"The best view, the best supporting I got from hotel, the most convenience spot for traveling all of Dalian seaside. 1. You can see the Venice water city all day all night from the room, and sunset from your bed (if you can wakes up) and hear the time bell🔔 you can feel I’m taking time to travel even if you are on the bed😌 🛏️ . 2. I’m a (careless) solo traveler that loss my passport bag, after I asked the hotel owner for support me, they contacted any possible number and found it in 30 min with pickup for me… return to me at the hotel room without any extra fee. The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time."

"I had the best experience here. 1. The bed is soooo comfortable. So as the pillow. I wish I could bring the bed with me to my country. 2. Great hospitality. I really enjoyed the great quality of the water and the bar. I also enjoyed fresh breakfast. 3. Great location. Easy access to the Russian street, shopping malls, CVS, good eataries, and also easy to access to the local farmer's market. 4. Cleaning lady was doing awesome job. She made sure to refill all the toiletries, along with the water. RiYueMing is not just a good place, but the best place to bring your family too. Definitely recommend"

"The location is the plus point for this hotel.It is very near the Metro station,easy to catch didi and convenient to walk to the street snacks at old dalian street.Eateries are nearby and just around the corner.Dalian market is just behind the old dalian street.Just walk to the end of the snack street and across is Mycal shopping centre and Dalian market.Don't miss the numerous food stall inside Dalian market. It's amazing the variety of food inside.Mr.Wang of Mercure is very helpful at the front office and gave us a souvenir. Unfortunately, it can't be said for two young lady staff attending to us when we checked out.They were rude and lack good manners you expect from the hospitality sector and from Mercure hotel.Basically they lack training.The coffee machine during breakfast is ridiculous and doesn't work properly. Kitchen staff lacks enthusiasm ,coffee mugs were not washed promptly and not available for hot drinks during peak breakfast time and breakfast is just mediocre.The bedsheets had blood stains and we had to complain to have it changed.As mentioned, the location is fantastic."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quaint with a very comfortable bed. Front desk were very accommodating, spoke some English to my benefit and helped us with everything. Housekeeping was considerate and cleaned room daily. Had breakfast daily and they offered a nice variety of food. It was enough to satisfy for the morning. We even left for a short trip to Shanghai and returned to the same hotel for a few more days. Staff held our excess luggage until we returned which was awesome. Some nice authentic restaurants nearby made it all a great experience. Thank you."

"Favorite place by far in Dalian. Far away from traffic and noise next to the sea side. The reception is just on the right side of the building main entrance and the staff are very helpful and well spoken in English as well. There is free wifi and water available as well as a cooking area and a fridge. Slippers for the shower are also available. Tooth brush and tooth paste are also available as well as shampoo and conditioner. Feels like home considering the staff is available 24h on WeChat for anything you might need, including advice in transportation, food and deliveries."
