PPengguna TetamuWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

CcartrinaMemandangkan peralatan mandian Lamer ditawarkan dalam ulasan, saya terus menempah.
Lokasi hotel sangat mudah, betul-betul bertentangan dengan Gedung Beli-belah Shinsaibashi Daimaru, dan kereta api bawah tanah serta pusat membeli-belah dihubungkan dengan kereta api bawah tanah.
Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik; saya menerima naik taraf percuma ke bilik triple.
Lobi hotel agak mewah, tetapi saya perlu mengadu sedikit tentang bilik ini. Dengan tiga katil, ia sememangnya agak sempit, tetapi ruang tidurnya luas. Langsirnya lama (lihat gambar), dan pemandangannya bagus kerana ia berada di tingkat yang tinggi.
Bilik mandi agak usang, dan longkangnya berbau busuk dari semasa ke semasa.

MMaTheBreIn general, the hotel is absolutely ok. The price is affordable and the interior is new and wealthy. The location is recommendable with close public transport, a supermarket, convenience stores, and a coin laundry. The hotel has a shared room on the second floor with free coffee, tea, and water. Every day they have free beer happy hour from 6 to 7 including a DJ performance.
I would not recommend it to families with children or to people who prefer a “standard” hotel. Usually, hotels in Japan are super child-friendly, but there are no products for children (toothbrushes, pyjamas, slippers, etc.). The breakfast is in our opinion not worth it. It is good in terms of taste, but they do not have a buffet. There are some different sandwiches you can choose 3 (this is limited and when I asked why the answer was: “If they do not limit I could eat 10”. They have no variation in the sandwiches so when you have breakfast there for a week you've eaten all at least once or twice. Here as well nothing for kids so I paid full price breakfast for my son and the only thing he got was some juice. For us, another no-go was the super loud music in the public area (there is the breakfast room). You can enjoy your morning coffee with electronic dance music. The hotel has no laundry, but they offer a service. You can bring your clothes no matter how many and get them back for 5000¥ cleaned and dry. The coin washer 2minutes away is 900¥ for 8kg in 1h.
For younger people or for 1-2 nights absolutely ok. Breakfast better go out to one of the 1000 coffees and enjoy a wider choice.

PPengguna TetamuIt was a perfect stay for me and my family. We stayed on the 27th executive floor with access to the lounge three times a day, although we barely made use of it but it was decent. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. We had a very smooth late check in and an even straight forward check out. The room was spacious and spotless on daily bases. There were excellent amenities and coffee/tea corner. The room overlooked the station but was very quiet. We were excited every day to come back to the room and relax after long day of exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay which made our first trip to Osaka unforgettable.

GGigi GweeIt is our first time staying near that area, and we wanted to find a hotel near to Tennoji zoo. it is a very kids friendly hotel, breakfast varieties not not, basically japanese food, but it's tasty and decent, but due to eco friendly policy, they will not come and clean your room everyday except throwing trash and replacing new towel. on the overall, stay was comfortable.

PPengguna TetamuI got a sleep score of 93. That says it all. Great hotel with amazing sleep comfort. Super central location in Osaka. I managed to use both their gym and pool facilities which are great. Actually, for a hotel, I was quite surprised with the how nice the gym is.
The hotel seems to have many visitors a day and service is impeccable and keeps things flowing very smoothly.
