We have stayed here 3 times in the last 5 years. It was great 5 years ago, but the last two years in a row they have given our room away. We live in Seattle and flew up for our 30th anniversary on Valentine's Day. I booked a specific junior suite 7 MONTHS in advance and called 2 days before we arrived to assure we still had that room. I was told we did. When I booked it with manager Brian Mercereau, he assured me we would have that room. He called me back and said the room was occupied and it ”was out of his hands”, but to ask for him when we got in from our flight. He assured me he would be there. When we checked in, he had left for the day. To make a long story short, we ended up on the 8th floor - we were supposed to have been on the 18th floor when I booked. Five days later we started smelling paint coming in through the vents. I called downstairs to be told they were painting on the 2 floors above us and all rooms there were being painted. So we had to move AGAIN to get away from the smell. We were there for 8 days and spent over $2100. When we checked out, an older man with glasses didn't even ask how our stay was, never said thank you, just handed us our bill receipt and said ”there ya go.” The bottom line is you aren't valued as a guest at the Hotel Captain Cook - even return guests. You are just a number and they couldn't care less. Everyone else is wonderful in the hotel from the valet attendants, bellhops, restaurant workers, etc. But their front desk really needs work. Most of the time they are cold and aloof. They don't care about their guests in the long run.

We rented a 2-room suite for family travel as our landing spot each day after our adventures. The master bedroom does not have its own private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with 2 Queen beds has its own bathroom. The HVAC system in our particular room only had 1 temperature sensor for the entire suite which was located in the 2nd bedroom. This was an issue with comfort at times. The walls and floors are extremely thin as we could hear other guest room conversations from adjacent rooms and rooms above ours as well as toilet usage and even curtains being opened in the morning. There was extremely loud shouting from the street as two homeless gents were fighting with each other for hours in the middle of the night - that was not a one-time occurrence. There is also significant noise due to road traffic from both Benson Blvd and Seward Highway - that didn't bother us too much but it may bother people that are not used to it. There was significant parking and the location is extremely close to Seward Highway which made our travels very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was reasonably clean. The hotel had a very nice breakfast with standard buffet items like eggs, bacon, bagels, biscuits and gravy, cereals, and a pancake station. They also include made-to-order items like omelets. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

공항 셔틀 버스가 있다고 명시 되어 있어서 예약을 했지만 공항 셔틀이 없었습니다. 결국 리프트를 불러 이동했습니다. 참고 하시길 바랍니다. 조식 포함 가격이었으나 조식은 매우 간단하게 제공되는 수준이라 크게 메리트를 느끼지 못했습니다. 오히려 공항과 매우 가깝고(차로 10분) 주변에 아주 맛있는 베트남 식당이 있다는 것이 이점입니다. 가격 대비 만족도가 낮아 추천은 어렵습니다.

Well my stay was great and the room was clean granted refrigerators really tiny and there's no microwave you have to actually ask for microwave and they don't tell you about it when you check in and they said that my room was close to the elevator and it's actually 64 rooms away from the elevator that was kind of tough trying to get maintenance up here to fix the lock on my door was a hassle it took 3 days I ended up being locked out of my room because the battery died I need a batteries in the TV remote at 23 days I ended up having to go buy my own because nobody ever showed up otherwise my stay was great thank you though they don't provide breakfast you have to actually pay for it and it's super expensive

位置很好，到安克雷奇博物館衹需要3分鐘路程。前台工作人員很nice，訂單顯示下午三點方可辦理入住，12點到達也順利辦理了入住。房間裏還有一個小客廳，很實用。

OMG Bates Motel! I only chose this Hotel for location even after reading bad reviews. I thought it can’t be that bad for just a few hours stay. We arrived at the airport late, called the hotel for shuttle pickup was told 20 minutes. The shuttle finally arrived after 45 minutes. The hotel clerk told me the only room available was across the main Hotel on the 3rd floor that we have to take the stairs since the elevator is not working. I explained to her that my husband have disability he cannot climb the stairs with luggage too. She said she doesn’t have any rooms available straight face with no emotion! It’s already 12:00 midnight my husband said let’s just stay here. The gentleman behind the counter must have felt sorry for us and offered to help us carry the luggage to the room. He said the elevator has been out of order for 3 yrs and that he can’t believe the front desk assigned a room on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall too. When we entered the room the smell of disinfectant made me sick, like someone has died in the room. The room was too dark, dark brown curtains, very dirty carpet, long hair sitting on the towel, door paint peeling, dirty coffee maker. In short I told my husband let’s get out of here. I have so many points on my credit card I could use with nearby 4 star hotels but it was raining that night so we decided to stay. We didn’t change our clothes, we’re afraid to open our luggage for bugs getting into our luggage. Used our jackets to cover the sheets and pillows before we lay down in bed. We’re up all night as we didn’t feel safe in the room! We checked out after a few hours and shuttled back to the airport to catch our bus to Whittier. Recent reviews had the same story if not worse! So if you’re reading our horrible experiences do yourself a favor, do not stay here even if it’s free!

Saya biasanya tinggal dengan tenang, menyeronokkan ketika saya tinggal di sini, tetapi kali ini tidak begitu damai. Terdapat pesta ulang tahun kanak-kanak atau sesuatu yang berlaku di mana terdapat banyak anak-anak yang suka bertengkar berlari naik dan turun di lorong, membuat semua kebisingan ini sepanjang saya tinggal. Tidak menyeronokkan sama sekali.

As this often goes, these things never come alone. For our last night of our 10 day stay in Alaska, I wanted something nice, something more special. Comparing the prices to others, I felt that usd 435 for one night in a Hilton would give us that nice place. I had asked for a late checkout (confirmation received via email) and during checkin the lady said ”we have a problem”. Basically I needed to book another night in the hotel if I wanted to check out at 6pm. No go ofcourse. The hotel was not clean, smelled muffy, room and shower also not clean. The gym access did not work with the room key, pool closed in all a 2-3star experience for a 5 star price. And ofcourse the unfriendly staff on top of this. Certainly never stay with Hilton again.

Kedudukan geografinya lebih unggul, dekat dengan stesen keretapi, tepat di pusat bandar, mudah ke sana. Sarapannya enak. Kelemahannya ialah tidak terlalu lama, tandasnya tersekat, tetapi untungnya, bilik itu bising, bukan yang paling senyap. Nisbah harga / prestasi tidak tinggi, yang memudaratkan tandatangan Hilton.
