PPengguna TetamuGenuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

When ever the building you'll be at another hotel (see picture) turn left and you'll find St.Regis.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was fantastic, defined by top-tier hospitality, excellent food, and outstanding service from the entire team.
The staff members genuinely go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and looked after. Every interaction was seamless, professional, and incredibly accommodating, giving the impression of a truly premium, high-touch service standards. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with high-quality dishes that made dining a highlight of our trip.
The only minor aspect that could be improved is the water pressure in the bathroom, which was noticeably low during our stay.
Aside from that single logistical point, the exceptional staff and superb overall quality made this an unforgettable visit. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless hospitality experience and look forward to returning.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI would like to commend Hancy at the front desk. She was very welcoming and accommodating, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel. The stay was highly convenient, especially with the free shuttle bus service. This was our first time here, and we found the hotel very nice and relaxing. We will definitely come back again! I also want to mention Cristina at the pool reception for her great service.

JJLAW2Second time staying at this hotel. Check in was quick at 3pm even when there were many guests waiting. They had 6 staff helping the guest to check in. Room was clean. Many food options in the mall with great coffee options. Breakfast was ok.

KKuya DoyThe hotel is very accessible, and the room is spacious and clean. The food is good and provides a great start to the day. However, the night duty FO was not very approachable or friendly. Improving hospitality skills would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. He did not initiate to brief us on the restaurant location or breakfast hours, even though breakfast was included—I had to ask instead. It seemed he assumed that guests were already familiar with the hotel facilities.
Additionally, the security personnel could be more approachable, as maintaining professionalism while being friendly would further enhance the guest experience.
Overall, the experience was very good. The concierge, bell staff, restaurant team, housekeeping, and pool staff all provided excellent service. ♡♡♡

SSaiAungEventhough the hotel is great in all aspects, th guests come staying in that hotels are so terrifying, they don't even have the knowledge of being SILENCE, talking so loud, running and even shouting. So under educated and very low ethic . If you like to stay quiet and cozy ,please never choose that one. You will stay awake at night cause of loud noises. You will see the counter staff at night sleeping and treat you like you are stayed there for free by her money. No smile, even no reply sometime. Terrible experience ever.

HHeen On The GoJika saya boleh memberi 100 bintang, saya akan! Berada di sana untuk ulang tahun istimewa kami, hotel menawarkan kami sebotol wain percuma! Apatah lagi naik taraf bilik percuma ke suite kerana bilik kami dipenuhi dengan bau asap. Suka tempat ini! Mereka sangat hangat!
Lokasinya juga hebat! 5 minit berjalan kaki ke hotel Wynn dan Lisboa, dan berdekatan dengan banyak kedai makan dan kedai serbaneka, barangan runcit. Sudah tentu pilihan yang baik!
