Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

Saya dan anak perempuan saya memutuskan untuk pergi bersama, menempah tiket kapal terbang dan hotel, dan datang ke Macau. Bilik itu sangat baik, kakitangan meja depan sangat profesional dan baik. Mereka bukan sahaja dengan sabar dan berhati-hati memberitahu saya tentang semua perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian semasa mendaftar masuk, mereka juga memenuhi permintaan saat akhir saya dan memberi saya bilik di tingkat yang tinggi. Sarapan dipesan dalam masa yang singkat dan sangat baik. Hotel ini terletak di Taipa, di seberang jalan dari The Londoner dan bersebelahan dengan The Venetian. Ini adalah perasaan peribadi saya semata-mata. Dari perspektif tandas, sikap kakitangan perkhidmatan, dan kemudahan sampingan hotel, Paris adalah sedikit lebih buruk daripada London, tetapi jauh lebih baik daripada Venetian. A beautiful stylish hotel, very well located, directly adjacent to the hotel is a gallery with shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, thoughtful заand clean. An amazing fragrance in the halls, I fell in love. I am very happy that I stayed at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

Kali kedua menginap di hotel ini. Daftar masuk cepat pada pukul 3 petang walaupun ramai tetamu sedang menunggu. Mereka mempunyai 6 kakitangan yang membantu tetamu untuk mendaftar masuk. Bilik bersih. Banyak pilihan makanan di pusat membeli-belah dengan pilihan kopi yang hebat. Sarapan pagi ok.

The hotel is very accessible, and the room is spacious and clean. The food is good and provides a great start to the day. However, the night duty FO was not very approachable or friendly. Improving hospitality skills would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. He did not initiate to brief us on the restaurant location or breakfast hours, even though breakfast was included—I had to ask instead. It seemed he assumed that guests were already familiar with the hotel facilities. Additionally, the security personnel could be more approachable, as maintaining professionalism while being friendly would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, the experience was very good. The concierge, bell staff, restaurant team, housekeeping, and pool staff all provided excellent service. ♡♡♡

The Hotel is clean and simple with big rooms and cold A/C but no coffee only tea and water with free sample cookies , breakfast is ok but offering the same everyday and not serving American like bread and butter , pancakes, ham and bacon or sausages only pure chinese cuisine and limited drinks . when you check in they will asked for a deposit of MOP 500 either by cash or credit card even if you have prepaid the rooms way in advance . Until now the amount has not been credited back to my debit card since I checked out 2 days ago.

Excellent location and beautiful view from my room window. Across the street from the Galaxy ******. Helpful staff and great value. Highly recommend.
