Hotel Dengan breakfast di Ankara Province, Türkiye

I was informed that my booking was not paid when I have actually paid in advance through trip.com. The receptionist at that time was not very fluent in english so I had problems communicating. Thankfully they let me check in for the night but they said that I might need to pay during checkout tomorrow. I was very grateful that my sister was able to connect to the Trip.com customer service at Singapore and was able to resolve this issue. The other receptionist that I met during checkout was more fluent in English and was very helpful with helping us with the issue. I managed to resolve this and was able to enjoy my breakfast with ease

I booked the single room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a queen size bed. But at night the loud music from the club nearby can be heard. Other than that, location is excellent with loads of dining options and walkable to the shopping area. Also walkable to the largest mosque in Ankara. The breakfast spread is very delicious. The hotel manager, Sezgin, is very obliging and responsive. Nilufar at the reception is very helpful with information. I would stay here again if i return to Ankara.

Radisson Blu Ankara’da konaklamamız karışık bir deneyimdi. Açıkçası otelin neden 5 yıldızlı olduğunu anlamakta biraz zorlandım. Türkiye’de bazen sadece alkol servisi yapılmasının 5 yıldız için yeterli olup olmadığını sorguluyorsunuz. Odalar her gün temizlenmesine rağmen oldukça kuru ve tozluydu. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde her zaman cam masaların üzerinde toz vardı, bu da ilk izlenimi olumsuz etkiledi. Odayı çok ısıttıkları için ve kışın soğutma imkanı olmadığı için gece 2’de odamızı değiştirmek zorunda kaldık çünkü bebeğimiz ve biz uyuyamadık sıcaktan. Buna rağmen çalışanlar gerçekten harikaydı. Hepsi çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi ve bu sayede yaşayabileceğimiz daha kötü bir deneyimi tolere etmemizi sağladılar. Personel için rahatlıkla 5 yıldız veririm, ancak otelin genel durumu bana göre en fazla 3 yıldız seviyesinde.

Nice atmosphere and great stay , good and clean rooms

Half an hour from the city center. The rooms are fine, but we were having higher expectations coming from a Radisson Blu. However, the breakfast was amazing!! Great buffet with plenty options and A La Carté dishes they will made for you. A good choice if you want to have a great start in the morning

The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. The staff don't speak any English but it was quick and easy to check in and get help despite the language barrier. The room isn't very big but it was still a very comfortable stay.

I stayed at Ardos Park Hotel with my spouse and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, although a few small details could be improved. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a decent choice for a short stay as a couple.

Our stay at Warwick Ankara was truly exceptional! The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need while in Ankara. The area felt safe and vibrant, perfect for both business and leisure. A special thank you to Salim at the front desk, who made our experience even better. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a more spacious and comfortable one. That gesture really made our stay memorable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was classy and elegant. The service throughout was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ankara. We would definitely stay here again!

Ich habe bereits zum vierten Mal im New Park Hotel übernachtet, war dieses Mal jedoch leider enttäuscht. In meinem Zimmer gab es ein Problem mit der Dusche, das Wasser lief nicht richtig ab, offenbar war der Abfluss verstopft. Dadurch war der Komfort deutlich eingeschränkt. Insgesamt machte das Zimmer keinen gepflegten Eindruck und wirkte eher wie ein 3-Sterne-Standard statt eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Es scheint, dass einige Zimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig sind. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel hier bald nachbessert, da ich bei meinen vorherigen Aufenthalten bessere Erfahrungen gemacht habe.
