*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

Lovely hotel, great value for money, nice breakfast options, pleasant pool. Stay here every time we want to be in tangerang! Staff are friendly and helpful too. I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

Staff is very friendly, and was helpful sending a iron to my room when we needed. On the 16th floor there is a HUGE infinite pool, jacuzzi, gym and a basketball court!! Great stay in a business district!

Bilik bersih dan kemas. Kami telah dinaik taraf kepada dua bilik tidur supaya ia benar-benar luas. Semuanya bersih. Tetapi agak sukar untuk mendapatkan makanan di sana.

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang Ia adalah hotel yang sangat menjimatkan Ia baru diubah suai untuk merayau-rayau. Batu ais di tepi jalan tidak boleh dimakan. Ia tidak bersih dan akan menyebabkan masalah perut. Anda perlu menggunakan selipar untuk mengenal pastinya. Secara keseluruhan sangat berpuas hati.

we were from the next hotel,but we checked out coz their rooms is terrible but luckily swissbel has room for us to check in on that same day. room is bigger than expected and it is so comfortable. they do provide airport transfer too!

An excellent option for transit with maximum comfort and a wonderful spa center FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport turned out to be a real lifesaver before our night flight. I have no issues regarding the room, everything perfect. The library is small but still ok. It was during holiday season, all staff very busy so the service was not that good It took more then an hour to check in in the afternoon around 4pm. I stayed for 2 nights but the room key only set for 1 night, so i couldn't enter the room on the 2nd day. I had to go back to lobby to check the key Call the guest service is busy all the time I asked for a new bath towel, but the new towel still had big yellow stain and hair on it and even it didn't fold properly The lift floor was wet and slipery, the guest from pool can access directly to the lift and no staff standby to clean the lift

Overall great place for stay. The concern only for breakfast menu variety, menu variety is too little for a 4 star hotel. Also for the Google map, need to be fixed, the pin point for primaya hospital not to the hote
