Quite old hotel, more than 50 years old, very tiny room. and wifi signal is very week. You need to get the conference WiFi from reception. But the signal is still quite weak. The breakfast costs $25, and there's not too much food. However, their service attitudeis is quite good and they wish to help you. Although the limitation comes from the hardware.

Loved that the hotel is so close to the airport + car hire services. I needed a suitable location due to my travel reason (personal, family), and the hotel was also able to provide affordable parking services.

The hotel is well located close to the shopping precinct of Belconnen. A walk to Westfield took only 15 minutes, and it is only a short drive to eateries, the University of Canberra and GIO Stadium. We chose this hotel for its location. Our bed was comfy, the shower was hot and bathroom facilities were okay except there is very little benchspace. Service was fairly good, except when our card wouldn't work in the entry door to the wing where our room was located. Luckily reception was open. Some of the carpark was not accessible due to materials being stored there! The electric jug wasn't working properly but they did get us another one straight away. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay. One other thing, which I assume was no fault of the hotel, the fire alarm rang and we had to evacuate in the early hours of the morning, but it wasn't a cold frosty night!!

Location in a lovely garden setting was perfect and parking out front of the hotel was easy and convenient. Very quiet at night. Room (Superior King) was large, well set out and had lots of windows. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only negative was that a queen sized doona was on the king bed, which left it a bit on the small side. Bedding and pillows were all excellent of good quality. Staff were friendly,although when we asked for the doona to be replaced with a larger one, we were told upon returning to the hotel later that it had been done. It had not. The main downside of this well-kept and attractive hotel is that there is no food or bar facilities, although they provide links to nearby cafes and other eateries. About 10 to 15 minutes walk takes you to to the main restaurant area of Manuka.

Big room with an interesting mini bar. The breakfast variety was great as well. One downside is that Ctrip has some misleading pictures about the hotel.

Location is good, just a throw stone from light rail and away from the busy streets. Just take few minutes walk to bus stop, where you can take bus to all the sightseeing in the city and train station. I did not drive in this trip, all my transportation is bus and light rail, and of course bus #11 (walk :-). The bathroom is clean, the shower screen is shinny like new, love it. Will stay in this hotel again!

We had a great days in CROWNE PLAZA in Canberra. The room was clean and tidy.The staff was friendly. Especially at breakfast in the morning,One of the staff, ARYAMAN,happy a kind and friendly staff,Especially his happy smile,Made us for a lot of happy mornings. The location is pretty good with the own transport. Easy assess to the famous tourist attractions and Canberra Centre. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a simple style but provides most of the stuff. Disposal slippers are provided but the toothbrushes and tooth pastes are not at this hotel. The another thing I would like to share that is the bed and pillows are soft to us. A few more kinds of free tea and coffee are also provided in the lounge bar and library on L5 & L6. The room was clean everyday. Kid enjoyed the view in the room there. Overall, we were happy to stay at LNH with what we paid and expected.

For the price..Spacious rooms, prime location.. Car parking a day was 32$ Self check in n self check out was good Room was clean.. Spa n sauna was good Had iron n hair dryer Breakfast options can be better for the price.. Did not interact much with the staff.. so cannot comment. Enjoyed the stay for the price… will come back again as the location was 👌

We had a great stay at the Rydges. We arrived earlier than normal check in time and they accommodated us with little wait time. Room was clean and tidy nice hot showers as were from WA it was -1 when we arrived. No complaints front desk staff were super friendly and helped with and questions we asked regarding places to go and see while here on our short stay. Would stay again, definitely recommend.
