Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance.
Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area.
The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast.
Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!ā

Clean and new hotel, great for transit. Thereās a free hotel shuttle to and from airport which is really helpfull, need to contact the airport and they will provide the whatsapp number for the shuttle service.
Breakfast has wide selections (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc).
Will definitely stay again during short transit to Jakarta.

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang Ia adalah hotel yang sangat menjimatkan Ia baru diubah suai untuk merayau-rayau. Batu ais di tepi jalan tidak boleh dimakan. Ia tidak bersih dan akan menyebabkan masalah perut. Anda perlu menggunakan selipar untuk mengenal pastinya. Secara keseluruhan sangat berpuas hati.

I do have a suggestion though: I wanted a king bed non-smoking room and all deluxe rooms were occupied I asked if the double beda could be put together but would have been happy to pay extra to upgrade to executive but was not offered.

While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiį¹r despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the āprivate beachā and pool for free. Hence the āprivate beachā was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the āprivate beachā, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

GGuest UserThe only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

YYonghuyizhuxiao_1705The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either.
It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault.
Overall, I'm satisfied.

Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

I stayed here because I had a 9:00 AM flight the next morning. The hotel offers an hourly airport shuttle, but the 8:00 AM option felt too tight, and 7:00 AM was a bit too early, so I opted for a taxi instead. Overall, the experience was greatāI even had time for a 30-minute gym session before dinner. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, reaching 20Ā°C for a good nightās sleep. Excellent stay!

GGuest UserThe room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday ššThe couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there.
Food:
The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floorššš
Amenities:
Thereās a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.
