Upon check in my room door key didn't work but when I returned to the front desk to report the problem was told to head right back to the same room and a maintenence person would meet me at my room door to fix the ”battery failure.” I was skeptical a maintenance person would arrive to my room so quickly but was assured they would be there without me needing to wait. As I suspected, noone was waiting for me at my room door nor did they arrive 5 minutes later so I returned to the front desk for assistance to hear surprise by the staff. This should not have happened the way it did as maintenance issues should not be planned at the expense of the customer...especially not a tired traveler arriving from airline/airport travel.

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stop by in the way to Las Vegas. One disappointment is that my room didn't have hair dryer.

The staff was very friendly. The cafe was great. The in-room bathroom was moldy, the floors were stained, the basin was cracked and had hair in it (not mine), and the wall paper had been cut and had wires exposed. I have not experienced this level of disrepair in a hotel ever. The 3.9 stars on Google is misleading.

This is my favorite hotel near LAX airport. I always try stay this hotel only. Very near , clean , nearby super market and seven eleven and many restaurants. Shuttle service is very good and driver is always kind to help like receptionist of hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Maple Tree Inn for over ten days. The experience was consistently pleasant—from the clean, comfortable rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was the fresh, great-tasting coffee available every day, which became part of my morning routine. Overall, the hotel provided a welcoming and reliable environment, making my extended stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. I would gladly return in the future.

Location is perfect and convenient, and a big supermarket is on the opposite of road. Diversity restaurants are nearby. Room space is big, but air condition seems not controllable, still workable. Overall, from CP value, it is worthy.

This hotel offers 24-Hour Free Airport Shuttle service which was reliable and great for our needs. The staff were very efficient and friendly on check in and in assisting us with inquiries. The hotel is close (within a short walking distance) to a number of food outlets. The rooftop patio was a pleasant area to spend some relaxation.

Lovely room with a HUGE bed, plenty of towels for the bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. The pillows were very comfy too, along with a great mattress, outlet ports beside the beds worked too. The staff were lovely aswell. If I’m ever back in San Jose, I’ll be looking to book here again, highly recommend!!

Hotel is clean, receptionists are nice and helpful, food and service in restaurant are all good. Recommend to accommodate.
