Hotel Osaka dengan Bar

Saya pergi ke Jepun selama 8 hari dan menginap di sini selama 4 malam. Ia sangat mudah dan kemudahan hotel juga sangat canggih. Lokasi: Cemerlang. Dari Lapangan Terbang Kansai, anda boleh mengambil Haruka ke Stesen Tennoji, yang hanya 5 perhentian dari Stesen Tennoji di Laluan Tananicho. Hotel ini terletak hanya 2 hentian dari Umeda, dan ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Shinsaibashi. Hotel ini secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, di sebelah kanan di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Hotel ini berjarak 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Osaka, sangat dekat, cuma ikut peta Google. Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan: Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik Kami tidak menemui meja depan berbahasa Cina, tetapi bahasa Inggeris tidak menjadi masalah. Katil dan bantal hendaklah mempunyai kelembutan dan ketegasan yang sesuai, dan jangan lupa untuk menghidupkan pelembap, jika tidak, anda mungkin mengalami pendarahan hidung akibat kekeringan. Istana Osaka boleh dilihat di hujung koridor di atas tingkat 14 hotel.

Located in the heart of dotonburi, just a street across the main dontonburi street. Hotel is located opposite the Korean embassy, so security is good in the area. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but they allowed us to check into our rooms. This hotel receives many guests, there were multiple other groups checking in at the same time as my group. Staff also speaks limited English, but was able to communicate with them using google translate. Front counter is at level 1, with a bar counter right beside. Level 2 is a lounge area, with seats and even a pool table! Gym is also located at level 2. Shared washing machines were located at level 15, but guests are required to collect a key to enter the laundry room from the front desk. Rooms were of decent size, but lighting was slightly dark in my opinion. The shampoo, body soaps, hand wash were great, I loved the smell of it!

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

It was an amazing stay in the Hotel with an Onsen place right in the same complex. Super convenient as it’s just opposite to a JR station, but do look for the right exit which connect to the hotel with a easy accessible walk over a footbridge - going the bumpy and chaotic way along the street with all our luggages weren’t fun. It’s chic & chill, and with an amazing view! The sunset was nice - I was up before 4:30am to catch it.

The room is super small, can’t even walk without bumping into one another. Blankets not sure if it is clean or not cause I got itchiness sleeping on the bed. Wifi is slow too, keep on buffering when watching YouTube and Netflix.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

I’m solo traveling and also working during this stay. This has got to be one of my better stays in Japan. Shiro checked me in and was very thorough to explain the amenities. Jin, helped me set things up for luggage delivery. Shiro, helped send my luggage to Haneda, and Yun, helped send my luggage to Tokyo. The staff are amazing and very attentive. The Housekeeping staff cleaned impeccably and the resident lounge was great to use. Notes for improvement: Gym needs more character to match the style of Citidines. Thanks Citidines Namba Osaka team for the extremely comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again.

Polisi tidak masuk akal di mana tetamu sama sekali tidak dibenarkan mendaftar masuk sehingga jam 3:00 petang. seterusnya, yang bermaksud lobi yang sesak dengan orang yang tidak sabar. Mengapa tidak sekurang-kurangnya mendaftarkan tetamu apabila mereka tiba dan melengkapkan pendaftaran untuk niat jahat terlebih dahulu? Dan jika bilik siap sebelum 3:00 p.m. mengapa tidak membiarkan tetamu kami berasa selesa dan tenang, bukannya menjadi begitu tegar dan tidak fleksibel? Bukankah menjaga pelanggan yang membayar anda menjadi keutamaan???? Saya mula-mula diberikan bilik 1602 yang kemudian saya dapati berada betul-betul di sebelah lif, dan dari situ saya boleh mendengar lif naik dan turun sepanjang masa dan menjelang 11:00 malam. kerana saya tidak dapat tidur kerana bunyi bising, saya terpaksa berulang kali mendesak untuk menukar bilik. Mengambil empat lawatan daripada penyambut tetamu selama 40 minit hanya untuk mencapai tugas mudah ini. Dia sangat keberatan untuk membenarkan saya menukar bilik pada mulanya tetapi hanya mengalah apabila saya menegaskan bahawa saya tidak akan membayar untuk bilik jika saya tidak dapat tidur dengan tenang. Keesokan harinya kunci saya tidak berfungsi, dan apabila saya bertanya mengapa, kakitangan penyambut tetamu berkata bahawa mereka mengandaikan bahawa saya ingin menukar bilik lagi, walaupun saya telah memberitahu penyambut tetamu malam sebelum itu, saya tidak akan bersusah payah menukar bilik lagi. Komunikasi yang lemah di kalangan kakitangan, dan sekurang-kurangnya, saya sepatutnya dimaklumkan apabila saya mula-mula mendaftar masuk bahawa bilik itu terdedah kepada bunyi bising dan diberi pilihan. Lokasi yang sangat baik betul-betul di atas stesen kereta api bawah tanah Shinsaibashi, dan di kawasan membeli-belah dan makan paling sibuk di Osaka. Hotel ini sama sekali tidak mempunyai kemudahan rekreasi seperti gimnasium atau kolam renang, walaupun harta itu diselenggara dengan baik dan bersih, walaupun tilam di bilik saya telah kendur, mungkin disebabkan oleh usia. BERHATI-HATI dengan bilik dalam jarak 20 meter dari lif - jangan terima bilik dalam apa jua keadaan, melainkan anda tidur yang sangat berat!

Stayed at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and couldn’t be happier with the location. It's a 5-minute walk to Namba Osaka Station via the underground, and Namba Nankai Station is right beneath the hotel—super convenient for getting around! The water pressure in the rooms is excellent, making showers refreshing after a long day. Plus, the Japanese bath on level 11 is a wonderful perk for relaxation. Recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Osaka!

This hotel is good location near the JR station. Very convenience to all the landmarks. Staff is friendly. Next time to go to Osaka, I must stay here again.
