Our second stay in the en-suite room and, if possible, even more relaxing than the first time. The staff were superb, attentive and generous and the room was immaculate and peaceful. The breakfast is simple but enough to start the day for us. We went back because we wanted a few days of peace and quiet in a comfortable setting and that is exactly what we got. We said we would stay there again last time - and we have and will do again in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, is modern, elegant, clean and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly. The room and bed was very comfortable and inviting. One thing that would have been helpful, would have been driving instructions. Either that, or a pickup from the front desk when I called several times for help. Evora is full of narrow, winding and one-way roads, and the GPS route was unadvisable (it wasn't obvious that our vehicle would have had enough clearance to navigate the extremely narrow lane that GPS sent us on) so we ended up asking lots of people for driving instructions. I suppose that's part of the charm of the place but after a long drive to get there ...

Tanto el cuarto, como el personal, como el desayuno, fueron fantásticos. Además, es la primera vez en mi vida que veo en el baño de un alojamiento un sistema de aviso por si se diera el caso de sufrir alguna emergencia , ¡Enhorabuena!

We’ve been travelling for five weeks in Spain and Portugal and this is the first hotel we haven’t loved. The location is good…we walked to and from the bus station. Breakfast was really delicious but it was 8.5 Euros each on top of room in most other Portugal hotels, we’ve had breakfast included for similar price. We just didn’t love our room. I think maybe it hadn’t been upgraded yet. Even with air conditioner on the whole time, it only got down to 24 degrees. For us, the mattresses on top of the bed frames kept sliding off and pillows were really big & uncomfy. Also, it was 40 degrees there and there was no ice in the hotel no fridge in our room to cool down our water bottles. We ended up buying water in plastic bottles which we hate doing.

Fomos numa viagem para descontrair e conhecer a cidade de Evora com reserva de duas noites com pequeno almoço incluído neste hotel. À chegada ao Hotel reparamos que o interior do mesmo (Piso 0) estava com um cheiro a esgoto que percorria o resto do hotel incluindo certos quartos. No check in demos de caras com uma rececionista antipática (Teresa Mira) e que nos cobrou apenas uma noite. Passado alguns minutos deu conta que tinha errado e nós procedemos ao resto do pagamento. Ao chegar ao quarto, reparamos que as cortinas eram velhas (assim como todo o hotel). As luzes dos corredores também se mantêm ligadas durante a noite fazendo com que entre luz de noite para o quarto, pois por cima da porta tem uma parte de vidro. O pequeno almoço é básico mas diversificado e sempre igual. A piscina assim como o espaço exterior é agradável. O hotel nao possui restaurante nem bar para comer ou beber durante o dia. No penultimo dia, o cartao de acesso ao quarto foi cancelado ao qual a mesma rececionista disse que nós nos estavamos a aproveitar de nao pagar a segunda noite quando nos mesmo ja tinhamos feito o pagamento e com ela !! Os pontos positivos deste hotel é a localizaçao e o parque privativo.
