I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Vischio Amagasaki, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's modern and stylish design impressed me right away. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the property created a comfortable and chic ambiance. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff at Hotel Vischio Amagasaki were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to cater to my needs and make my stay memorable. From helpful recommendations for local attractions to efficient check-in and check-out processes, their level of service was top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was exquisite, showcasing a fusion of local and international flavors. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the city or relax in the hotel's spa facilities, everything was within reach. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Vischio Amagasaki to anyone visiting the area. 「銀泉」はどこにあっても不思議ではないが「金泉」はそう簡単ではない。本来は愛宕山北面の限られたエリアにある泉源からのみ湧出するとされ、高台はポンプアップするものだと思っていた。いまは新しい泉源がいくつもあると聞く。ここは「愛宕山泉源」だから、むかいのマンション裏に見えるのは「射場山泉源」だろうか。金泉は濃いお湯で、どこでもメンテナンスが大変らしい。 もう日帰り湯は面倒なので宿を探す。有馬は京阪神のお金持ちも集まるから果てしなく贅沢ができる。かんぽの宿は料理もひとつの基準だろうか。 有馬温泉観光協会HPのお宿一覧ページを見ると「ひとり旅OK」と表示されていても、宿のHPのプランには出てこないことが多い。宿の経営を考えるとわからないでもない。献立表の刺身や鍋の材料が多少違っても構わないから2食は欲しい。 古くもないが新しくもない。和洋も広狭も何でもあり時代の建物で、一人旅用の料金で泊まれることがある便利さか。 4月から経営母体が替わるらしい。より便利になるよう期待している。

Hotel is now known as Daiwa Roynet Hotel KOBE-SANNOMIYA PREMIER. Hotel is approx. 500 m from the Kobe Sannomiya station. In fact, hotel is mid-way between the station and Chinatown. Our room has a small sofa, thus, relaxing. And this hotel provided 3 towels per pax unlike others we stayed that provided only 2.

Hotel extremely close to busy districts, shops and restaurants open til late night. It is quite an interesting experience that there is a night snacks serving at hotel restaurant at night for customers. However, there was no bath tube at room and parking bays were full very soon, we cannot reserve a parking bay when we arrived at 9! Also, unfortunately, we were assigned to 2nd floor, cannot comment on the view.

古泉閣ロッジができたばかりの頃に友人と来たことがあり、いつかは子どもを連れていきたいなぁと思っていたところ…念願が叶いました！こちらは、素晴らしいことだらけで長くなりますので、箇条書きにします。 ・駅について送迎車の依頼をTEL、その時点で女性の電話対応がとても素晴らしく、期待感が高まる ・送迎車のドライバーさんが親切で、道すがら、ホテルの知りたいポイントを丁寧に教えてくださる ・フロントの方がどなたも柔和で丁寧 ・夜はBBQをいただきましたが、スタッフさんの対応が親切　肌寒いので、ブランケットやカイロの準備まで ・BBQのランプ牛が驚くほど美味しく追加注文 ・ホテルの都合で、レストラン朝食→和食になりましたが 素晴らしく美味しく、豪華　また和食レストランの通路からの山々の景色が素晴らしかった ・和食の担当女性の方々も笑顔で親切丁寧　子どもが小さく「ごちそうさまでした」 といったにも関わらず、通路のほうから気づいて「はーい」と声がかかったのにもほっこり ・ロッジの手入れがよいのか、老朽化しておらず、とても快適 ・お湯がよく、子供の湿疹がかなり改善 あげればキリがありませんが、こちらも予約が取りづらいのが、唯一の難点ですね。 どうにか子どもの誕生日には予約がとれましたので、次回も楽しみにしています。 プールも入れるくらいお天気がよくなりますように

Das Hotel ist sauber, modern, ruhig, hat die perfekte Lage und ist bester Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch der Himeji- Burg. Von unserem Doppelzimmer hatten wir perfekten und wunderschönen Blick auf Himeji. Das Doppelzimmer ist für japanische Verhältnisse groß. So auch das Bad mit getrennter Badewanne/Dusche. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wunderbar in schönem Ambiente. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

車で行きました。駐車場は、立体駐車場と旅館の向かい側にあります。大型車で行くと少しせまいかもしれません。宿泊日の駐車場は朝10時以降に駐車可能です。15時チェックインでしたが有馬温泉の休前日は混むため早く到着しました。散策してから14時に旅館に戻りました。そこからフロントで一時間待たせて下さいました。10分前になり男性のスタッフが少し早いですがと余計な一言を言いながら館内設備、非常口を説明してくれました。これぐらいの宿ならウェルカムのお茶、お茶菓子を出して最初もてなしてくれますが人手不足なのでしょう。部屋は露天風呂付きでした。マッサージチェアもあり満足でしたが事前に見た画像と違いマットレスにシーツを敷いてありました。布団わすれたの？ってくらい薄かった。夕食は採算を意識したのか切れ端に近い牛肉、刺身を提供してくれました。白米はしっかり研いでないのか糠くさい。出汁はとり間違えたのか二番出汁みたいな味。朝方早く寝ていたら朝食の準備で皿を落としたのかけたたましい音で目が覚めました。朝食は皿を落としたのかイカの刺身がぐちゃぐちゃになってました。チェックアウト時に封筒に入れず渡してくれました。ありがとうございました。の一言もなし。極めつけは玄関に三人いるのに荷物運びを手伝わなかった。見てみぬふり隣の家族連れは手伝ってあげてました。年配の女性の接客能力は高く、若い女性の接客能力は最低です。伝統はこうして廃れていくのだと感じました。有馬は他にいい旅館あります。温泉と料理と接客のかけ算のできない旅館は最低です。がっかりしました。

I was very satisfied. The location was accessible to all the places I wanted to go. Like the Kobe Port, Meriken Park, Umie, Ferris Wheel, Cruise ships and the like. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. I think I will book this hotel again someday if I will go back to Kobe. It is clean and the ambiance is cozy. Staff is accommodating. I highly recommed this hotel because it the price is reasonable for the service.

This onsen hotel is well located within 5 mins walk from the bus and train stations. The only challenge we encountered was pulling the luggage up the slope leading to the hotel. The hotel has a modern feel but with traditional settings and services. The room we had was ample for us. While the breakfast was a standard buffet style meal, the kaiseki dinner was fantastic. We had different food and selection for the two dinners we had there. The onsen was great with different pools with different minerals both indoors and outdoors. I only tried the onsen which is opened to the public and I am thoroughly happy with them. There are also saunas in the same area. There is a smaller onsen only for hotel guests but are open only for selected hours. We took a day trip to Kobe city and although there are a couple of changes of trains we have to make, it was rather effortless. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, its room, food and location.

Room and bed much larger than expected for a solo traveller like me at such a bargain. Vintage-style design with elements of clock faces seen throughout the hotel. I especially like how they use clock faces and clock arms to represent the floors the elevators are at. Local is convenient, close to the Sannomiya Subway station. The overall experience was great and I would consider booking this again if I had the chance to return to Kobe.
