Enjoyed my stay at Elegant hotel. We booked a themed room with city wall view and the room was really clean and pretty! But the city wall view was very restricted. Breakfast is amazing, and the outdoor view from the breakfast place is great too! The staff in the hotel were also super helpful and eagerly recommended us places to visit while there! Very pleasant stay.

We arrived at T5 Xi'an airport past midnight and by the time we cleared immigration and customs, it was already 1.30am. After we message them, Moon Hotel sent a mini-bus to pick us up. Moon Hotel is short distance from hotel but the bus needed to pick others from other terminals. By the time we reached hotel, it was 2.30am Check-in was smooth and our twin bedroom was very spacious. Room was very clean with modern furnishings. Bathroom was large. The most amazing experience was the bed mattress. It was very comfortable amd bed has 2 soft toys. We sleep very well for 5 hours but we had to checked out for our next destination. Moon Hotel is next to the police station, another local hotel and eateries. Our hotel breakfast was chinese buffet style but no coffee. Breakfast is from 6.45-9.30 am. Hotel provided us bus transfer to airport. We recommend Moon Hotel as layover airport hotel and for very comfortable beds.

Booked this Novatel hotel for one night aiming to tour around the Xi'an bell tower area. 1. Moving from Marriott Hotel to Novatel, it gave not good impression due to the simple entrance at first floor (maybe get used to grand first floor reception and lobby). 2. The light at the corridor are dark, again not good impression after checked in at around 8pm and walked to the room alone (no other guest insight). 3. Services are however very good. A. Given the room is a bit cold, a separate portable heater is provided B. Helping with setup the wifi connection since encountered issue (connected but no internet) C. Also help with the handling of Taobao item 4. The room is ok and location is very good (close to the bell tower etc)

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

Love the hotel interior decoration and the amenities provided. We booked the suite room and was blown away by the size and room layout. The interior fixtures are also very nice. Very thoughtful hotel - they even provide a disposable bathtub cover for use. Good location, it is near a metro station and guests can use the laundry room for free (with detergent provided).

Good hotel to stay, just next to the Bell tower. The room is big and clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is also good with coffee. Walkable to many attractions. The hotel is next to a metro station, easy to visit many places if you don't want to use DiDi. Good Hotel!

端午節前幾日，想着端午節帶家人出遊一下，不想去景點，找一個山裡的酒店或者民宿去擁抱大自然，因為個人習慣，喜歡品質好一些的酒店，所以在攜程找找，其實一打開app搜尋，這家酒店就出現在前三位，另外兩位直接淘汰，因為比較老，這家是2026年開業，當即訂了兩間，其實沒有看過多，像選盲盒一樣，到了酒店其實還是出乎我的意料，酒店首先服務人員的服務意識和態度是非常值得稱讚的，點贊👍🏻另外酒店的硬件還是可以的，室內桌球、高爾夫、健身房、棋牌室，成人休閑娛樂還都是比較全，唯一不足的是室外游泳池沒有完善，應該是才開業，還沒有蓄水，其次陽台牆面的粉牆沒有做好，掉粉，沾了一身白灰，酒店是可以申請延時退房，臨走服務人員還送了伴手禮

We booked the hotel for just one night, but were absolutely delighted! Everything was at the highest level: very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The view from the room was simply stunning—it was a real pleasure to wake up to such a panorama. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager, Aliya. She explained everything in detail, showed us around, and was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks to her, our stay became even more comfortable.
