Check in was perfect, I was given a upgraded junior suite overlooking the garden and pool. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Food was good service excellent. I like that the hotel still has some Mexican charm vs being updated to conform with the modern polished look. Room was very comfortable, ac worked exceptionally well. Everything about the hotel was up to standard, can’t say enough about it. Highly recommended.

The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It's conveniently located near a subway station with malls and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is included, and there's 24-hour service. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent.

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use.
