If you are traveling by bicycle, this is the place to go. Secure and covered bike parking in the back yard. Central location right next to the train station yet quiet at night. Amenities are awesome, with pool and laundry facilities. We had a full kitchen it the room. Highly recommended.

Petit hôtel très agréable. Pas un standing exceptionnel mais bien mettre le rapport qualité prix. Accueil excellent. Personnel actif et dévoué, très gentil et serviable. Chambre tout confort avec TV, bouilloire, sèche cheveux et gel douche et même gobelets pour les dents. Rideaux bien occultant. Des efforts sur le mobilier ont été faits (rénovation), même si on voit quand même quelques traces de l'ancienneté (pomme de douche avec calcaire, quelques imperfections de peintures ou d'ampoules...) L'insonorisation pourrait être meilleure, mais hôtel calme malgré tout sur les horaires nocturnes. Literie confortable et oreillers de taille normale pas énormes (ce qui est super désagréable sinon) Très bon petit déjeuner. De plus, restaurant disponible le soir, ce qui est très pratique. Service rapide et plats basiques mais de bonne qualité.

I have eaten in the restaurant associated with this hostel a couple of times and since I needed to return to the city for an event, I thought I would try out the hostel because I know the city well and don't need to be right in the centre. Upon trying to book my reservation, I was told that they are imposing the health pass throughout the hotel (not just in the restaurant space - which is what the law requires here in France). They also repeatedly mentioned mask-wearing etc. which is fine, but it does not make for a good experience when making a booking. Of course, the health requirements are important, but I have decided to stay elsewhere because I find it strange to discriminate against people without the health pass with such zeal. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere and in a less anxiety-inducing place. I don't want to have to show my health pass each time I come and go from a hotel.

Hotel is gelegen buiten Tours, in een klein rustige dorpje. Nieuw gebouw. Mooi, stijlvol ingericht. Ruime parkeerplaats. Vriendelijk staff. De hal is ruim en heeft grote ramen. Je kunt daar comfortabel zitten en wat drinken of eten. Eenmaal in de kamer: Kamer is ruim, we hadden een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed. Bed ligt goed. Douche ruimte is apart, dus als iemand 🚽 moet, kan de ander rustig douchen of tandenpoetsen. Ik vind het een goed idee-＞ praktisch. Grote smart TV. Er is voldoende ruimte om je spullen te leggen. Je kunt ook eventueel rustig werken: er is een soort bureau en een fijne stoel. Internet is prima 👌

L'hôtel est bien placé, il est facile de le trouver en sortant de l'autoroute. Il se trouve pas très loin des resto et des grandes surfaces (Auchan, Lidl) donc très pratique de se restaurer et de faire quelques courses si besoin. et de faire le plein d'essence qui est moins chère que sur les aires d'autoroute. Par contre, le parking n'est pas trop facile d'accès car il faut entrer sur le parking d'un autre hôtel et rentrer par l'arrière. En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, les lits sont confortables mais la salle de bain est minuscule et pour se doucher c'est très compliqué... Très bon accueil. Je dirais en conclusion que ce genre d'hôtel est vraiment fait pour y dormir une nuit

Hôtel qui a des prix raisonnables. Les chambres sont propres, simples mais franchement tres agréables. Bémol au niveau de la douche il faut pas être trop fort autrement vous y rentrez pas. L’accueil est chaleureux et tres professionnel. Le jeune homme était charmant et il nous a renseigné sur les restaurants et sur l’hôtel avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est à 7€ par personne et franchement le choix est vraiment varié: jus d’orange frais, jus de pomme, pain, viennoiseries, pancakes, yaourt, fromage, jambon et bien entendu céréales, café thé chocolat chaud. Gros gros bémol le bruit, alors que l’hôtel est au bord d’une route le bruit des voitures ne vous gêne mais à l’intérieur c’est insupportable: aucun respect de la part des autres clients, portes qui claquent, les gens qui parlent super fort dans les couloirs, les enfants qui crient, le bruit de la salle de bain de la chambre voisine etc. Si vous voulez faire une grasse matinée ce n’est pas de lieu mais pas de la faute de l’établissement juste un manque de savoir-vivre des autres clients.

A noter que la literie est parfaite par contre toute petite salle de bain avec un toilette pas pratique. Tout était très propre mais il y a un mais, une mauvais odeur de remontée des égouts, dommage. Accueil de jour comme de nuit parfait et serviable, il manque un ascenseur pour le côté PMR qui serai l'idéal. Concernant le petit déjeuner bien mais il manque du choix de pains, de fruits et les viennoiseries malheureusement sont peut être de la veille simplement réchauffer, dommage.

Absolument super ! Rien à redire. Mon conjoint et moi aimons beaucoup passer par les hôtels F1 / premières places car nous cherchons simplement un endroit où dormir. Ainsi, il est très agréable pour nous d'avoir une chambre et un petit déjeuner pour 60 euros. La chambre d'hôtel était très propre et le lit bien confortable. L'accueil y était chaleureux et souriant. Quand au petit dejeuner du lendemain matin celui ci était classique mais tout à fait efficace. Je suis très satisfaite de ma réservation. À tout ceux qui cherchent un logement pour une nuit sans prise de tête, foncez !

A noter que la literie est parfaite par contre toute petite salle de bain avec un toilette pas pratique. Tout était très propre mais il y a un mais, une mauvais odeur de remontée des égouts, dommage. Nous sommes venus ce soir (7 Juillet à 23h) La personne lors de ma réservation la veille m’a bien expliquée que la machine à clés n’était pas compatible avec leur nouveau système d’ouverture de porte mais m’a assuré qu’en appelant au numéro indiqué juste au dessus une personne allait venir rapidement. Nous arrivons, nous téléphonons comme demandé… 3 appels et personne ne réponds…. Appel d’un autre client (qui était déjà sur place depuis une dizaine de minutes) et miracle une personne décroche et lui demande toutes ses informations. Il me passe le combiné et elle nous demande les notre. Elle nous dit que quelqu’un arrive… 10 minutes après la dame rappelle le monsieur en disant que quelqu’un arrivera 15 minutes après… Nous avons fait 2h+3h de route, notre fils handicapé était épuisé et pas bien du tout ! Nous avons donc décidés de ne pas rester et d’aller à un autre hôtel évidemment plus cher mais où il y avait une personne à la réception qui nous a donné notre clé de suite et nous avons pu rejoindre directement une chambre bien plus confortable. Lors de notre attente nous avons croisés d’autres clients qui voulaient une chambre, nous leurs avons racontés notre mésaventure et eux aussi ont préfères aller ailleurs et ils ont bien fait !! Si vous réservez chez eux prenez note que la réception ferme à 21h donc si vous arrivez après prévoyez d’aller ailleurs !!!!

The location was fantastic, right by the La Loire and main Tram line to the North and South. Very helpful staff members and cosy, comfortable experience at the end of the day.

Toutefois, cela est inadmissible qu’après 20h, ce sont des professionnels basés à Lyon qui répondent aux appels téléphoniques à la légère (= sentiment qu’il s’en foutent de la satisfaction client et qu’ils ne sont là que pour le salaire), et en raccrochant au nez des vacanciers souhaitant se faire aider, sans apporter de solutions aux vacanciers en difficultés.

I cannot find Kyriad’s restaurant name Parvie to review so I will do it here. We just returned our rental car to Enterprise and the guys there recommended we try Parvie for quick snack since we have about 1 hour until our train to Paris arrives. Upon entering, we were greeted by Lucas and Clara. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and modern decor of the dining room. Clara had such a jovial and pleasing attitude. She explained and answered all our questions. And Lucas was so helpful and attentive. We told them if they can make our food fast and they sure did! The food selection was just wonderful. We told . We were very fortunate to have gone to this restaurant and have such a wonderful experience provided by Clara and Lucas. Sorry we couldn’t say good y as we only had 5 minutes until our train departs. Thank you for the wonderfully pleasant dinner. Stay safe!

Déjà un super accueil au téléphone avec le réceptionniste!! Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous étions très ravis de voir un bel hôtel avec ses jolies lumières et surtout les chambres rien à redire, elles étaient impeccables!!

Booked for one night with breakfast and ended up staying two nights. Perfect Hotel for myself and partner. Breakfast was lovely and good parking Room spacious. We had a lovely stay and wish we could stay another night. We didnt use the restaurant as it wasnt for us personal choice but used the fast food places not too far away. The nearby Tram will take you into the town centre for 3 euro return. Hope to come again. The room has tea and coffee facilities and worth bringing some milk to put in fridge and use for hot drinks. Quite funny as folks in next room were having late night romping. Lots of screaming and moaning. Finally stopped at 1am in the morning.

Un Novotel reste un Novotel, nous n'y allions pas pour le charme de l'hôtel. Cependant nous avons trouvé une baisse de qualité des prestations. Plus de gel douche dans la chambre, absence de sèche cheveux. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais on voit que les produits sont moins qualitatifs.. Certes les temps sont aux économies mais pour le prix de la chambre, on s'attend à des prestations de meilleure qualité.

Really wish we could have stayed here longer! We had 1 night in a very well-equipped, spacious T4 apartment. A balcony would have made it perfect! The secure underground parking was a particular attraction when staying in a city. We walked into town and enjoyed exploring the old town, the river banks and generally soaking up the atmosphere. There is a bakery about 10 minutes walk away if you don't want to pay 11 euros per person for breakfast. There is also an Auchan supermarket about 10 minutes in the opposite direction over the pedestrian railway bridge. Although the hotel overlooks the railway, soundproofing is excellent. Would definitely recommend this place whether travelling by rail or car.

I was upgraded and had a lovely room on the fourth floor. Very clean and comfortable The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was central and met all my needs. There wasn’t a restaurant in the hotel but there were lots of restaurants close by

We stopped here en route to Calais and it was an ideal stopover. The room was clean, spacious and had basic kitchen facilities should we have needed them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were travelling with two dogs and had a downstairs room close to an exit which was ideal. The staff recommended an excellent local restaurant where clients receive a discount on showing their room key. The only downside was that the Wifi in the room was not working. It was essential for us as we needed to complete a locator form. Fortunately as it was still not working the next day we were given acces to the office WiFi which served its purpose.

We stopped by this hotel to break our long travel and we were not disappointed. We normally opt to stay at Novotels, if possible when we travel just because we know what to expect, comfortable beds, good location, clean rooms. We did get all this but so much more. The service in particular, was impeccable and went above and beyond the expectation. Shirley from the reception was extremely helpful. She was so accommodating with all our questions and she even went out of her way to translate for us when we needed help. She was also very welcoming and pleasant. The decor of the hotel is also a bit different from the standard decor that we see in other novotels, it was classy and cosy at the same time. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

Vous recherchions un point de chute pour visiter Orléans et à prix raisonnables et nous n'avons pas été déçus. En voiture, vous ètes à environ 30 minutes du centre ville mais juste en face de l'hôtel, vous avez le tram. Cela vous évite de conduire et de trouver une place de stationnement. En plus, il y a aussi un Mac do, collé à l'hôtel pour manger sur le pouce, vous ètes à quelques minutes de l'autoroute et l'hôtel est très confortable et propre. Le personnel est adorable et les petits déjeuners sont très bien surtout pour le prix. Si nous avons l'occasion, nous y renviendrons avec plaisir.

De passage pour une nuit pour un déplacement pour le travail  Hôtel vraiment de point de chute pour dormir 1 nuit pas plus les chambres sont moderne certe, mais humide, froide et bruyante  J'ai pris cet hôtel à la dernière minute donc vraiment en point de chute.  Le personnel reste très accueillant.  Le petit-déjeuner est moyen et un peu cher.  La literie et bonne sans plus  La salle de bain est très petite.  Je recommande cet hôtel pour vraiment avoir un point de chute peu cher. So first things first, Premiere Classe is something of a lesson in you get what you pay for. It’s cheap because it’s very basic, but if you’re just looking for a bed for the night it’s a good option. First, the positives: the room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and we all slept well. There’s a TV in the room, the shower/toilet en suite was also nice and clean and the shower was good, although the temperature did fluctuate a little bit. Breakfast was what you would expect for the price (€5.90, or about £5) – a buffet of two kinds of cereals with milk, croissants, toast, breakfast biscuits, jam and butter, juice, hot drinks from a machine, yoghurt. All self serve and you can go up and get more if you want. The dining area was very clean and the food was decent. Negatives: the entrance is easy to miss, but as it’s on a roundabout and the roads nearby are quiet it’s not a problem to turn around and have another go. It’s right by a main road, which can be quite noisy although our sleep wasn’t disturbed by it. As far as I could tell, there is no lift, but there are ground floor rooms. So if you have any accessibility needs it’s worth stipulating you need a ground floor room. Other considerations: It’s laid out like a typical American motel, in that all the rooms open straight out onto the pavement or balcony walkway if you’re on the first or second floor. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I know some people don’t like it. We took a family room for three people with a double bed and a single. The single is above the double, though, like a bunk bed. Because our child is only three, my husband slept in the bunk as it wouldn’t have been safe to put a child that young up there. It was a bit of a squeeze for my husband , but he did just about fit! The room isn’t big, which was fine for us but if we’d had a baby or younger child and needed to set up a cot, there wouldn’t have been enough room. Pets are accepted for a nominal nightly fee.

Très bien accueillie avec le sourire, chambre spacieuse et sanitaires impeccables, literie confortable et aucun bruit perturbant. A recommander, bien situé, commerces à proximité, tram à 5 minutes et le centre ville à 15 minutes.
