Fantastic stay. I only wish we had booked longer. The staff truly made it exceptional. They were warm, attentive and always going the extra mile. The hotel’s design is stylish and welcoming and the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of a vibrant area with great nightlife just outside. Despite that it still feels calm and relaxing inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable (slept amazingly) and the buffet plus all the thoughtful extras were a great touch. The hotel coffee is good and having Luckin Coffee connected to the building was a bonus since it’s my personal favorite. Next time I’m in Xi’an I won’t even look anywhere else.

The hotel location is excellent. The room is very clean and the front desk service staff is very helpful. Only 1 issue is that the hotel allow smoking in the room. Good for smokers but not good for non-smokers. As the hotel is only at one level, there is no way to escape the smoke in the aircon system that is connected to every room. Front desk staff are very helpful to get housekeeping to remove the smell from the room when I go out during the day but it is recur through the night. Unfortunately, I love the hotel but could not get to rest as the smoky smell continued to blow through the aircon system during the night.

I recently stayed at the Chalet Hotel (Xi’an Bell and Drum Tower) and it was easily the highlight of the trip. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of location, style, and comfort, this is it. First off, the location is unbeatable. You are steps away from the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, which made popping out for late-night snacks or sunrise photos incredibly easy. Even though it's right in the heart of the action, the room was surprisingly quiet and felt like a peaceful escape from the city buzz. The design of the hotel is super chic—very modern with a touch of local character. My room was spotless, the bed was like a cloud, and I loved the high-end amenities they provided. It definitely feels more like a boutique luxury experience than a standard hotel. What really pushed it to a 10/10 for me was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and transport, making everything feel seamless. Whether you're here for the history or the food, this is the best base you could ask for in Xi'an. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

A really lovely stay. I stayed for three nights and although the english was very limited for a western hotel chain, the staff were always friendly and helped me when I had questions. The room was really spacious and the price amazing for including breakfast. Shower was great. The breakfast is Chinese style just to bear in mind and it’s in a nice location next to the East Gate. If I ever return to Xi’an I would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay in a Family Room which can be hard to find in China. Hotel was new and modern and in a brilliant location. Easy walk to the Bell Tower and the South Gate. The free afternoon tea and fridges of bottled water are a nice touch and the staff are very helpful and responsive. The two laundry rooms are clean with modern appliances too.

This hotel was great! First, the location — it’s 2 minutes walk from the city wall and the line 2 subway station that goes directly to the high speed trains and the tourist attractions. It’s also 2-5 minutes walk from the malls and 10 mins from the Xiaonanmen morning market. Next, the service — the staff were extremely helpful and patiently answered all my questions. They were incredibly professional, and the housekeeping cleaned the room very well. Special thanks to 洒金桥 and SKP for doing a great job! Some things of note — the lobby is a bit hectic because there are two different hotels sharing the lobby, there are so many different room types, and some of the rooms are a bit dated (when comparing to other super new and modern China hotels), but that did not impact my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again because of the location and staff!

房間很大，設施很齊全，乾濕分離兩個間而且洗漱台跟梳粧台也分開了，這點很喜歡但忘記拍啦，不過房間稍微有一點點味道 建議可以也放一點點酒店大堂的香薰

The location inside the city wall was very nice. The room very spacious and functional. Don't account on the gym for big session workout but ok for a couple of days. The bathroom very nice. The free laundry was very appreciated. Despite the staff not being English-speaking, they were very helpful.

The location is truly exceptional, set בתוך the historic city walls and just a short walk from the iconic Bell Tower. Right outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of street food stalls, the vibrant Muslim Quarter, and countless restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with guests who don’t speak Chinese. A special mention also goes to the breakfast team, who stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast itself was good, with a decent variety to choose from. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished in a modern style. I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely.
