The hotel is as close as possible to Bauma Street, a very convenient location. The room is quite large and cozy. The breakfasts are standard, although the red fish was a pleasant surprise. And overall, I would probably have been happy with everything if three days before we hadn't stayed at another hotel, 500 meters further from this one, where for the same money we stayed in a deluxe room, there was more space) The staff was more attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were a little tastier and there was a small children's corner, which is a salvation for families with children and overall it was somehow more soulful or something...

Overall,it has delivered an excellent services during my stay. the receptionist and hotel manager both are extremely helpful and they try to accommodate any request. English speaking is not an issue at all.  Well done. 

My sister and I had a fantastic time! The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was excellent – everything was clean, new, and stylish! We even managed to visit the spa with a steam room and hammam, which we also loved because everything was new and there was hardly anyone else there. We separately booked a paid group training session, 'Healthy Back,' in the gym (it's great that they offer such activities throughout the day), but we didn't like the trainer. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

A very good hotel with pleasant staff and spacious rooms. There's a restaurant on the ground floor where guests get a 10% discount. We especially loved the breakfasts; we booked our stay with them. The food was very diverse and changed daily, offering everything from porridge and pancakes to desserts, scrambled eggs, sausages, and more – all very delicious. The location is 10/10; there's a Pyaterochka supermarket and other nice cafes nearby. You can walk anywhere within 25 minutes, including the city center and the 'Kremlin.' We almost always walked, but when we were feeling lazy, there's a bus stop close by. We were very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely return if we're ever in Kazan again!

For its price, it's not a bad hotel. It's clean and everything is fresh. There's a restaurant on the top floor with a nice view, where breakfast is also served.

Rest in summer 2024 after the holiday of Pitrau. Very enjoyed! Real rest house! Delicious kitchen, snowy lingerie and towels, modern interior and outer space. Big free parking. Around the forest, bird singing and fresh air. There is a gym, conference rooms and negotiating rooms. Restaurant and summer terrace. polite and non-invasive service.

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь в номере люкс. Шикарный отель, шикарный номер. Отель построен в 2019 в стиле лофт на основе вроде каких-то зданий начала прошлого века. Высоченные стеклянные потолки, перекрывающие бывшие дворовые пространства, 4,5м потолки в номерах. Везде простор, много воздуха и света. Гостей окружают многочисленные дизайнерские архитектурные и интерьерные решения. Прекрасные рестораны, особенно понравился Саккура - ресторан паназиатской кухни. Отличный выбор вин. В номере много комплиментов: вода, кофе в капсулах, чай, даже пирожные. Огромная кровать. На мой взгляд, подушки жестковаты, но тут уж на все вкусы не угодишь. Вообще отель очень похож на 5 звезд где-то в центре Вены или Цюриха. Расположение отеля удачное, почти в центре города. В общем, рекомендую и по бизнесу и для отдыха.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very successful. To all the main places in the city within the 10-15 min on the car. Stood right on the shore of Volga. The truth is the embankment is closed and sunken and bathing in the river cannot be. But the hotel has several own swimming pools and lots of free cheeslones. And for children there is a huge aquapark. Breakfasts are chic. Rooms are clean. You have to come in the summer. There will be a complete simulation of rest at sea.

The hotel is of high grade, and the dinner of the ”bud” forum is also arranged at this hotel. I live in the house on the 20th floor, and the windows on the south and west of the room have a panoramic view of the Volga River. Breakfast is 100 RMB, rich and delicious. The Chinese used to use slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room. Although there is no electric kettle in the room, there is a water dispenser on each floor. Their shampoo smelled too heavy. I didn't sleep well all night. The next day I used shampoo brought by my peers from China. The floor drain was very slow when taking a bath, and the bathroom was full of water. The hotel should be repaired. If you are afraid of cold, you have to wear more clothes when you sleep, and the cover is very thin, unlike being more like a few layers of cloth stacked on some. If the floor drain problem is not solved, I will not stay in this store next time.

Great hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small.
