It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Lalit Hotel in New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The hotel's restaurants offered a fantastic selection of food, with exceptional service throughout. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend The Lalit to anyone visiting New Delhi.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏

I was in New Delhi for and single night and upon recommendations from friends I decided to book this place. I love that it wasn’t very far from the airport and it was definitely very close to the center of Delhi with so many tourist attractions and shopping options and food places around within walking distance. The staff are very Very helpful and made sure that my stay there was pleasant. I had an early morning flight and the staff Packed my breakfast for me too.

I experienced first-class hospitality. All the hotel staff and employees stopped to greet me even though they were busy. I'm currently staying at the Taj Palace, but the quality of customer service at the Leela is far superior. If you're undecided between the Leela Palace and the Leela, I definitely recommend booking at the Leela! Also, the welcome drink, hibiscus tea, is incredibly delicious. Please try it.

Good room and general cleanliness, location is slightly out of the main areas in Delhi although just beside metro, breakfast options adequate but staff could be more helpful

The place is really accessible. Market, metro station both nearby and uber comes even if you book at 3-4am. Rooms are clean but would appreciate it if there were privacy curtains.

Ruined my trip to India! It was the first hotel we stayed at for the whole trip and this set the bar SO HIGH for all other hotels. It was an AMAZING experience, the hotel looks better in person than in the pictures. Cannot recommend it enough. If you get the chance, definetly go for it!
