Overall was okay. Location is good but hotel definitely needs an up grade. Rooms needs an upgrade. It’s a 3 star hotel but the pricing or a 4 star.

I've been to Jackson many, many times and have driven past this property more times than I can count. I always thought it was a tiny little place, with no real ”curb appeal,” but heading back to Jackson in the off season, for one night, I thought I'd check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised! First, they allow dogs- bonus! Secondly, its actually quite a large property with lots of amenities, AND a super cute cafe for breakfast (not included) where I was able to get a cup of overnight oats, and a chai latte for the road. The bed was very comfortable, check in was friendly and quick (much appreciated after a 500+ mile drive) and its perfectly located close to the square which is a 5 minute walk. I'll be back!

The service was good, staff friendly and helpful. There was someone else's blood stain on the comforter, very light bed covers and so cold at night, and the bed was not comfortable for either of us. The location was good and we could easily walk to the square. It was quiet and felt secure. Over all not a good value for the cost.

Hotel was safe and location was good. Covers on the bead was dirty and kinda gross. Staff was friendly and courteous to my request.

We had a good-sized, well-lit room with two chairs, a microwave, a mini-fridge (no freezer), and a Keurig. Some of the lamps were in bad shape. The bed was comfortable. The smallish bathroom had the toilet paper placed behind the toilet in an almost unreachable position. The bathroom was well lit, and the shower head was good. The sink backed up. I appreciated the makeup mirror. There was no free breakfast, but we were given a discount coupon for the attached restaurant. The eggs were overcooked and the service was very slow.

I'd probably rate this closer to 2 stars, versus the 3 stars we were shown when booking via Amex Travel. The staff was generally polite and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was okay (nothing special). There's a lot of inconsistent information floating around the property. Like different advertised rates for underground parking on the website/mobile app/check in (is it 18 or 19 dollars?), or the info sheet says that housekeeping will come every other day by default (kind of gross)... But then you find out that they don't come *at all* unless you request it. Stuff like that. But the main detractor is the rooms. The hotel is only a few years old, but the rooms were built cheaply and they're already showing their age. Some highlights: - Terrible lighting. Some of the bulbs are comically dim, and the side of the room opposite the window is perpetually dark. As soon as I asked the front desk staff, they knew exactly what I was referring to (and sadly, said that there's nothing they can do). - Very little storage. We came to hike, take tours, do outdoor stuff, etc., which requires a lot of gear. There's one coat hanger on the wall, two undersized dresser drawers, and a very tiny closet. Nowhere to keep shoes, and most of our room was covered with clothing all week. - Uncomfortable furniture and bedding. The ”West Elm” couch is hard as a rock, while the ottoman is lighter than a cardboard box. And I've never actually had back pain after sleeping on a hotel mattress...except for this trip. - Outlets throughout the room are unusable. The plug just falls right out, as they've been so worn. Bubbling wallpaper near the window, loose or damaged fixtures, awful shower head was par for the course in this room. - Terrible infotainment options. No way to connect my phone to the TV for streaming. There were 3 TV apps... Netflix, Showtime, and YouTube...and that's it. On the 5th day, Netflix disappeared from the TV completely. The one bright part was that the 'premium' internet was decent... I don't know about the free stuff, as I long ago just quit trying to even use free hotel wifi due to awfulness. The hotel was an okay base of operations for a week, where we spent almost no time in the room. But I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Great lil cozy cabins. Impressed with the amenities in the cabin and nice to have a pool and hot tub. Will most likely book here again.

傑克遜小鎮，使我意想不到，酒店在小鎮邊緣，距離鎮中心有點距離，但是酒店裝修也秉承小鎮風格，住着非常舒適，自在。黃石玩完后，這個小鎮應該必須待幾天，美國富人的眼光還是很獨到的。順帶給大家一個建議，在西黃石玩完后，再去大提頓國家公園，裏面有個酒店，如果訂不到，就作為必去景點，一定要去看看，待一會，保證讓你過癮。

酒店地理位置很好，就在小鎮中心，停車位充足，房間設施齊全，雖然不含早餐但前台配備了水果，小糕點及咖啡茶水服務。如果住二樓需要自己提行李箱上樓。

A very nice place for our friends and family to stay. Though it’s not a newer property, the owners have been remodeling and updating the rooms and the facilities. It was an excellent value, well worth the short drive from Cody for more reasonably priced rooms. Beds were great, and I have back problems!! Internet was reliable and fast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast on premise so I cannot comment about that.

This was definitlely one of our favourite hotels during our tour. We had a large room with two double beds, contemporary furnishings and all the amenities you might need. It is a massive facility, so you need a roadmap to navigate the winding hallways from one area to the next. The exit doors are numbered, so that you don't get lost. But if you need to get to the front desk in a hurry, expect to take a few wrong turns. The bathroom has a large shower - no bathtub - and pump toiletries, the usual too-low toilet as well as lots of plush towels. The great part about this hotel is the location - walkable to fast food restaurants, pizza places, specialty beef restaurants, shops with both modern and Western themes and across the street from Walgreens. You are likely to see street entertainment with shootouts and old west arrests. From the hotel beside the Holiday Inn, you can get a bus ride to the original Cody Nite Rodeo.that is on the other end of town. The hotel has excellent WiFi service and quiet air conditioning. Appreciated the alarm clock in the room. The best part,... a nice surprise ...was the included breakfast that exceeded our expectations. There were many made-to-order and specialty choices of meats, fresh fruit, quiche, desserts and the usal hot and cold breakfast fare.. .
