I brought my mom here for 5 nights and it has been a wonderful stay. 1) we lived on the 3rd floor facing the Kazbegi mountains and the view was stunning. It was lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening chatting and sipping wine or having coffee in the morning 2) The location is great, lots of trails for hiking. To do most of them you will need to go down the hill (about 600m) and then up the hill on the way back. Going up the hill might be a bit challenging for some people but you can always get a cab if needed! 3) Food in the restaurant is delicious. I’ve noticed that guests (including myself) would stay inside or take their food outside on the terrace and spend hours having breakfast in the morning, it’s that relaxing. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant a few times and it was great. And it wasn’t more expensive than the food in most local restaurants down at the hill. 4) I recommend going to the pool especially if you find time when there are not too many people (I went in the morning and evening sometimes and most of the time few people there) 5) Very helpful and friendly staff. Always smiling, always polite, being very professional and calm.

Отдыхали друзьями, заняли семейный номер и специальный. Были в восторге. В каждом номере стояла ванная, после снежного дня было приятно полежать в ней. В наших номерах были большие веранды с видом на горы. Волшебное место.
В отеле вкусная кухня. Вечером работает ресторан, где мы попробовали самый вкусный Брауни.
Отель красиво украшен к новому году, играет приятная музыка.
Персонал говорит на русском и английском языке.

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

Всё было просто замечательно! Очень приветливые хозяева и персонал, в номерах чисто, номера большие и светлые, удобные кровати. Прекрасное расположение, со стоянкой никаких проблем, до подъемника реально метров триста, но в гору. Но мне 54 и вес за 100, в лыжных ботинках и с лыжами доходил минут за 10 :) Спускался на лыжах. Нормальный континентальный завтрак, голодным не уйдёшь, творог молочка домашние, в общем всё вкусно. В гостинице работает кафе с национальной кухней, тоже всё вкусно, ценник адекватный, единственное мы при заселении не совсем поняли, что желательно заказать заранее, пришлось немного подождать, но это вина не кафе, а наша, так как оно не проходрое, работают под заказ, зато всё свежее и готовят специально для тебя. Но ничего посидели пообщались, в течение часа нам всё приготовили. Так как перевал закрыли пришлось задержаться на сутки, к сожалению не получилось продлить гостиницу, было всё занято, но хозяева договорились и устроили нас в другое место. В общем мы остались очень довольны, спасибо большое хозяевам, в следующий раз приедем сюда же!!!

非常非常非常完美
1.早飯吃的非常好，非常豐盛，就是開的有點晚，九點才開始。再次強調，珍惜他家早飯。格魯吉亞能吃熱飯的早飯餐廳真的很少
2.定的豪華雙床，酒店幫我準備了3個床，房間超大，不顯得擁擠
3.山景，絕絕子，請看照片，直接在酒店房間拍照。早上直接等待日出就好了
很多人都在説rooms，還有説小木屋的。我去看了小木屋，我感覺小木屋條件比較差，不建議對住宿和吃飯有要求的人去。
rooms預算和搶房間都是很大的問題，這個性價比極高。
説一下不好的地方：我們是開車來的，所以去哪都很方便，這個酒店附近超市預計要走20分鐘才可以到，而且附近吃飯的地方很少，也是在超市比較集中的地方。

Неплохой отель в отдалении от основных активностей. Вся ”жизнь” сконцентрирована в Новом Гудаури, до которого 40 минут пешком либо 900 рублей на такси в одну сторону.
Завтраки довольно скромные, но есть можно.
Номера убирают нормально.
В номерах не особо жарко, но можно взять дополнительный электрообогреватель.
В новогодние каникулы стоило около 15 тыc.руб./ночь
P.S. на фото все выглядит лучше, чем на самом деле. Поищите фотографии на других ресурсах для более адекватного восприятия. Бассейна - НЕТ!

Отзывчивые сотрудники.
Приехали уставшие утром, Лаша нас заселил раньше положенного времени просто без слов , мы смогли отдохнуть.
В номере чисто, стильно, уютно. Есть все необходимое: фен, тапочки, несколько комплектов полотенец, тапочки, наборы с зубной пастой/щеткой, ватные диски, ушные палочки и даже пилочки для ногтей.
Прекрасная женщина, которая следит за чистой номеров, улыбчивая, вежливая. Спасибо.
Завтраки ну просто невероятные , накрывают целый стол, девушка и парень , извините, не спросила имен, все очень вкусно, сытно.
Завтраки входили в стоимость, но многообразие блюд нас просто впечатлило. Можно и пообедать/поужинать .
Отдельно, конечно, это вид на горы, ездят машины, но нас этот шум не напрягал. Спали крепко, надышавшись горным воздухом. Прикреплю несколько фотокарточек.
Закончить отзыв свой хочу выражением : «Все для людей».
Желаю удачи и процветания , к Вам хочется возвращаться и буду рекомендовать своим знакомым.

GGuest UserThe room is not big, but relatively comfortable. It is convenient for skiing. You can slide in and out of the hotel. The snow in the ski resort is good, suitable for beginners. The breakfast is rich in variety and the red wine is great. The hotel's outdoor hot tub is a highlight. If you are a family with children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small and enough for children to play in.

GGuest UserThe views of the snow-capped mountains from the rooms are absolutely paramount, a truly prime spot at the highest elevation. Even the surrounding forest scenery is delightful. Though the rooms are on the cozier side, they are thoughtfully designed and well-equipped with everything you might need, making them perfectly functional.
The hotel's restaurant deserves a special mention; it's truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and every dinner dish we tried was outstanding – absolutely no disappointments. It’s a perfect pairing of stunning views and incredible cuisine.
A staff member named Nike truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly and genuinely enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and offering useful tips on weather conditions and safety. His passion for hospitality was truly evident.
I sincerely hope to have the chance to return to Kazbegi and extend my stay by a couple more days.

GGuest UserWe made a temporary reservation because of snow and road closures. We booked a family room, which was the best room with a king bed. The hotel felt very deserted. The floors were generally closed and seemed to be under renovation. I had to leave early the next morning, so I left my room card at the front desk. I left without breakfast

JjudycastleThe hotel, converted from a self-built house in the countryside, wasn't managed by particularly friendly elderly people. The bathrooms were truly awful; the shower stalls had no doors, so even when you were careful, the floor would still be soaked. It rained those few days, and the children insisted on going hiking, but I was afraid of the cold and didn't go with them. Besides the village, there was only one supermarket and a few fruit and vegetable shops nearby.

It was an atmosphere like ”Okomori Stay” that is popular in Japan, and I was able to spend a relaxing time without being disturbed by anyone. When you book a hotel, you will have a rental spa & sauna once a day in addition to breakfast. Dinner can also be used as a restaurant and can enjoy Georgia cuisine matched to the wine of chatomfrani operated nearby.
★ About location
Arrived from Tbilisi in about 40 minutes (about 40 Lari) by taxi.
It is said that the taxi driver does not see in the village, but the cow can walk around and see Georgia without decoration. Moreover, the residents around were only people who felt the temperament of the kind and friendly Georgian.
About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is Chatem Frani and you can visit the Georgia winery. (Reservation required)
If you wish, you can ask the reception to make a reservation at arrival.
You can also sightsee Mutsuheta by using a taxi. (about 30 Lali)
★ About Service
The reception is very kind and will answer any requests. In addition, cleaning is done carefully, and the hall and terrace are always in good condition.
I also used the restaurant at dinner, but it is recommended to use it once because it is seasoned well with the wine of Chatomfrani with the baptized taste.
The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna.
As a recommendation, check in early. I would like you to enjoy the spa, restaurants, and Chatomfrani wines and make your stay luxurious.

GGuest UserThe service is excellent, the staff is friendly, polite, hospitable. The rooms are clean, a little cool and you can hear your neighbors well. There is a cozy place by the fireplace where you can spend an evening with a glass of wine in a pleasant company, play backgammon. For an additional fee, you can visit the sauna with a pleasant temperature regime. The food in the hotel is not the most delicious, compared to other places, but quite decent. To each his own.

GGuest UserIt wasn’t a bad hotel but with this price of staying I could find a nicer hotel. Facilities were quite old. Our bed was not in a good condition. The floor made of wood which make a lot of noise while walking. I can foot steps of hotel guests every time. However The view from the room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious.
