers and organized our Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tour, which was seamless and very satisfying. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

A beautiful hotel located in a fantastic place in Lijiang Old Town. The owner was very welcoming and on arrival let us leave our bags for us to explore the town and when we returned he welcomed us with his own Chinese tea. The room was great! Good size, very comfortable beds, warm, good shower and toilet too. It had a lovely courtyard view and window seat. The owner helped us and answered all of our questions through WeChat and let us leave our bags for our fins day. We would 100% recommend!

服務人員都很熱情，位置方便，設施齊全。 希望老闆可以重視一下衞生間噪音問題，真的挺影響入住體驗的，有向店內工作人員提出該問題，工作人員給出的回覆是隔壁客人在洗澡…凌晨五點起床洗澡嗎…如果噪音一會停下也就算了 持續到早上八點半…真的會讓人休息不好而暴躁… 總的來説還是很不錯的，性價比極高，如果隔壁沒有住人的話真的算非常非常棒的民宿了，服務人員都很熱情友好

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

優點。不愧是老牌酒店，酒店的位置超級好，停車方便，地面停車位置很多，酒店對面就是聶耳公園，聶耳公園新增了一些小童遊玩設施，包括摩天輪等等，小朋友在這兒玩的超級開心，不愧是音樂家的故鄉，公園裡的人們歡歌笑語，全是音樂的氛圍。 穿過公園就是小廟街，小廟街很熱鬧，兩邊都是各種小吃，酒店貼心的贈送了各種小吃的單子，照着打卡就行，穿過小廟街就是聶耳故居，所以這家酒店的位置真是王道。 房間正對公園，景觀超級好。 缺點，太熱了，中央空調不製冷。3點都沒睡着，最後實在沒辦法把所有窗户都打開了，但是放煙花爆竹的聲音又很響，小年輕吵鬧的聲音也很大，所以晚上睡得很不好。中央空調應該儘快完善調試。

This historic hotel is very charming, and despite its age has all the modern features you’d expect. Located right next to the Green lake, the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor has a classy 1950s vibe. The rooms and public areas (including the swimming pool and changing rooms) were very clean and well looked after, and there were lots of nice touches that made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste.
