2nd time staying here after 6 months because was very satisfied during my 1st stay. Overall is still very clean, other than I found lots of hair strands on the carpet (that doesn't belong to me). Room cleaning of 3rd night was done around 8pm which is very late. Staff is very polite Many food options nearby if you take a grab Nice cafes down stairs My friend enjoyed the arcade that open until midnight

everything is good just if u have early flights no free shuttle and train to the next terminal only open at 6am..we still need to book grab😌

I choose to stay here on my last day in Jakarta since the location was only 15-20minutes from the Airport and i have to leave early in the morning. The room was great.big,comfort and clean. And the breakfast was really good. Nearby to Tangerang city attractions. Reasonable price.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Good environment and clan only the water heater need to wait few minutes to head up .overall is 8/10

Great service. Customer service is AI so you don’t have to worry nobody going to reply you if you have wifi questions at 2AM. Provide free shuttle van/bus to airport.

Excellent value for money with great facilities and service I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay. I'm enjoying a great new hotel The ambience, facilities and room is excellent. Foods need to be upgraded, I'm not really fond of the taste. Overall it is good enough.

Overall great place for stay. The concern only for breakfast menu variety, menu variety is too little for a 4 star hotel. Also for the Google map, need to be fixed, the pin point for primaya hospital not to the hote
