NannanxiaoQThe hotel's location and price are excellent. The only issue is that rooms facing the street can be quite noisy at night. Perhaps it's because we got a special rate and were given a room on the lowest floor (third floor). It was particularly loud at night, especially on weekend evenings! On the plus side, it's right across from Chinatown, which is very friendly to Chinese guests.

Nina around the worldThe locaction is perfect, right at the heart of old quebec. The hostel offers a complimentary walking tour of the city for guests, that was really interesting. Front desk were very nice and provided us with great recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast and cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. There were several nice shared spaces for the guests to enjoy, coffee maker and vending machine for drinks at extra cost.

BL LondonGreat location. Close to old Montreal. Rooms were big, comfortable bed, good working shower but a tad tatty. Although very clean, the rooms and hotel need a major refurbishment. It was like stepping back into the 1980s. However, this has to be balanced by the location and great service from the team at reception.

We loved this Moxy! The only slight downside was the location - it was just outside of both the Old Town and the main part of the city, a little bit stuck in the middle of no where. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for us, but was a little bit inconvenient a couple of times when we just wanted to pop out to a shop and the nearest was 20 minutes away. However, the rooms were great, clean, spacious, with everything you could need provided in the stash room. We ate and drank at the bar one night, which was fantastic service and good value. However, the pool/gym facilities were incredible! I loved finishing my day with a swim and a dip in the hot tub or sauna, and my husband regularly used the gym. All in all, great hotel!

Nice, comfortable suite. The place was clean, very cozy bed, and amenities included an iron, hairdryer, small fridge, and highly efficient AC. The bathroom was functional, good shower pressure, plus toiletries and towels provided. Daily cleaning is available on request; just let reception know.
Location couldn't be better: just meters from the metro, with supermarkets, shops, and a pedestrian street full of food options right nearby.
Breakfast is basic but sufficient: bagels, waffles, bread, muffins, cereals, plus juice and coffee. It won't wow you, but it gets the morning started. Overall, very cost effective.

Guest UserEverything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby.
I also lost a necklace and although I never found it, the hotel staff was empathetic and made every effort to locate it and communicated effectively with me.

The location is super good, just a few minutes' walk from the free cable car ride point, and close to the mountain villa commercial district. You can park your car temporarily on the roadside in front of the hotel, complete the check-in procedures and get a parking card, and then park your car in the hotel's indoor parking lot (an additional parking fee of 26.05 Canadian dollars will be charged).
The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included.
The scenery of the room is very beautiful, with colorful autumn colors outside the window, and the cable car is slow, like a fairy tale world.
