Tinggal kedua di sini! Mendapat tingkat di tingkat 8, pemandangan yang tidak terlalu buruk walaupun saya lebih suka memilikinya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Perkhidmatan masih kekal sempurna. Bilik bersaiz besar dan tandas bersih! Sarapan setiap hari akan membuat anda manja untuk pilihan. Lokasi betul-betul di tengah-tengah jalan Tunjungan, di mana pada waktu malam, ia menjadi hidup dengan pejalan kaki menikmati malam. Banyak kedai makan yang bagus di sekitar juga! Berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah... Ini pasti akan menjadi hotel saya sekali lagi untuk perjalanan seterusnya!

Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

I had a fantastic stay at Swiss Belin . Located right opposite to Tunjungan Plaza , This hotel is located right at the heart of everything . One of the best experiences was when it came to hospitality cleanliness and amenities . Staff 10/10 . Aya and Yuda doing fantastic check in and check out . Highly recommend for those who cannot compromise on hygiene and convenience .

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is good. Getting to the room is confusing at the start (lift at hidden area, need to go up, walk across the bridge and take another lift to go up again), LG and level 3 is the same. 2 restaurants on site where the food is quite good. Not walkable to anywhere, quite convenient using grab each time though.

Ga sopan sekali si lbh baik ke hotel bintang lainya aja msh bnyak yg pleyanan masih Okeee. Thx

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Attached to the mall, so very convenient. However I think it shares the same restaurant with Westin during breakfast, so bit crowded.

Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, sarapan yang pelbagai, dan mereka hanya mempunyai kolam renang dan sauna. Mereka mempunyai cara untuk mengambil beg anda sendiri, lihat, terdapat lif, dan pergi.

Quite a busy hotel...or maybe happened to be on that days that I was there? Lifts are very slow. Rooms are quite clean. Although the space in the bathroom was really tiny and unable to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom (no space/ table on the basin)

Eventhough there was a little miss, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cozy comes with strattegic location. anyway, thanks for the upgrade, i appreciate it!

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
