The front entry of hotel was nice- wow large seating area with tables and chairs and looked like a bar set up- not sure what they use that for.
Staff at check in lovely!
Large room, lots of place for luggage. Large bathroom. Ice maker in fridge. Nice couch which was also a hide a bed!
Carpet was light brown colour which shows every stain. Could I suggest a medium/ dark brown if you are thinking of replacing. I always take my shoes off at the door but guess things happen and the carpet gets dirty. Poor cleaning staff. I am sure the carpet was clean, like the room just stained. Oh well.
Staff were very nice . And apologized for the few items on the grab and go.
Web site said free breakfast for 4; but…. Grab and go breakfast but not much - granola bar, few small muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Some packs of instant oatmeal but guess you would have to use a coffee cup? No milk but coffee creamer.
The room was great and I would likely stay there again. For all hotels on your site it would be nice to know how to know or give a better indication of breakfast availability - the minimum that would constitute a minimum breakfast items provided or if not then no breakfast provided .

Guest UserI enjoyed getting out of town for the day, the desk staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and the tv was nice but there were a few issues. The bathtub in room 211 had mold growing; I had requested to be given a room on the upper floor. The pool was not able to be used right away because they had just put in chemicals…why not do this right after 11:00 when everyone has checked out. The breakfast was your typical hotel fair but the $12.99 price tag was a bit steep. It was nice to eat off of real plates and utensils.

Great staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

Overall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.
The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

The location was great, the bathroom floor did not appear clean, there was both liquid soap and hand soap but no holder for the hand soap once it
was wet. The entrance was slippery (lots of snowy shoes coming in and out). The hot tub was minimal but pleasant. The pool towels were pretty thin.
The personnel were helpful and friendly.

While the hotel itself could use some esthetic updates the hotel was clean and we felt very safe. The waterslides are closed but the pool is huge and heated which is a huge bonus as most hotel pools are freezing cold. My kids swam for 5 hours one day! the breakfast has a ton of options with great hours! Overall it was a great stay!

The room was clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was ready at 5:50am which I appreciated because I had to leave for work early in the morning. An overall good motel. The parking lot was a bit icy watch your step.

We screwed up our reservations at another hotel on a very busy weekend and the staff at this hotel not only was able to get us two rooms but a handicap accessible room for my mother which was greatly appreciated. Great customer service nice place conveniently located.

The beds are not the most comfortable. The rooms are cold and drafty. The heater did not turn off due to the drafty conditions of the room. The breakfast was adequate except for the cold sausage links and skim milk for the cereal. Blankets are garbage.

The service was great. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of town with easy access to the interstate. We will stay here again.
