Waldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

Excellent location. New hotell with fantastic view. To be a new hotell sound proofing between rooms were poor. Breakfast was not up to any standard expecting from a five star hotell. Bad choices and not tasteful at all. Opted to have my dinner at roof bar first night. Very limited options to eat and what you got, well my worst meal in Japan. Such a pity with that view, a gold mine with huge potentials! A little more English with personell would also go a long way helping service.

Saya menempah hotel ini kerana seorang rakan sekelas memberitahu saya bahawa dia menginap di sini setiap kali dia datang ke Osaka. Saya melihat harganya sangat murah dan ia diberi 5 bintang di Trip.com, jadi saya fikir saya mendapat tawaran yang bagus. Bilik sebenarnya sangat mengecewakan. Ia sangat tidak selesa, terlalu kecil, dan ada cermin menghadap katil, yang agak menakutkan jika anda bangun pada waktu malam. Sudah tentu anda boleh mengatakan anda mendapat apa yang anda bayar, tetapi jika ia benar-benar 5 bintang, ia sepatutnya mempunyai standard minimum, dan jelas hotel ini bukan 5 bintang. Lokasinya ideal jika anda suka membeli-belah, tetapi salah faham saya sebelum ini ialah saya fikir bas hotel ke lapangan terbang lebih mudah. Hanya selepas daftar masuk saya mendapati hanya ada tiga jadual perjalanan, dan penerbangan kami tidak sesuai dengan bas. Kemudian kami menaiki kereta api bawah tanah dan menukar ke Laluan Nankai ke kereta api lapangan terbang. Nasib baik, tidak terlalu ramai orang pada masa itu, dan pengangkutan awam berjalan lancar. Saya tidak akan memilih hotel ini lagi jika saya pergi ke Osaka pada masa akan datang.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Japan. Didn’t know it is a five star hotel that I have booked till I checked in to the hotel. I have booked the hotel room with access to lounge. Their menu for afternoon tea and night cocktail are fantastic with wide range of small bites. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I come by Osaka.

Suasana yang hebat. Bilik kecil tetapi lengkap :) pancuran mandian 🚿 tekanan air sangat baik. Kebanyakan hotel Jepun hanya membersihkan 3 hari sekali. Dan ini juga tetapi mereka memberikan tuala baharu setiap hari dan gantungkan di pintu. Saya akan katakan agak mudah ke stesen terdekat - sakaisuji Hommachi. Tetapi perlu menukar ke laluan lain untuk tempat-tempat utama seperti Osaka / dotonbori. Secara keseluruhan akan kembali!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was clean and had nice amenities! I will give perfect score if: 1. They had a better pillow. The Japanese pillow is very hard. It is like sleeping in a stone. 2. The onsen has women staff, it is such a surprise to see a woman doing things in such place with people who are naked. Is a man okay to serve in the women onsen? I think it was awkward for the woman worker. 3. The quilt is like silk, it slides down to the bed when you are sleeping. It is not so comfortable to sleep on. Other than these 3, everything is perfect. There is not much in the area of the hotel but It is 6 minutes walk away from Awaza station, a few stops away from Namba station (where is dotonbori) there is a 7/11 beside the hotel. I have not tried the breakfast, but there is a drink area open from 6-9 pm and you can get some beauty mask or other small things everyday in the reception. The receptionists are kind and polite and the hotel was quiet. The room is small but is convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts. The hotel has a fun, vibrant atmosphere and is perfect for families. Its location right next to Shin-Imamiya Station made getting around Osaka incredibly convenient, and the complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios Japan was a fantastic bonus. Our room was spacious, modern, and colourful, making it a comfortable place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the evening garden events, where we enjoyed complimentary takoyaki and beer—a unique touch that really added to the overall experience. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Fabulous facility with spacious room and great views. Easy and very close transport to subway. Friendly and helpful service from all staff 24/7.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan kemudahan perkhidmatan hotel. Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi. Lain kali saya ke Osaka, saya akan menempah hotel ini. Mata air panas di hotel ini benar-benar kelas pertama, dengan pelbagai jenis akan sentiasa ada yang memuaskan hati anda. Selepas keluar untuk berseronok pada siang hari, berenang di mata air panas dapat menghilangkan keletihan. Bufet sarapan di hotel mempunyai pelbagai pilihan makanan, yang boleh memenuhi keperluan citarasa yang berbeza dan pengembara antarabangsa. Makanan pun sedap. Lokasinya mudah, berhampiran dengan Stesen Tenzhuji dan Stesen Zoo-Mae. Ia berdekatan dengan Menara Tsutenkaku dan Daisekai, jadi tidak sukar untuk mencari makanan yang lazat. Satu-satunya perkara yang menarik ialah masa daftar keluar lebih awal daripada jam 10, dan selepas daftar keluar, kami tidak dapat membantu menyimpan bagasi anda.

We decided to stop again at this hotel, and it was really good! The hollywood room type was enough spaced and with a fantastic view☺️ The hotel had everything you could need: near reception, you could help yourself to tea or coffee to suit your taste, as well as face masks, body oils and creams. The room was equipped with bottles of water, a kettle, and toiletries for washing your hair and body. To use the ladies’ bath, you need to collect a card from reception beforehand. The onsen also had everything you could need: face wash, make-up remover and various types of shampoo. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m in this city.
