I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

Hotel is located at a strategic area and within walking distance to many restaurants opposite it. Kedai Soto Ibu Rahayu, Butterfield, Yujo, Tanmu Coffee, Padre Italian are the few restaurants nearby Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Their staff are ever ready to assist and greeted me every time I see them on my way out or return to the hotel. That's hospitality and welcome of first class! Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong, bed comfortable and there's really no fault with the accommodation. Breakfast was reasonably good with mixture of local and Western food. A good stay and I shall return when I visit Bogor. Cheers to the staff as they make you feel welcome.

Characterful hotel walking distance from attractions like Jalan Braga and the Asia Afrika conference museum. While the decor is a little old, service was great and my loft room had enormous double height windows letting in plenty of natural light.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is strategic; on weekends, you can simply walk to hang out, enjoy various culinary options, and explore.

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Harris Hotel — the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The kids especially loved the pool and the breakfast spread had a great variety for everyone.

It was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff did accommodate to my request for my husband's birthday surprise. The facilities for kids is just great for the price that we booked. There are varieties of choices for the breakfast spread. The location is near to Ciwalk Malll. The only downside that we faced was the the toilet flushing system. It's not working properly. And also when the 2nd day they make up our room, the housekeeping did not top up the body wash and on the 3rd day just happen i approach one of the housekeeping lady for assistance to top up the shower gel and she said ok but till now we checked out, no one came to top it up. But overall its a good experience with friendly service staffs.

Excellent hotel with incredible staff. People go the extra mile here. I’ve been managed by young intelligent and very capable ladies.  They make the hotel run like clockwork.  There is an excellent Italian restaurant with beautiful authentic dishes.  As well, the Indonesian food is above par with some exciting stand out dishes; the duck, the beef rib (iga bakar) as well Lumpia and fish cakes.  Love the pool too.

We had a wonderful stay at Pesona Alam Resort & Spa. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for relaxing with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the facilities like the pool and spa were excellent. The location is great too, close to Taman Safari. Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to come back again.
