Hotel no centro Hotel maravilhoso, muito aconchegante, funcionários muito atenciosos desde a recepção até os manobristas! A senhora Graziella muito atenciosa e prestativa, já fiquei em alguns hotéis inclusive na Europa, e nao vi ninguém com a atenção e mabilidade com os hóspedes como ela. Parabéns ao gerente pela funcionária! Indico o hotel para famílias e idosos, fica bem no centro comercial do Paraguai da pra fazer tudo ape! Tem restaurante e serviço de quarto!

New, clean friendly. Very good food and breackfast, I have lunch and dinner at the hotel,you can pay on card,Real,Dollars or Paraguai cash. You can walk to the stores around and when getting out from the hotel on your left you can find a supermarket. Thank you to Ana at front desk

I wasn't in the best mood when I checked in after my transport from the border went up in smoke (NB: had nothing to do with the hotel). I was positively surprised by the fast and efficient check in and very helpful staff that even provided me with advice for Ciudad del Este. The room very nice and in good condition and everything you would expect from a top-end hotel. I liked the pool area and even here staff was very friendly. I would have wished to see some more local drinks but I guess most guests come here for the imported (and low tax / tax free) drinks.. Breakfast was flawless, can't rate dinner. All in a good base to explore CdE and to relax a bit in the pool.

O Hotel é muito bom, possui estação para recarga de veículo elétrico, o que nos ajudou bastante. Os quartos estavam limpos, talvez poderia ser um pouco melhor a limpeza do box do banheiro e o nosso ar condicionado fazia bastante barulho e também estava vazando água, quarto 402, porém devido ser apenas uma diária não reclamamos sobre. O café da manhã é ok, nada de mais, simples, mas bem feito e várias opções de bolos, doces e confeitarias. Atendimento bem educado, sempre cordial. Recomendo, já fiquei e ficaria novamente. The hotel is very good, it has an electric vehicle charging station, which helped us a lot. The rooms were clean, although the cleanliness of the bathroom shower could be a little better, and our air conditioner made a lot of noise and was also leaking water in room 402. However, since it was only a one-night stay, we did not complain about it. The breakfast is okay, nothing special, simple but well done with various options of cakes, sweets, and pastries. The service was polite and always courteous. I recommend it; I have stayed and would stay again.

Paraguai me foi uma excelente surpresa, especialmente pela experiência que tivemos com o hotel Marambaia. Fui com meu marido, minha mãe e os dois filhos pequenos, e tenho que dizer que fomos atendidos com muita excelência, atenção e carinho por TODOS os funcionários. QUartos super espaçosos e limpos, moveis muito bem conservados, decoração bem legal, café da manhã, almoço e janta saborosos, e possui uma brinquedoteca do outro lado da rua com um espaço incrível para crianças. Só tenho a agradecer e já estou planejando a próxima ida. O único inconveniente é a distância do centro da cidade.

Excelente hotel en CDE, Hernandarias no Paraná Country Club, com excelente localização, ao lado da Universidade, perto de restaurantes, padaria, bancos, farmácias, igreja e supermercado. Próximo dos escritórios das principais empresas do agronegócio da região. Excelente atendimento, quartos grandes, muito bem equipados, com excelente café y excelente espaço para eventos. Possui um restaurante a la carte de alta qualidade, piscina e estacionamento aberto.

Convair Hotel in Ciudad del Este needs a significant refurbishment. The reception area did not look inviting with a refrigerator placed in the reception area. There were two old fashioned armchairs in front of the reception, making it inconvenient to register. When I entered my room, I felt it was a mistake to have booked two nights, because the furniture was from yesteryear. I really felt depressed. Initially there were Spanish and Portuguese language channels on the TV only. It took housekeeping and the receptionist more than 10 minutes to find English language (news) channels, because the TV was cumbersome to operate. The safe was loose and not big enough to safe-keep my iPad, it was also cumbersome to operate. I gave up and kept my valuables in my locked suitcase. The mattress, however, was very firm and really fantastic. The bathroom was also from yesteryear and certainly not clean. I found a small piece of brown dirt next to the WC. It was dry dirt, as I in vain tried to clean it up with toilet paper. After housekeeping had cleaned my room the next day, the dirt in the bathroom was still there. Continental breakfast, with many sweet items, was decent with eggs of choice upon request. I asked the receptionist to recommend a good restaurant for dinner in the neighborhood. He did and told me to get a taxi to take me the 1.0-1.2 km to the restaurant, because the area is not safe after dark. He was adamant that I did not walk the short distance. Indeed, the UBER driver took me through a part of town, where I also deemed it unsafe to walk. However, the immediate vicinity of the hotel looked fairly safe.
