The breakfast is of high quality, offering a wide variety of food options that cater to different preferences.The hotel staff provided very good and prompt service throughout the stay. While the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, it is conveniently situated directly on a metro line, with only 3–4 stops to the city center, which takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Regarding airport access: for those traveling light (e.g., with a trolley suitcase), public transportation is a convenient option, with a direct bus to the city center and then metro, total travel time around 50 minutes. For those with heavier luggage, it is recommended to use a taxi for comfort and convenience. The hotel is also next to a large shopping mall and several supermarkets and casual dining options, although higher-quality restaurants are found in the city center. The hotel rooms are adequate and acceptable, with generally fair cleanliness. The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center with a wide variety of machines, allowing for a full-body workout. Additionally, the hotel has a pleasant swimming pool and a very professional and well-heated sauna, which enhances the overall wellness experience. The presence of water dispensers both in the gym and near the sauna is highly appreciated and essential for guest safety, helping to prevent dehydration.

This hotel's location and facilities are ideal, close to all major attractions. However, our check-in was disappointing. We had booked a double bed, but the blue-haired receptionist assigned us a twin room without notice. The other staff offered to change rooms, but it required a one-hour wait. Having just arrived from a long-haul flight, we were too exhausted to wait any longer. We therefore reluctantly had to accept the incorrect room. We hope the blue-haired receptionist can improve her professional diligence to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.

This hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had lunch at The River Bar which was reasonably priced and the food was good, / We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The room was clean, slightly dated but had everything you needed. The Spa was clean, would recommend to bring sliders/crocs as the floor in the swimming pool area was very slippy, although the hotel does provide a robe and slippers. One of the saunas was out of action but they had other ones available to use. In terms of location it is slightly out of the way, which was nice as it was quiet. We got a taxi and used the tram to get to the city centre which was fairly simple. Overall very good value to stay here and very good that the spa facilities is included at no extra fee. Hotel had everything we needed and the staffs were really nice! It is also very near a metro station, supermarket, and good food. Only down side is that the carpet is slightly stained (might be hard to maintain), otherwise all other facilities was really clean and nice. Also note that it might not be for light sleepers as the road sounds are loud and every hour you’ll get big honking/sirens wailing.

Perhaps my favourite hotel in Budapest! The service and rooms are comfortable and surpassed our expectations. The breakfast is plentiful (with champagne!) and complimentary tea and coffee is available throughout the day.

Everything was fine except for the housekeeping service, which was quite rude. We stayed for two nights, and on the first day, housekeeping entered our room without knocking while I was in the shower. On the day of check-out, housekeeping opened the door again at 11 am When I told her I was still inside, she replied, “You check out today!” I explained that I was aware, but check-out time is 12 pm, as stated in the hotel policy. This was by far the rudest housekeeping experience I’ve ever had.

A great hotel in a convenient location. The room was quite big and cozy, and quiet. The spa was nice and included different amenities (pool, saunas, steam room). One thing to improve are the slippers provided. Combined with the water on the floor of the spa makes slipping very easy.

The hotel was ok, nothing to about when i booked i booked the room with balcony thinking to hv a better view.  I only found out that the room with balcony was only on the 1st floor.   Bfast was so so nothing fancy.  Room was spacious enough for 2 ppl.  I dont really like the location as its a bit further than main attraction.  You need to walk at least 1.9 km to the main area. The services is 6/10 there was only 1 person who at the counter when we checked in

A perfect hotel for a weekend stay in Budapest, or even during your vacation. There are three beautiful pools and saunas, including a steam room. Perfect breakfast with a wide selection.

The hotel is very well placed on a street with little traffic, it is a 2-minute walk to the main boulevard where there are many restaurants with Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish and many others. In front of the hotel is a beautiful park which in winter is decorated with many lights and next to the park there is a market, and behind the hotel is a grocery store. The staff is very kind. Impeccable cleanliness. Unfortunately, the view from the room I got was overlooking the inner courtyard, but that didn't bother me. As bathroom accessories, there were soap, clean towels, slippers and the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub. On the mezzanine there is a very nice bar and restaurant. You just have to be careful with the parking because it is not free and there are not many parking spaces left in the evening. Many applications can be used to pay for parking, such as Tpark, which I used very easily, or easypark, but I did not manage to pay with this one, even though the receptionist recommended it to me. I recommend this hotel and for sure if I come back to Budapest I will stay at this hotel again.
