The hotel is built in 2022 so everything is new. Staff speaks good English. Excellent location with the Omicho Market and the Main Street just minutes away. But those looking for early morning breakfast will be disappointed. The best you can get at 7.30am is the Starbucks about 10 min away.

The hotel is really nice. personnel is very kind and available. the decoration style of the room and of the hotel is also perfect. We really enjoyed our trip in this bright room in pacific hotel !

We had a lovely stay here. The room was actually bery spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. It is only a short walk from Kanazawa station and super close to everything we need. The staffs are lovely and very helpful. I had an issue to with luggage (i sent from Tokyo) and they were so kind and understanding and helped me have my bags delivered that very night. I was very grateful! Would definitely recommend to other people to stay.

Location was great, very spacious room. Conveniently located above a popular food hall and minutes away from the bus hub. Very happy with our stay!

Very high quality, comfortable, and beautiful hotel at reasonable price. Its location by the castle makes it very convenient for exploring the castle and Kenrokuen on snowy days. Its Kaga Ryori dining is exquisite and value for money! The hotel shop has a very good selection of products at reasonable prices. The onsen has cold and hot bath, as well as a sauna with TV. The hotel is very thoughtful and generous in providing free ice cream treats after onsen, and onsen bath powder set for customers taking green measures (not requiring cleaning and change of bedsheet every day).

酒店工業風，跟年輕化，細節處也蠻有設計感的。辦理入住的時候前台英文也不錯，溝通無壓力。同時有免費的飲品和啤酒提供，一樓大廳邊上還有自行車可供租賃，其實天氣好的話，金澤確實挺適合騎車環城旅遊的。 房間面積在日本的房間裏也全算寬敞的，兩個人兩個28寸行李箱都能攤開，人在裏面走路也不會碰碰撞撞。離金澤站，兼六園等地都差不多在1.5公里左右，即便打車也是可以接受的程度～

Location was close to the Castle and walking to most places, but the most convenient might be near the station. Hotel is spacious, clean and comfortable. There's no available parking spaces in this hotel and the parking space next to the hotel does not have a cap for parking overnight, so we had to park further away. Would be nice if there's a more reasonably priced parking nearby.

We originally got a room that was smoky probably due to previous guests but the housekeeping did not do a good job of getting rid of the smokiness (take note the hotel is supposed to be non smoking I think). We called the reception who proceeds to change our room to another floor and they made sure this time there's no ciggarette smell. That wasted a bit of our time but a good gesture to change our room. House keeping needs to make sure to check room properly especially for those with families. Son had a bit of a coughing fit when he entered the room due to the smoke. Location was strategic and they provide free parking in the mall parking.

Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

I had arranged for a luggage delivery from my previous accommodation and the staff was kind enough to bring my luggage to my room before my check-in. Overall, they were very warm and welcoming. The bedding was so soft and comfortable and I had a very nice view from the highest floor. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. I would stay here again if I were to visit Kanazawa again.
