Hotel berhampiran Kintetsu Mall Miyakomichi, Kyoto

We stayed at this hotel recently and was impressed by its excellent location, right in the heart of the city with easy access to popular attractions. The cleanliness was exceptional, from the lobby to the rooms. Impeccable hygiene standards throughout made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely book the same hotel again. Highly recommend!

The room is great and the view is awesome. Room is clean and tidy. Access to Kyoto Tower and Tourism Guide Center(inside the train station) is effortless if you compare to other valuable hotel. You may also buy bus ticket to Fuji Q-Highland in the next building. Transportation is easy if you stay there. The service is quite nice since the staffs are very helpful and so kind(full of smile). Also, they're quite good in English. You may also get the discount voucher to get into Kyoto Tower Observatorium Deck. Amenities are basic, should be added, like shaving kits, etc.

Train station is within walking distance. Amenities are all available for self-collect at the lobby. Communication with the staff was a little confusing when I wanted to check if I could make a reservation for breakfast the next morning but the staff said it would be crowded...What I saw the next morning didn't seem to be fully occupied so it's puzzling. There was an indicator board that reflected the number of guests for breakfast (see photo) and there were not many. Apart from that, it was a decent stay.

Hands down the best hotel we stayed in throughout our 10 day trip in Japan. Super attentive and friendly staff, breathtaking architecture, and intuitive tech. And of course the convenient location and unbeatable price goes without saying. Really a must stay if you happen to go to Kyoto. We're already talking about making another trip to Kyoto and will definitely be staying there again!

The hotel is a bit business style and the TV in the room is quite small. The hotel comes with swimming pool but you need to pay extra to use the amenities (about $10-20 per person). We felt the locals (taxi driver for example) aren't really welcoming foreigners (English speaking) and might act a bit rude, but besides that, the town is quieter than Osaka and we enjoyed dining at Yakiniku Yaruki - Shijo Kawaramachi (all you can eat BBQ with wagyu beef).

The location of hotel is in a walking distance from Kyoto Station. It is not close to the town 四條町. Every time when we go for shopping, we need to take a bus to the downtown. Easy access to anywhere by bus. The hotel staffs are very professional. The breakfast is highly recommended to book before departure. The hot spring, the room size, buffet breakfast, the service of reception are in a high standard. Highly recommended to the travelers who is planning to Kyoto. Interesting point: No shoes in this hotel. U need to lock your shoes in the locker before you walk in the hotel. They provided socks for you to wear.

Lokasinya jauh sedikit dari pusat seperti Stesen Kyoto dan Shijo, tetapi saya fikir ia boleh diterima. Saya menginap di bilik ***a Jepun dengan kembar superior, tetapi sangat bagus kerana saya boleh menghabiskannya tanpa alas kaki dan bilik mandi serta tandas bersih. Fantastic stay at this ryokan onsen hotel . Easy access by bus 28 from Kyoto bus station. 30 min ride. Onsen room is very clean with comfortable bed, sumptuous breakfast especially dinner! Need to deposit shoes and just wear socks (given in the room) within the hotel. The hotel has 5 private onsen rooms (24-hour) without booking but need to queue especially during peak periods. Really worth it to try it! Arashiyama is a peaceful environment with walking streets and lots of eateries, famous Bamboo Grove & many Buddhist temples within 5-15 min walking distance to visit.

リニューアル前に一度宿泊しましたが、その時はお世辞にもあまり綺麗なお部屋ではありませんでした。今回リニューアル後初めて宿泊しましたが、もはや別宿でした。お部屋も快適で、宇治川の眺望、部屋付き（半）露天風呂も広くて気持ちよかったです。またスタッフさんたちの対応も気持ちよかったですし、時間とお金ができたらまた行きたいです。 ただ3泊中夕食はすべて併設のステーキ懐石のお店だったのですが、最初の2泊まではシェフさんの対応もよく、お肉も柔らかく、大変気持ちよく食事できたのですが、最後の3泊目の夕食時に本来（貸し切り以外では）入店が禁止されている未就学児がおり、それがまたギャーギャーやかましいガキンコで全然ゆっくりできませんでした。どうやらお得意さんのご一家だったようなのですが、やはりその辺の線引きはちゃんとしてほしいと思いました。
