The hotel didn't disappoint! It's very good for Africa. The beach is clean, with a little seaweed, but nothing too bad compared to other hotels. The staff is very polite and helpful. The security is fantastic. We booked full board. The food was good. Chicken, lamb, and beef. Fruit was included. Drinks at lunch and dinner are extra. The WiFi was good. One downside: checkout is at 10:00 AM. The tide was low, so we walked along the reef and watched the marine life. There were lots of monkeys. There were even some colabi living across from the hotel.

Overall, this beachfront resort offers good value for money. Its biggest selling point is the location, right next to the beach, making access incredibly convenient. The hotel's interior environment is beautiful, offering excellent views, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The all-inclusive dinner experience was satisfying, with a comprehensive selection of food, including meats, vegetables, fresh fruits, and a wide variety of desserts, all to my taste. The bar area in the evenings was very popular, with a lively and cheerful atmosphere – having a drink and unwinding there truly completed the vacation experience. However, there was a significant flaw in the check-in process. I had clearly requested a twin room when booking, but upon arrival, the room type wasn't ready. They had to separate the combined beds on the spot. Checking in took an hour, and waiting for the beds to be separated took another hour. After a long journey, the extended wait before being able to get into the room and rest was exhausting and put a damper on the initial vacation mood. On the positive side, the hotel staff's service attitude was decent; they proactively offered a complimentary late check-out as compensation, which somewhat mitigated the negative experience. If the hotel could confirm guests' room type requests in advance and prepare the rooms accordingly, reducing on-site processing time upon arrival, the overall experience would be even more perfect. I would still recommend it to friends vacationing in the area.

I recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming. However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation. I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements.

I want to congratulate the Chale Island Resort and its team for their impeccable service. Everything was superb. I enjoyed it so much, every day for the past 6 days! Pick up of luggage in a other hotel days before my stay, no problem! Perfect service. Pick up and drop off at the airport, perfectly on time! Service always with a big smile, and always at your service. The room was very clean every day during my stay. Lot's of food or restaurant choice. I enjoyed the wide variety at breakfast. Really an excellent place to rest after an intense safari trip ;-) And what about the views, sunrises, sunsets, you name it, breathtaking... Went diving, so many thanks to my buddy Evans for a great morning of diving around the island... This was the perfect stay to end my adventure in Kenya, a big ASANTE Chale...

After the Safari, I took a train from Amboseli to Mombasa, and then took an Uber to Diani. Swahili can be said to be one of the best hotels in this area. It is mainly a private beach with 24-hour security patrols and is relatively quiet. Other hotels basically do not have private beaches, and there are not many beach chairs near the sea on the beach. This hotel has all of them. There are also restaurants and bars on the beach. The hotel has many activities, delicious breakfast, and large rooms. It is very suitable for comfortable rest after a tiring Safari. The hotel staff are also very hardworking and serious. They will clean the seaweed on the beach early in the morning. The hotel also has corresponding beach walking and sea activities. Strong security, there is a Carrefour within walking distance at the door, which is very good. Not far away, you can take an Uber to the famous Alibaba Cave Restaurant. It is a very good resting place, suitable for a person to rest comfortably. I will come again if I have the chance.

Unser Aufenthalt war gut, aber einige Sachen müssen verändert werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön direkt am Strand, nur leider kann man nicht wirklich an den Strand gehen, weil dort viele Händler bereits lauern und einen wirklich arg belästigen, um möglichst viel Geld zu machen. Die meisten Gäste bleiben deswegen in der Anlage. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war ruhig und schön gelegen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und das Essen in den Restaurants war sehr abwechslungsreich und wohl schmeckend. Leider habe ich auch einige Kritikpunkte, der Sportraum ist in einem sehr schlechten und dreckigen Zustand. Ebenso ist der Tennisplatz und das Equipment so stark heruntergekommen, dass es keine Freude macht dort zu spielen. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn ist salzig und hat meine Haut stark geschädigt. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und machen ihren Job gut, aber manche üben ein bisschen Druck aus, um mehr Trinkgeld zu bekommen. Das empfand ich als störend. Wir haben sehr viel Geld für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt, da möchte ich erwarten, dass die Anlage absolut in Ordnung ist und die Mitarbeiter mich nicht bedrängen, um mehr Trinkgeld zu erhalten. Es sollte auch mehr durchgegriffen werden, was das füttern der Affen und Bushbabys betrifft. Die Affen sind eine Plage zu den Essenszeiten und werden fleißig von Gästen gefüttert, was die Lage verschlimmert. Mal abgesehen vom Tierwohl, werden die Tiere so immer fordernder, öffnen Taschen, kommen ins Zimmer durch die Fenster, immer auf der Suche nach etwas zu fressen.

I don't know if the entire Mombasa hotel water filtration system is a shit, the water is super invincible salty, and it is no different from drinking directly from the sea. Even the waiter said that it is best to use pure water for brushing teeth. Because the price is all inclusive, the hotel is basically a lot of Europeans and Americans. We stayed for two days and a Chinese did not see it. The food was similar to other hotels. In fact, it is not recommended to have this kind of package in Mombasa, because the restaurant outside can eat seafood. It is better to eat. The only advantage is that drinks are free, even cocktails are free, so many Europeans and Americans like to drink there. There are also performances in the evening.

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала
